you cannot be serious. is this going to be another mc donalds. murphy knows someone on the 3rd shift walmart cleaning crew. he gives him a bottle of "vomit off". there is your walmart contract. get real. so, where did you two hear these "rumors"? eeso couldn't properly supply wow green, let alone a walmart or lowes. give me a serious break.
one - i am taking your word that you will post the agreements i have provided.
Purchasing enzymes from other suppliers and selling them to Wow Green without Wow Green's prior knowledge or written consent;
b. Changing original product formulas without Wow Green's prior knowledge or written consent;
c. Failing to make products to specification;
d. Failing to give Wow Green an enzyme based pricing structure by 11/30/08;
g. Substantially overcharging Wow Green for products;
h. Causing Wow Green rework charges due to EESO's poor manufacturing practices; and
1. Failing to provide to Wow Green standards for manufacturing products.
