A win-win in my book!
If I remember correctly, in the past, you did say that a dividend was is in the works yet it never materialized.
In my opinion, don’t waste your time. It is Wells Fargo that should be contacting you or your broker.
So now the only way to see a recovery is to be proactive and contact Rosen to see what he can do for us. Very interesting. So if we do nothing and wait, according to you, we are out of luck. Now why would that be?
Because things aren’t ‘ripe yet’!
What is an “accredited asset?”
It’s the same as all the offers you get from banks. Credit card offers is an example. They extend you credit and if you don’t pay in full every billing cycle they charge you 18+% interest on the remaining balance plus fees; a win-win for the banks. In my opinion, I call that government sanctioned loan-sharking. And, by the way, just because they extend you an offer doesn’t mean you will be approved.
I'm glad that satisfies you. However, It doesn't satisfy me after fourteen years of waiting (even longer, I was a pre-seizure investor in WMI). I can't wait a bit longer; in my case it's been long enough.
I guess I'll "wait it out" and hopefully see money flowing into my account as well in the near future. If so, you will have my apology for not believing you. If not, however, well you know ..
In the end, the following statement ...... I was deceived by those I was in contact with. Who would have guessed. There was no way of me knowing.
There is always an out just like the antibacterial dish cleaning soaps that claim to kill 99.9% of bacteria. However, it is the .1% that always gives them an out.
Sounds like someone received insider information. Doesn't sound fair to me!
I agree with you. He stopped posting for a while to this board and, all of a sudden, then he decides to reappear to share in his wisdom. In the past I enjoyed reading his optimistic posts, however, now it’s getting old. Certainly, his credibility is questionable!
I agree. Lacks credibility unless he provides Doreen’s telephone number to us so we can call her to verify his statement.
If it is true what AZ posted, then it should “dribble” down to us as well, those of us that signed releases. How could it be otherwise. I can’t believe that only one investor should be that fortunate; there should be no preferential treatment here.
And, most likely won't! Many of us are not that fortunate.
For what it’s worth, I agree.
Nice position to be in. I wish I were that lucky!
Now that is an excellent question!
It seems to me that the volume has dried up!
Yes, I remember that as well. In my opinion, she was put in place as a delaying mechanism, What has happened to her? Most likely chasing more ambulances.
No; go back to sleep!
In my opinion, you’re being too kind.
Did you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Thanks for that information Beanbrain. I’ll go with what you say!
No wonder that you don’t care whatever happens (by the way, I’m with you on that point), with a view like that you have already achieved riches that only one can dream about. Absolutely astonishing. You are one lucky person!
He is never wrong!
Unless, of course, the "COOP clown board" is complicit!
According to you, every time something happens nothing happens. It's like peddling in place. At least you're consistent.
Most likely!
Now that is the real question. I just can’t believe that there isn’t a time frame for this to close. Unfortunately no one can decipher when that might be.]
I believe that is the most sensible way to look at it. The receivership needs to close for anything to become final.
