Not sure I understand you. I see that every time there is a small purchase the stock price seems to go up dramatically, almost like they are leaving some low lying fruit to be bought up.
Bobbling...
Nothing happening here...
Is this now officially dead?
DEO staying above $70. Nice.
FO is going to split into 1/3rds. I would only be interested in keeping shares in the alc division.
The Whitehall buy out should be good for CEDC, this way they can cut some management fat from the company.
OK, let's make a deal then:
I will arrange the purchase of the entire company for $660,000, and you buy it from me for $10M, since you believe it is worth so much. This way we all win!
Hey, with all that beer money you save buying Reinbrass you can jump all in at just $0.02 per share today!
That sounds like a bargain price right?
Oh wait, that is a $0.02 post split price on it's way to $0.001...sorry, bad advice!
I would have to agree with both Kezz and Wannasee on this one:
Yes the company could go private easily.
Yes the company uses other non-affiliated resources to run it which makes it more profitable (not bad for shareholders I would think).
Yes the company relies heavily on brands owned by Eiras, but then again Eiras is the largest shareholder of LIQR so why not use your own distribution company to bring your products to market, isn't that called vertical integration?
Yes I wonder why they have not updated with Pinks. Must be a strategy here.
Yes I see why Eiras would not dump more eggs into this basket until the market for small caps recover. 5 down, 28 to go...
Yes I don't think Eiras needs the money from LIQR salary, he probably has that in his couch cushions.
Yes I wish I was smart enough to figure out why these rich guys do what they do...
That is what I hear, January 2011 is the final date!
I wish I had more info on this. I have always heard they were a decent company that was too top heavy and did not have enough good selling products to make it work.
Hold on to your shirt too, they will try to take it off your back!
If the farm has $650K in equity, you could just buy this whole company! Why not just do that and run it, I am sure you would do a better job than PK...
Yep. I really would hate to seize this buying opportunity from the big dogs on the board. DKAMD has 5 letters in their symbol, so it must be worth more than it was when it only had four letters, right?
I hope so for all the shareholders sake...
WOW. I have never heard about this. I always thought they were a reputable company that was not operated well.
If you ask me, many shareholders got screwed because Mel & Darren the guys that run this show did not do their job properly and still have not cleaned up this mess.
Sad. This one had potential.
Perhaps you should pull a quote on LIQR.
When does this stock stop trading? Still trading even though it is not part of any company...
Sonny here is some help:
kid rock beer sales are approx 3 bucks a case to DKAM they Sold 22000 cases .( yes now u see how big rhiengold is ) DKAM GETS NOTHING FROM KR BEER ANYMORE. DID YOU SEE A SINGLE LINE ITEM FOR THE KR ROYALTIES IN THE FINANCIALS?
50 thousand a month just from mexcor
DKAM MUST NOT HAVE GOTTEN $50K FROM MEXICOR THIS QUARTER BECAUSE THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE $50K OF REVENUES SO THIS IS NOT HAPPENING.
25 q from Israle ONCE AGAIN THIS DEAL IS NOT HAPPENING ANYMORE, JUST LIKE ALL OTHER DEALS PK STRIKES, THEY ALL FAIL. MUST BE SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT THOUGH RIGHT?
Rheingold sales PUNY SALES OF ABOUT 8000 CASES, I COULD RAISE MORE MONEY SELLING JUNK FROM MY GARAGE IN A QUARTER.
Trump vodka in canada GOOD POINT, LOOK HOW FEW CASES HAVE SOLD IN CANADA SINCE THE PR, LESS THAN 100 CASES SOLD IN NEARLY A YEAR!!!!
DKAM IS A TURD. THEIR MANAGEMENT TAKES MORE IN SALARY THAN THE WHOLE COMPANY CAN PRODUCE.
Yep. Sure did. Unlike other companies who would rather dilute their shareholders out like bleeding out a stuck pig before killing them with an RS...
Does anyone notice that Mexicor is no longer being pumped as the savior of DKAM, now it is Reingold, just like two quarters ago it was Bad Ass Beer and before that it was LIQR?
Every two quarters there is a new savior of DKAM. Then there is some reason why it did not work out, and it is always blamed on the other guy, not on DKAM. The only savior it needs is a new CEO that knows how to operate a profitable company.
Has DKAM ever made a profit? Can anyone show me a net profit filing for DKAM? No. Of course you can't, because it does not exist.
THIS TURD SHOULD BE FLUSHED.
TOTALLY FALSE. FINAL HEARING SCHEDULED FOR JANUARY 2011.
YOUR INFORMATION SOURCE SUCKS. DKAM IS GOING TO LOOSE.
OK, so you don't think the CEO of LIQR is a pig, but you think LIQR is a POS?
Just want to know your opinion and why you have such a negative attitude towards LIQR.
$23 x $32 THAT SPREAD IS HUGE!
Did you see the financials they posted?
Go to their new board, you will see some scary figures...
At this point, I don't even think their suppliers will continue to fill orders for them even if they had orders to fill...
Did anyone look at the numbers?
Some highlights:
Accounts Payable $810k versus cash to pay them with $39k. I think some suppliers are going to get upset...
All current assets $501K. - This includes inventory...
Other current liabilities of $900k.
(total of $1.7mm versus current assets of $501k)
Who wants to bet that the liabilities include back pay to Mel & Darren, which is where they screw the shareholders later down the road.
Cash flow? Not.
WHAT A POS.
TIME TO SHORT IT!!!
Again, answer this simple question:
WOW. A pig? What makes him a pig in your opinion? Just curious what qualifies as a pig...
They don't have the rights to use that poster of John Wayne or any other celebrities from 50 years ago, just wait until the celebrity agents and families begin to sue DKAM for use of their likeness without ongoing compensation agreements. Then PK will blame them for the downturn in the company...IMHO.
WOW. A pig? What makes him a pig in your opinion? Just curious what qualifies as a pig...
Take off the blinders for a minute and look at what LIQR has accomplished...
Re-Read this part of the release:
Liquor Group began its operations in 2001 from a one-car home garage; it now operates in 33 US States, 12 foreign countries, wholesales goods to the US Military Worldwide, imports various products from around the world, and LIQR has less than $80K in overall debt.
I went to the LIQR offices, the CEO has an exotic car collection that would make Jay Lenno drool. His daily work cars are either a new Bentley Arnage, a Cadillac XLR or a Lotus Esprit. They have plenty of money on hand. And the best part is, LIQR CEO does not draw a salary from LIQR because he feels the company should have more money available for expansion and growth right now.
Now compare that to your favorite CEO PK and his kid diluting and taking every penny from the company and you tell me which one you would like more in control of your stock and investment...
FYI the crux of the DKAM case is that PK stiffed LIQR for the marketing and product supply after LIQR had developed $1M in orders for DKAM. Look back on the JOINT press releases that show the orders were there and DKAM did not fill them. DKAM failure to deliver on the orders caused a loss of the sales for LIQR, and instead of just making good on it, PK decided to try to stiff LIQR just like he stiffs every vendor of DKAM based on the filings I have read and the huge number of lawsuits that DKAM has been involved with.
All my humble but informed opinion.
Yes, three tier is a biatch. My guess is that they will find some friendly operators to take over the manufacturing process. That place is huge!
Only 100 shares? This one is good for 10% of your portfolio!
Watching all the Alc/Bev stocks keeps me busy, but I do not need to watch FO too closely, good management team and great products.
Good luck to you!
Yes, FO is one of my favorite stocks in the Alc/Bev sector. I follow all of them.
Can't go wrong with selling hooch!
There is a post on the LIQR website www.LiquorGroup.com that shows an areal photo of the facility.
On the beer blogs there are several posts with this same facility photo showing a mystery buyer two months ago.
Mystery solved!
This POS is still not trading?
WOW!
I guess I will check back in two months to see how much more pump is here with no way to dump!
Since LIQR just got the 6th largest brewery in the USA...
I wonder if they intend to use the Reingold Label there since they will win ownership of that (and any other assets left) in their lawsuit against DKAM?
That would be some irony huh?
