That's what I'm thinking. If this ticker isn't off the market Wednesday June 5th (the third business day since May 31) then something is fishy with the reorganization plan. Anyone still holding tonight should expect their shares/share value to be at $0 tomorrow morning. If not, and for some reason this thing is still trading, it might get crazy.

"On May 31, 2013, the Company issued a press release confirming that its prepackaged plan of reorganization, approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on May 13, 2013, is expected to become effective within three business days."

Is it possible that it opens tomorrow?

If so, can it be cancelled anytime during the trading day?


If it opens, I can see a high probability of it being halted at anytime and subsequently cancelled before the next trading day, which is even scarier.

"All of the previously issued 2013 Convertible Notes and 2016 Senior Secured Notes and shares of outstanding CEDC common stock will be cancelled. The Plan will result in a reduction of approximately $665.2 million of debt of CEDC. As a result of the cancellation of CEDC's common stock, as of the effective date CEDC anticipates it will cease to be a public company in Poland and that its common stock will no longer be subject to listing and trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange."

This plan should be executed by June 5th.

Simple question, will CEDCQ stop to be traded over OTC too?
