Novice, ok, I got my almost last 9,000,000 doing PROPER BID support on our run up to .02. So don't make accutsations you can not back up.

And yes, "IF" the Buy order gets filled,that is on the Bid side, than things can change. Common sense. Were not talking about that. Were talking about maintaning the pps to protect our investment. By placing the Bid buy orders .0001 below the Ask.

Novice, your inccorrect. If the Ask was at .005 and the Bid was moved up to .0049. Than the Ask can NOT go down.

You obviously have never done proper bid support. That's ok, however you can learn allot from some of us experienced traders.

Proper Bid support keeps the price steady. Buy placing a buy order at the Bid. In this case .0001 below the Ask. This keeps things steady and than there is no room for flippers too.

**Edited** Bid .0046 Ask .0049. How do you keep the Ask from dropping when working on low volume? By putting the Bid under the Ask.

Our Ask was at .005. If Bid was at .0049, than the Ask can not go down.

Criminal case: NONE of the 7 charged had any thing to do with IDGI. Idgi was one of 4 stocks they did false PR's on etc...

Thus Inca's reservations on doing PR's. Plus during the same time the above 7 were doing this is the same time frame the former partner dumbed allot of shares. IMHO not realted.

How ever, Inca is playing it very safe. I'd rather see very safe than fluff PR's etc...

We all know by Inca's actions, that this case will NOT stop them from filing and building the business. We have witnessed this with our own eyes. The Miami show in July and the Neveda SOS update.

Mrs. Josloff has 1/2 or about 360,000,000.
That only leaves 360,000,000 tradable including all that we hold here too. That is NOT allot of shares compared to 99.99% of pinks.

There has been NO dilution!
There has been NO fluff PR'S!
We have an ungagged TA. (Transfer agent.)
There has been an updated Neveda SOS!
There has been the launch of http://www.theincacollection.com/
There has been the launch of http://twitter.com/incacollection
There has been the hiring of ROC Media!
There was a 1st class fashion show in Miami in July with the 2010 Cruise Line.

So, EVEN "IF" no PR comes due to the criminal case. We know from INCA's actions in the last 12 months, that will NOT stop them from launching the On-Line store, or doing filings etc. And continue building our INCA name and business!

So, bottom line, NOTHING has changed!

All is well. It is just a matter of time!

We all know when the on line store launches or filings happen, this will KABOOM!

We all still see how fast this moves up on little volume on the Ask. Add to that proper Bid support. All is well!

Let me say this again: NO ONE with INCA or associated with INCA is involed in thess case(s).

However, IDGI was one of 4 stocks these guys did false PR's on.
Hence, that is way INCA is so gun shy about doing a PR. IMHO.

Dynkowski was continued for 60 days as it said in the last post for discovery.

The D'Amaro case is still active too. So maybe all 7 are still going forward to trail. I can't find any more current info.

I search all 7 names. This and my other post is all the CURRENT info I can find.

Once again, we need an attorney who has a PACE account to keep us appraised.

Update on the criminal case: I found this. Basicly as of yesterday, both sides want a 60 day continuance for more time to do discovery. This "phase" happens before a trial date is set.

It sounds like you also have experience riding a penny form the .000's or .00's to dimes or dollars too!

Experience, lets one see the seen and the unseen.

I only invest in companies that I can get a VERY large stake, just under the 5%, that has the foundation for future in the dollar range or above.

Inca has the Name, Name brand, and the foundation for the .25 to $2.00 range. They have traded there before, they'll do it again.

1) I stay rich and anonymous. If I wanted my name out there publicly I would of went over the 5% long ago. I don't need noisy poeple in my life.

2) You have very short term memory. I haven't bought a share since our run up to .02. Than I posted often of my actions and Salmon and I hit the EOD how many times?

How many weeks was on the Bid support during that run?

Keep in mind, 75% of my buys were on the ASK. Way before we ran up to .02.

I only did Bid support to strengthen the PPS. In doing so got my other 25%.

IDGI WILL go to .05, .10, .25, $1.00 and even to $2.00 and more. With or with out you.

Good Morining Team Inca. Gary yes there is lots of game playing with our pps today.

The only way to stop it is doing 2 things:

1) Buy and sell at the Ask.
2) If your going to Bid sit, consider being .0001 below the Ask.
Right now the Ask is at .0045, Bid at .0039. Put your Bids at .0044.

When the margin between the Bid and Ask is too tight (.0001) than the flippers can not play there games.

In the price range were in now, trading moves in .0001 to .0005 increments.

Once we get above the .01 it was .001 to .005 increments.

Once a stock gets above say .02 or .05 it is usually .01 to .02 increments of increase.

Once above .10 it is .02 to .05 increments of increase.

Once in the dimes like .20, .05 to .10 increments of increase.

Once in the dollars, than price increments usually get much bigger, I have seen anything from .10 to .25 to .75 cents price increment increases.

So it is easier to got from .50 cents to $2.00 than from .0005 to .05.

It will be easier to go from .10 to $1.00 than from .005 to .05. Why? Simple buying pressurer and simple increments of increase in the trading volume.

And it will be easier to go from .50 cent to $2.00 for the same reasons.
