More I found on the criminal case:

Let me say this again: NO ONE with INCA or associated with INCA is involed in thess case(s).

However, IDGI was one of 4 stocks these guys did false PR's on.
Hence, that is way INCA is so gun shy about doing a PR. IMHO.

Dynkowski was continued for 60 days as it said in the last post for discovery.

The D'Amaro case is still active too. So maybe all 7 are still going forward to trail. I can't find any more current info.

I search all 7 names. This and my other post is all the CURRENT info I can find.

Once again, we need an attorney who has a PACE account to keep us appraised.
