good ones, harr.
At least the prick knows people are still out here.
can't really root for his dreamcatcher to take off.
lolol
Not a single insider has spent his own money to buy shares (according to this site) since at least 2004.
lots of management rewards while shareholders languish for the most part unless they've traded.

again, just in case the Cardona bros read this. . .I hope you get your ass handed to you in a basket on that lawsuit.
Expect another one if you took ADZRs technology to form a new company---pricks
Wow!
Not a single trade in the first 1.5 hours.
Wow, wow!
Could there be any less interest here?
The only thing that could have made this one scammier than just oil was adding gold prospecting to it.
Now I'm guessing they'll discover diamonds, too.
C'mon
Up nicely yesterday on good volume. Alright, who' hiding the news, eh?
Release the hounds!
Stock trading weirdly
Big pop up in ask and giant volume overall today
Wonder what the news is?
robj
thanks,
I'm Ameritrade and their L2 works on most stocks. Just can't get much good on INSV
blackfish, what live site for level 2 do you use?
I'm not very successful on QuoeTracker with INSV
Rainmaker, at $.40 I don't think INSV is monetizing DuraSite delivery system very well by concentrating on AzaSite. It's their only focus that i can tell.
Surely there are partners available who have a drug they want delivered by DuraSite?

375K+ shares and up 1 cent.
Good-sized and very quiet buying without tripping up the share price.
Who's buying?
100,000 shares in 3 big blocks right at the open for .38. Hopefully somebody's buying for news, eh?
You reckon Inspire is marketing INSV's eye product(s) this flu season. Isn't rubbing your eyes one of the big ways flu spreads?
Gotta have some preventative or treatment connection to H1N1, doesn't it? Does INSV ever pre-announce a good/bad quarter, or is every quarter's revenue a complete surprise? robj
Well, Penny, I'm committed to holding the INSV I've got, but at least I've made some money on BNVI, DARA, DSCO RODM (should have never sold the shares I bought at $1.00 in July--now $5+)
Rainmaker has some good ideas on this one.
I don't see how or really why, INSV would keep going for very long as an independent company.
Big-name partners of B & L and PFE. A bit smaller partner name of Inspire. I'm thinking one of these guys will buy INSV out really soon. I think potential partners see small biotech companies getting bid way up with any FDA announcement. They're seeing cheap prices they might acquire these smaller bios go by the wayside.
I think INSV will be snatched up $1.25-$1.50 before year-end.
Rain, INSV sure doesn't act like a biotech, eh? Time for a PR about ISPH or PFE partnering-up with us on something else. too many biotechs exploding to be sitting on INSV too long right now--I'm too stupid to sell, I guess
So, Rain, time for INSV to get out neutral, eh?
Rain, do we get a sniff of Azasite from today's news from Inspire?

Fair enough, Rain.
Rainmaker? anything about our stagnation surprising to you right now?
Mickey, you keep saying that Nokia has to prove no infringement, but I think that's probably wrong.
The judge already ruled no infringement, so I'd expect it would be for IDCC to prove infringement, which they apparently weren't able to do so to Luckern's satisfaction last time.
someone bought 50K at $.38 (high of day) about 12 minutes before close.
so how the hell can cardona do that?
screwing continues.
okay wild ass guess.
If Nokia doesn't appeal the validity/enforceablility, it will be because nokia wants those patents valid when they buy IDCC.
Hah!
Great analysis rmarchma. I think W.M. was rather lamenting that Apple was not a hybrid, but fixed rate and that was gonna mean IDCC leaves some money on the table in Apple's future
I thought some version of Dreamcatcher was ADZRs. What is Cardona now a thief, too.
I hope those two old friends of his bend him over in that lawsuit.
ISPH, some really big insider buys 8.8 million shares+ (Form 4) on our good buddies. Hope INSV is part of the reason for their optimism

well apea, 7 cents down in about 5 minutes. hard to take that rate, eh?
Good Find, Sheriff. And always Rainmaker
Mickey here's the site for mutual fund/officer/director buys and sells of IDCC is.
Mess around with the headings and also go all the way to the right and see the history of mutual fund & directors' buys and sells of IDCC.
You'll seem some shit you'll like--for instance on June 30 reporting date 11 mutual funds had added over 100K shares each of IDCC--We've mostly ever heard of Heartland, but there is a bigger owner than they of IDCC.
Mickey, here's the link:

Here is the best site ever for Mutual Fund and Insider selling ever.
I made the link for IDCC. Play around with the headings and be sure to scroll all the way to the right.
Just found it today--it seems like the greatest ever.

I vote my shares for a complete buyout rather than an acquisition. Do they have any other products they are close to licensing or partnering-up on? That could attract a buyer who wants the whole company instead of watching it spread itself out among more PFEs and B & Ls
Thanks Rainmaker. So it's going to be a long, slow quarter-to-quarter slog while PFE, B & L evaluate the sales of Beiv. lol
Good find Rainmaker. Plenty of work for the Biev.
Is the only way for the stock price of INSV to increase is for ramping up of sales by our partners? Being in the biotech sector, I'm hoping for more of a homerun from INSV than a slow quarter over quarter slog of partner sales. Where's the flash for the big money here, Rainmaker?
robj
No secrets here, pygdogg.
Who's going to get what, dude?
robj
okay, Rainmaker, good on Durasite.
How much does it cost the company and how is it paid for, would you expect?
Rainmaker, here's Bromfenac.
If it's really a hot property, won't a bigger company than INSV want it and quickly price us out.
How much will it cost the company and how will it be paid for--please not share dilution
If all this stuff you hear is true, you are some plugged in dude here.
robj
More about the ban. Hypothetically, IDCC gets the ban.
What Nokia products (specific model(s) are banned? Does Nokia sell other models which they could claim shouldn't be part of the ban?
Even if there is a ban, I'd bet both parties would get to weigh in on which models should be subject to a ban--Nokia won't get shut out here and will still be importing certain phones they negotiated for. Obviously IDCC would get some banned but don't know if it would cripple Nokia or their relationships with U.S. carriers.
At $.37 INSV is exactly 1/2 of its 52-week high.
a 100% gain would only be $.74. I don't know if it means anything except for one full year INSV hasn't gotten any respect from investors/traders.
Since it's a biotech when we get another good run in the sector helped by a couple of major acquisitions someplace, we need traders to discover this one for the biggest push upwards.
Preachin' to the choir with calls Badger.
Mother of all poor timing was Sept. $5 (110 Contracts bought at like 3/8 that expired worthless about 5 weeks before IDC was a rocket shot to $82. (I think the next call month would have gotten 1/3 of the rise anyway)
Never forgot it
