Out.
Good luck.
Effin huge dilution
SPLAAT
I believe shares are being converted around .015
Need pps to stay above .025....preferrably .03 to limit damage from convertibles.
This could hurt the stock price.
Gee. I wonder what kind of financing is coming instead.
If true this is not good. The dilution will destroy this. Hopefully no 8K that it's true.
LOL dilution
Geezuz a LOI?
I'm guessing dilution. Sick
AS raise to 10 BILLION?
Wow. When is that going to happen?
Chart shows trips coming again. Looking for a bounce of bottom trips.
SEC investigation.
Can you provide details.
Thanks
Trading will be suspended ???
When?
Of course the OS will increase. Probably over 1 billion by now.
When will TPTW raise the AS to accomodate all the coming dilution?
Statements are in disarray. Not good
PVDG is a dilution machine. A printing press.
The future of PVDG looks like steady increase in shares and decreasing share price.
What a POS. Be careful.
Yup. Main reason I didn't buy in. Not that POS first time.
This lol
No buddy..I don't like how it's trading right now..
Took some profit and left yesterday... I'll wait and see how it plays out.
The DD here is exceptional just don't like the trading I definitely have it on watch...
LMFAO
OK LOL
DILUTION. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
SPLAAAAAT
Sell sell sell weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
7 million on ask. LOL
Nearing .02
10K and 1Q will be weak.
Garbage keeps dropping
Not necessarily.
It's possible COVID 19 goes away at some point and the demand for fluids decreases.
Hospital, nursing home, etc installations needs to increase to offset that possibility.
And the other industries need to perk up.
It's possible the exercise price of the warrants is even lower than reported in October due to new convertibles. I don't care to further research but it's possible since the share price hit new lows post October report.
This should all be cleared up in the 10K and 1Q.
Nah.
This is from PCTL 10Q filing.
The subsequent events shows about 18 million of the warrants exercised and converted. So 420 million minus about 18 million leaves roughly 400 million at April 1, 2020
The following table summarizes the continuity of share purchase warrants:
Number of warrants Weighted average exercise price
$
Balance, December 31, 2018 650,000 0.09233
Adjustment to warrants outstanding 431,007,738 0.00041
Granted 787,500 0.00131
Settled (12,130,881 ) 0.00117
Balance, September 30, 2019 420,314,357 0.00053
At April 1, 2020 they still had around 400 million warrants to be exercised at average price of .0005
Geezuz, they are making a killing.
Actually there is a chance.
Hundreds of millions of cheap warrants still need to be exercised.
And "reasonable" financing dilution.
Those 2 could necessitate an AS raise.
Then if only 2 units per month are installed instead of the 25 mentioned in earlier podcast it could all add up to a trip to .02
Gary also mentioned "reasonable" financing. In other words there will be some more dilution.
At some point PCTL will need to raise the AS. As it is they don't have enough shares to cover fully diluted. Now add the "reasonable" financing dilution.
Naah. 25 times sales? Don't think so.
WEEEEEEEEE LOL
Yeah. Another downer. I thought they were going to be delivering 25 units per month.
That would certainly generate more than $4 million for the year.
That podcast is a head scratcher.
Can the sub .01 warrants still be exercised during the STOP sign?
If not, then they will resume once Q and K are filed. Further adding pressure on stock price.
$4 million sales per year is a nice increase from previous years but does not support a share price over .02.
Since the 10K and 10Q will be weak there may be another sell off.
Selling off now.
BOING thanks
boing again :)
