Just the beginning of what's going to be a veritable Blizzard In The Summertime of shares being printed and dumped.
They've got a "lifestyle" to maintain, after all.
Good point, but I was thinking of a certain, specific use to which a portion of that JV revenue stream could be applied.
Cal could send a resounding Message To The Market - and to us - with a single announcement - an unmistakable act of confidence - once a reliable and predictable revenue stream begins to flow from the Malaysian JV. I think you can read between the words of the preceeding sentence and deduce what that would be. Wouldn't even have to be that much in dollar amount, either; just the psychological effect would be galvanising.
@downsideup:
I can't reply to your message in private because I don't pay for this redolent cesspool, not wishing to contribute to the livelihood of the ethically-challenged; but, to answer the questions you asked:
I've never seen them post a list of their current restricted stocks, probably because it would fill too many web pages and be too embarrassing to them for customers to see how big it was.
They're basically NITE's poodle and wherever NITE wants to drag them is where they go, or don't go.
Should be almost time for a reverse-split, don't you think ? If there's a billion shares outstanding now, I'd say the R/S will be about 1000-into-1. That'll let 'em rev the SharePresses back up to REDLINE RPM again and keep the Russian Blizzard pouring down.
It became clear about 2002 what Cal's strategy really was, and still is:
Building recurring revenue streams in the form of royalties from JV's and other licencing-related fees to entities desiring to incorporate the KDS into either their sales efforts or end-use efforts.
Recurring revenue streams are what create real wealth; always have, always will. Ask anyone who owns a royalty interest in an oil well, for example. A relative of mine who was in the oil business for many years put it simply and succinctly:
"You make money while you're sleeping."
MM's definitely desking orders this morning. They have to reload before they can sell to retail; thus, the shakeout here.
"Let those guys buy on the open market with us."
No, no, no, TR !
Let those guys buy from us... at $20 / share.
Never going to happen in your or my lifetime, 'Sparky. This is nothing but a Russian Mafia scam, always has been, always will be.
It wouldn't surprise me if Putin himself were masterminding this one, they've been running it since the early 1990's and he was just then re-inventing himself after being head of Gorby's KGB.
Hey, don't get me wrong, I like 'ole Putin, he's my kinda Commie, I'll be he's had and is having a few good laughs about putting this one over on "dumb-as-box-of-rocks Amerikans".
Bank IT departments raise paranoid to an art form; I can say this with absolutely certainly because I've been one of them, and also written banking system software.
A bank IT person, and the auditors behind them, are going to ask "What if?" until you're ready to commit homicide. They're just doing their job, and be thankful they are.
Hey, scalig, guess what ? From the looks of the chart
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=AMHD&p=D&yr=0&mn=6&dy=0&id=p47685589114&a=194180282
it looks like they're getting ready to run every play in The Big Joe Goebbels Big Lie Playbook.
It'll probably be a quickie, though, just like all the other recent P&D's. Fred and the Azz Man may be wanting to go on vacation, they've been working so hard, after all.
Scottrade is notorious for placing those assinine restrictions on stocks, and here's why:
Follow this link:
http://www.marketsystems.com/msi/reports/index.html?clientid=SSIC
and click the "Display" button on the upper right side of the page.
Scottrade uses NITE as their "go-to" Market Maker. When NITE gets hung out to dry with not enough shares to sell out of their inventory or, worse, has had to go naked-short to fill, guess what ? Right, "Restricted, call broker"
And now you know "Why?"
You can look up any broker on this site, and see with whom they're in bed, MarketMaker-wise.
It's called the "606 Disclosure Rule". You might have to ask or find out through whom your broker "clears" their trades to identify the real broker-dealer behind said trades.
Re-read the sentence, perhaps this time noting the emphasis I've added:
"Zero" because Goldcorp will have already taken over lock, stock, and barrel.
Perhaps I should have said, "Zero", because there will no longer be an Evolving Gold, it having been bought out for some astronomical price by Goldcorp.
Either:
"Astronomic" because gold will be several thousand dollars an ounce by then; or
"Zero" because Goldcorp will have already taken over lock, stock, and barrel.
Catherine's left all you bagholders holding.. well, the bag. She says
"Thank$ for the CA$H, bungwad$!"
as she jet-sets to the French Riviera. Or maybe skiing in Gstaad, I hear it's nice this time of year.
Anyone else getting calls from their broker(s) asking "Do you want to sell your FASC?" These calls, by the way, from supposedly indifferent, agnostic brokers who supposedly are only interested in holding and handling your account, not managing it .
Why are they overtly searching for people in the hopes of persuading them to sell, do you suppose ?
I'm a long-time Shareholder, 'Dan; I know what's in the works here. This has to be the biggest steal since the indians sold Manhattan for $20 of junk.
There's a 43-101 due shortly for some of the recent drilling they've done.
As for ".... potential stock price" let's just say Goldcorp doesn't play for peanuts so it will be far, far higher than it is now.
I'm surprised by your seeming inability to tell the difference between a real scam such as G-you-know-who and a situation such as FASC which has simply taken much longer to come to fruition than many expected, or hoped. But I also know some minds are incapable of operating in anything other than a linear thought process, unable to make subtle distinctions and crucial separations in the evaluation of facts and evidence.
So I'll just add "dilettante" to "silly pseudo-Calvinist" and enjoy a good laugh for the rest of the day; or, maybe even all weekend.
Anybody know how many of the deported Russian spies were working for Baltia ?
This'll set back the inaugural flight date by at least a couple years now .
You seem to operate from the flawed premise that somehow FASC is the only investment any of us here have in the entire stock market. Perhaps for a very small few it is and, if so, that's regrettable if they've placed their single stock market bet here in the hopes of a fast return.
And, in any event, what concern is it of yours how any of us choose to allocate our capital, in what, and for how long ?
Peddle your silly pseudo-Calvinism somewhere else.
NITE and UBSS both sat on the bid all day long, taking all comers in any size.
Neither one of them would have been there, doing that, if they both weren't loading up in anticipation of imminent retail demand.
Those two handle the majority of FASC retail. They both want shares, and they're patiently waiting to take them off the hands of the weak, the uninformed, the desperate.
If you were watching L2 today, you also saw someone coming in through the ECN known as ARCA with a semi-stink bid for 30,000 at $.029, meaning someone is hoping NITE and UBSS will both go out to lunch at the same time and pull their bids and - voila! - the ARCA customer might get their fill courtesy of the aforementioned hapless.
All this powder keg needs now is the match.
It's been a long time in the making, that's for sure, not for the faint of heart or the impatient, both sorts of whom we've had to endure along with the wait, itself.
It was always a question of "When?", though, not "If?". That's what kept them going at FASC, as well as what kept us going here as we waited.
As a famous former posting entity was fond of saying,
"Calm equanimity; confident certainty."
Jeff doesn't have time to read this board all day. Jeff's too busy wiring your money to his Swiss or Cayman's account and scouting sunny South American domiciles with lots of sweet senoritas and no extradition treaty with either Canada or the United States.
More like falling-off-the-bone done !
No, about the only "news" that will be coming any time soon now is the news of Jeff and Ken being taken into custody and being led away in handcuffs. And two more scammers will bite the dust.
Yeah, you're right; after the 100-into-1 Reverse Split. Silly me.
I think it's rather obvious this "PGPM_COO" is some poseur, and not whom they purport to be.
If by some chance it really, truly is the COO of PGPM, then God help him, the Company, and as for any Shareholders well, they might as well just do a "Tornado Drill"*
*"Tornado Drill": Bend over, put your head between your legs, and kiss your a** ( or, in this case, your PGPM shares ) goodbye.
Har, de-har-har-har. Nobody voluntarily lets go of a dilution-funded gravy train. And that's what this has been for Pinata from the get-go.
Go read the SEC filings on EDGAR and you'll get even more of an eyeful about the incest going on here.
Changes nothing! Is a scam, always has been a scam, always will be a scam.
And if you think Pinata The Pinhead won't still be pulling O'Bryant's strings, think again.
It's being taken over by a new bunch of thieves:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Quest-Oil-Signs-LOI-to-bw-1570261719.html?x=0&.v=1
plan on getting diluted down the drain.
They'll find some way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory; they always have, they always will.
p.s. would you mind terribly citing the source of that obviously fabricated post.
No changes will be made by me. Do what you must; no umbrage will be taken.
We would not buy FASC in that man's company
That fears his fellowship to buy FASC with us.
This day is called the feast of FASCian
He that outlives this day, and comes safe home,
Will stand a tip-toe when the day is named,
And rouse him at the name of FASCian.
He that shall live this day, and see old age,
Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,
And say 'To-morrow is FASCian'
Then will he strip his sleeve and show his accounts.
And say 'These profits I had on FASCian's day.'
Old men forget: yet all shall be forgot,
But he'll remember with advantages
What feats he did that day: then shall our names.
Familiar in his mouth as household words
TR the CPA, charlie and Waitedg,
Fasctrack and Hongcouver, Preston and yes, even Beauxnhead,
Be in their flowing cups freshly remember'd.
This story shall the good man teach his son;
And FASC FASCian shall ne'er go by,
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remember'd;
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that buys FASC with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition:
And gentlemen in Pennystockland now a-bed
Shall think themselves accursed they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That bought FASC with us upon FASC FASCian's day.
It'll happen, just not as quickly as we'd all ( well, almost all ) like to see.
The bad news is the algae problem is going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
The good news is the algae problem is going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
That means when FASC has reached the necessary critical mass to be able to pursue multiple applications on multiple fronts - probably by late this year - there's going to be plenty of algae to work on. And not just offshore China, but all over the world's oceans, seas, and lakes.
In fact, the potential of deliberately-cultivated algae as a feedstock for biofuel is so compelling that the current hysteria about diverting food sources for biofuel feedstock will soon be a forgotten distraction.
Yeah... close to bankruptcy... almost out of cash... probably won't even be able to make the next payroll....
stick a fork in this pork roast, folks, it's falling-off-the-bone done !
Ken's up to his eyeballs in this scam right along with Jeff; they might as well be joined-at-the-hip.
This little arf'er will never see $.0005 again in your or my lifetime.
Especially when it becomes widespread knowledge there's no filings with the Ontario Resources Commission.
Oh. You didn't know ? Yeah, sorry. Go to their website, it's a searchable database. There's no filings for the Thunder Bay Mining District ( or any other District, for that matter ) by any entity called "Indocan Resources" or their alleged JV partner, "Thunder Bay Minerals".
Maybe they can sell the non-existent backhoe.
This one was just to set up the next PR that will announce the 1,000,000-into-1 Reverse Split. Got to keep those Share Presses running at redline RPM and the Summer Share Blizzard going somehow, right ?
