I did not make it up. someone from another board was talking about this today and just happened to notice at the close today that a block of 300 shares was bought. Not sure if this is true or not, but with all the manipulation that goes on in the pinks and the otc I could believe it.

Did anyone notice that last trade for 300 shares?

The MM are talking

100 = I need shares.
200 = I need shares badly,but do not take the stock down.
300 = Take the price down so I can load shares
400 = Keep trading it sideways.
500 = Gap the stock. This gap can be either up or down, depending on the direction of the 500 signal

we will see what way it goes in the next hour. When ARCA has 30 million on the ask and 30 million on the bid something has to give.

I guess the MM were reading the board.

usually it is MM NITE that keeps stocks from rising when the volume but this stock has MM ARCA. For the last few months this MM always has a large amount on the ask. It has been between 30 million and 100 million for months now. I have also noticed that whenever ARCA puts the same or close to the same numbers on the Bid the volume gets crazy. That happened today and resulted in a no bid 0.00 (zero) For some other strange reason this does not show up all the time on the level 2 from I Hub, but does show up on my level 2 from etrade. Either way... as long as the pps rises I can care less, but MM ARCA is the key.

I agree with you. everyone needs to move their sell orders off .0002 it is only helping the flippers at this point.

My etrade did the same thing. Now it went back to 3 billion?

After reading posts here the last few weeks, and analyzing the sequence of events that they have released in PR's, I now think they have been buying back shares for a few weeks.
First they changed the A/S from 1.5 Billion to over 100 Billion and stated this somewhat subtly when they released their financial statements for 2008 and Q1 of 2009 earlier this month.
This helped drive the price down to a no bid 0. Usually if this happens there would never be anyone left to buy any shares back because the company would be gone.....but someone did start buying the moment it went to no bid 0 people bought on the ask at .0001 and in big volumes for days.

They wanted to price to push as low as possible so they can load up and then announce a buyback of share to drive the price right back up

The problem is how to get the pps to start to rise now.??? A PR has to be released to announce a share buy back that in fact is already taking place. That will drive the price back up and get them to a .25 pps without a R/S.

Just my thoughts and I hope that I am correct.

I think you are correct BillyRay. They need to make an investment of $1 to $5 million in the company and buy back the shares. Then they can limit the o/s and pps will rise. Not an easy thing to do with a penny stock, but they did make a good deal of money at the end of 2008 with the sale of the LNG division. I think they netted around $70 million.

Look at their new website and go under get involved/investors tab. Why does it have Exxon quote there? Are they trying to tell us something? Market Cap for Exxon is currently at $341 Billion today. Maybe this is the buyer?
