It's a clean shell now... Only up 400%, maybe a day away from 100% day.
Be careful guys, every DD from yesterday is up in smokes.
I feel used by my sources, but unbelievable that I was able to get out with profit with CALAQ.
Just spoke to Derek A. McDowell Boyne Capital Partners, LLC
(305) 856-9500
He has said that Evolution has only purchased Catalina's assets, has nothing to do with CALAQ. I am dumfounded, my sources (Mr. Peter Levitt) led me to believe that was the case. Anyhow, maybe someone else has plans for this ticker.
Good luck to all, we are up huge, I just sold my shares.
I just spoke to Peter Levitt http://www.shutts.com/attorneys-Peter-Levitt.html
(Shutts & Bowen (305) 415-9447)again and he has confirmed to me that Evolution Lighting also purchased the rights to "CALAQ" during asset purchase. This confirms NJ415's post. I will do some more phone calling today. This is my last free post on iHub so I will post tomorrow morning on what I find out.
If you are a holder of CALAQ, I suggest you do the same. Let's dig up some facts!
Have you spoken with the CFO yet?
CALAQ this one is not over, came off the highs w/ little volume.
Float ridiculously low, still in business!
Came off the highs w/ small volume... I'm still in this and expect to have some action soon.
No, Evolution Lighting bought the assets in court and another company took over the name & doing business.
We will know soon enough...
I'm still here... waiting on the name of the lighting company that bought the ticker. Per Peter Levitt of Shutts & Bowen (305) 415-9447, another lighting company purchased the shell and doing the exact same business, supplying to exact same companies (Lowes etc.)
He cannot think of the name right away but he said he will e-mail me w/ the name.
Call Peter Levitt of Shutts & Bowen (305) 415-9447 yourself.
It's technically NOT a shell any more. There is a company already doing business under the CALAQ tik
Yes, I understand.
Peter Levitt of Shutts & Bowen (305) 415-9447 TOLD me that another lighting company bought the shell when the assets were purchased in court. Since then BOTH companies have been doing business and shares the customers.
Please call him yourself, he is very cordial.
CALAQ shell has a new owner doing same business to same customers !!!

Cowboys and Aliens II: Worlds at War?
Q: "Now that the "Cowboys & Aliens" movie is coming out, does that affect any decisions to possibly do a print run or finish up "Cowboys and Aliens: Worlds at War?"
A: Having the movie coming out has shown me how much I want to do "Worlds at War." I think it would be really interesting to show other notable character types beyond cowboys and Indians fighting off the alien threat. I am excited to do it!"

"Platinum Studios actually contacted me. They had seen my work on my personal content world Baeg Tobar and wanted me to help organize, further create the world for Cowboys and Aliens, and develop a sequel for Cowboys and Aliens."

lol, everyone here at Comic-Con does...
Their booth is worshiped.
It was actually a 40 Mil block... he was able to sell 6 mil so far.
It is a pump by 4-6 newsletters that brought me 1200% on DE&H.
What's interesting is that they call it a long term hold, meaning they'll continue to pump it like they did with DE%H.
Also, it's NOT a paid pump... no one's been compensated here.
We're still flying UNDER a lot of radars here, not even on the breakout boards etc... Hold & be patient, wait for next week, chart forming a pretty good coil pattern here.
Looking fantastic!
BRYN looking great !!!
BRYN bounce baby !!!
Anyone care to join me on slapping the ask before eod?
I rather buy at higher price into the rally. lol
Ambit rumor was few weeks after the run-up.
Arizona drink was right after the run-up.
No Co. was rumored during the run-up.
Thinking of getting in today. Risk/reward seems to be good.
New here... looking like a very stable run-up.
COMPLETE SUMMARY OF TODAY'S ACTIONS w/LINK this time
MGRN was trading between .0001 &.0002 yesterday and closed at $.0001.
MGRN became MGRND today as it did 1-for-500 share consolidation, or reverse stock split. (every 500 shares of the company's outstanding common stock converts to one share of common stock)
So let's take yesterday's closing price of .0001 times 500 which is $.05.
$.05 is where it opened this morning.
So investors sold (THIS MORNING) shares that they did not have in their account (MAJOR BROKER ERROR, I don't know which one(s)).
So price plummeted from $.05 to $.0004.
Conclusion: MGRND should be valued at $.05 NOW.
ALSO: there are sh1t load of Short shares that the brokerages are responsible for and will need to cover in the coming days.
