I'm still here... waiting on the name of the lighting company that bought the ticker. Per Peter Levitt of Shutts & Bowen [phone], another lighting company purchased the shell and doing the exact same business, supplying to exact same companies (Lowes etc.)
He cannot think of the name right away but he said he will e-mail me w/ the name.
