Been holding for almost 3500 days so what’s another 90 days till trial. This is what we all have been waiting for.and it seems based on claim construction/ discovery and the defendants attempts to bury Vplm in motions and IPRs to drain resources so they seem worried. The end is near for them. So I’m fully loaded and just sitting back and waiting for the big pop!
