vantillian, WNRC is going to get much nicer. In fact, IMO, it is going to move quite a bit higher.
Franny
VZ3, WNRC is just getting started. When all the pieces finally come together in the near future, the stock is going to take off. Do your DD and see what all the excitement is about.
Franny
Hello Brick. Good to have you aboard. Lots going on with the company. Obviously, you've done your homework .
Franny
Hey shakerzzz, the bases are loaded...we should have a home run soon. .
Franny
Mason,, you've got that right. Way too much going for the stock to go nowhere but up.
Franny
Rig,regarding my PM to you on WNRC , shakerzzz is on it. Do your DD and see why. It should soon take off.

Hi sharerzzz, you are going to love this stock. Way too much going for the company for the price to stay this low. This is a very low floater and when it pops, it is going to go fast and high. The pieces of the puzzle are just starting to fall in place.
When you do the DD on it, you will understand what us longs know is coming...and, it is very nice. .
Franny
OT, Finney, got your PM and I agree.
Franny
J-Rhino, lots of PR's would definitely be great. However, the company needs to get one that says it has its financials audited so we can off the pinks. Once we get off the pinks, a lot more investors will take the company serious.
Franny
PSU, yep...been there too with you. But, I have been part of both a low float and high float explosion. Both are very nice when you are on the board. Our ship will be sailing soon .
Franny
Yellow,, when the news comes as expected, I think we will definitely get more posters. Btw, got your private message... thank you. It's been so long; I forgot who was involved at the time.
Franny
Hi Mick, regarding WNRC, there probably won't be much resistance at those levels much longer after this week. Do your dd on it and keep an eye on it...you will not regret it.
Franny
P.S. Good to see you hang around other boards than the billionare club.
licker, yes, I think the company board is definitely anxious to get this company turned around asap. With all the ties the board members have with the other companies associated with us, this will be a no-brainer.
Franny
Hi Tina, I remember you from another board. It is good to see you here. Steven Lockhart is not associated with the company. He has been gone for over a year...he really didn't do much for the company. He tried to get the balloon thing going and failed miserably. Dan Green is running the company and has gotten some great things going with it. You may want to check with posters like Finney, J-Rhino, EquityTrader to start with on your dd. I think you will see a nice gem here with WNRC.
Franny
Mason, I think we will begin to see some volume this week.
Franny
Licker,, I agree with the possibility of the price reaching $.15 this week. But, no one said the anticipated closing regarding Ngen is on the 6th/7th. The website update stated there is a board meeting the week of the 6th...meaning the meeting could be anytime during next week. If the meeting is the 6th or 7th, then the company could release the news later in the week. If the meeting is on the 10th (Friday), then the week after is the likely release for news of the closing. Either way, I firmly believe the news will be no later than the 17th. IMO, I think we will see news way before the 17th.

SSP, YellowFin is just showing some excitement about the company, based on what is a very possible beginning of a run. Cut him little slack.
Franny
Mason, good to see you here. I think we are getting primed for a major run.
Franny
TAKI, the WENR board is beginning to light up. Expecting lots of very positive news coming this month. Here is the link to the board:

Franny
ET, based on the PR released July 29 (posted below), I don't agree totally with you on the possibility of news this week not being released this week. It is very possible, but like you said, "who knows" , If the company does close the deal by tomorrow, then a PR could be released. If the deal hasn't closed yet, then I think early September.

The upgraded transmitter is scheduled to become operational during the month of August. This transmitter will allow better transmission and reception of the television signal.
In June, 2010, WENR signed a letter of intent to acquire Ngensolutions LLC, which the Company anticipates to close in August. The transmitter was financed and terms were not disclosed.
"This is a major step in WENR becoming a multi-faceted media company," said Dan Green, President. "Ngensolutions is placing into service the hardware for broadcasting the second television station which will become an asset of WENR."
About Ngensolutions LLC:

Additionally the company is negotiating to lease existing studio space in Reno to combine its operations into one location. Ngensolutions also owns an interest in KXTO-AM 1550 Radio, which is broadcasting.
ET, Well put -:). I agree with you 100%.
Franny
criscros, you are correct...membermarks don't make stock prices go up. But when you see more and more membermarks, that indicates that there is more interest coming in. And, there is definitely more interest in the company.
When the next news comes out, we will see more interest in the company.
Franny
Tarantula, no problem...we're cool .
Franny
Tarantula, regarding WNRC, I read a hint of sarcasm from you. WNRC is not done yet! What you are seeing is the beginning of a major move in the stock price. You can get in now, while it is cheap, or jump in later with the herc.
I was just trying to give you a heads up on the company and the direction it is heading. If you do the dd on the company, I think you will agree with me. GLY
Franny
For what it's worth, go to this site and enter WNRCin the symbol search bar. Look at their opinion (Strong Buy).

U, MMs will do that alot. Look at nite, he has moved up quite a bit since being way down a few weeks ago.
U, that was only the first trade or two before the freak sales at .03, .04, and .06. Look how the stock recovered at the end. WNRChas a lot of room to grow in value.
Franny
santa, the trading today on WNRC was an anomaly. It looks more like someone traded at the market. Believe me, I've been burned on market trades in the past. A lesson hard learned.
Really read the recent news and I think you will feel much better.
Franny
Yellow_Fin,, looks like it to me. Franny
LA, yep, it has happened to me in the past. A couple times I put in orders to sell at the market, and the MM's just walked it down, then brought it back up. I friend of mine finally told me to never sell or buy at the market, because you can get nailed bigtime.
Franny
Rig, WRNC is still a nice play. One of the very few pinks that has something really going for it. Still very early to get in.
Franny
Dream, WNRC is another low floater you may want to take a look at.
I have posted just a few IHub poster links that include some of the recent news and the logic of why it is a no-brainer. Some of the posters like finney, RHINO, J-rhino, EquityTrader, Yellow Fin are just a few posters you may want to bookmark. I think I was in WNRC way before most of the posters on the board (two years ago), and it has been a long craw back. Given all the DD on the company, it looks the ship on WNRC is finally coming in. I've tried alerting several posters, but most are waiting on the sidelines. I wouldn't wait too long. It it guaranteed? Nope, I've never seen a stock that was guaranteed. But, with all the activity the company has going, my chances are great to make a fortune with this company . IMO
Franny
P.S. I've highlighted the info on Mr. Martinez and Mr. Ahmaud. When you read all of the above, you will see why it is a no-brainer.

Just some thinking "out loud" about WNRC revenue:
Satview...already $500,000 annual revenue...$500,000 in assets
Azteca America affiliate...
...Wnrc will get a slice of each dollar that the regional cable franchisor pays Azteca for carrying the station.
...WNRC will probably get 25% to 50% of the available commercial time to program in their own commercials that they have sold locally. All of this revenue will go to WNRC. Plus, WNRC will get at least 4 hours per day of the broadcast hours for "local programming"...which, in this day and age means...infomercials.
...Reno/Sparks metro is a really big regional gambling and entertainment hub...trust me on this...I've spent 8 hours on Interstate 80 doing the 3 1/2 drive back to the SF Bay area in perfect weather conditions on several occasions.
...There are about 14 very large casino hotels in the Reno/Sparks metro area. They will have to advertise to the 30% of the local population. Let's be EXTREMELY conservative. Let's say only 5 casinos advertise...and they only run 5 ads per day each...let's say WNRC only gets $50 per ad...5x5x$50=$1250 p/day
Ok...$1250 p/day times 365 days = $456,250 per year JUST FROM THE FREAKING CASINOS!!!
Ok, now....make up your own numbers:
How many car dealers in the Reno/Sparks that will need to advertise?
Grocery stores and Latino markets; auto aftermartket; attorneys; health care...etc?
...back to the infomercials...make up your own price per half hour and multiply by 8 half hours per day(at a minimum, really) and multiply that by 365 days p/yr
Something else to think about here...Azteca is a national feed. you don't need much infrastructure to relay a feed to a cable provider. Fixed costs are minimal and variable costs are largely tied to salesperson commissions and production costs on SOLD ADS. They largely only spend money when they make money.
...Radio Station KXTO 1550 AM...I don't know...looks like a national feed to me...that means a server in a business park office and monthly service fee on an antenna. Again, variable costs are tied to revenue-you only incur costs when you sell ads.
Ya just gotta love everything about this so far and you just can't believe that Manny Martinez quit being the Vice President & General Manager of Charter Communications for California and Nevada to run one tv station in Nevada. Something much bigger is in the pipeline.

The guy's a deal maker...not a caretaker...he got that Manny Martinez to leave being the big cheese at Charter Communications for California and Nevada...guy had to be making over 500k a year...Green must have painted an awful pretty picture to get him to leave Charter

LA, the way the mm's are lining up and the activity increasing, both of those are very possible. IMO, I think the long term is much better than the .50 - .75 you quoted.
Franny
I know RHINO, I've notified several posters (including some member friends). I believe some have gotten in, some are still waiting on the sidelines. I think those on the fence are missing a great opportunity to get in while the price is this low. With the upcoming news, I don't think we will see the stock below .10 for a long, long time.
Franny
Yoda, you remember my reply to you last year regarding WNRC? The news has been getting much stronger since I posted to you about a year ago. The WNRC board is picking quite a bit of steam on the board, and the stock is looking very, very strong. Keep in mind, this is a low float stock...when the expected news comes in the very near future, the price should/could rock hard. L2 is looking stronger each day.
Franny
ET, I'm working on it. Some have come aboard. Been real busy last few days, so haven't had a lot of time for the PMs.
Franny
Welcome aboard ThomasOMatic. I would tell to at least get a little of the stock. That way, he won't have to worry about getting out when he wants. As for me, and I'm sure a few here, we will hold out for the long term. Some of us have been here more than a year, so barring any bad news (which we are not expecting), patience will definitely reward us.
