The best one I ever lost a ton on. I was at the Florida Money show years ago. There was a little booth with a lot of traffic. They were selling health supplements. About 10 ingredients in what looked like a salt shaker. You would just sprinkle it on your food. They kept coming out with news releases of how good a deal this was. They were getting a test sales run in stores indifferent areas in a major drug store chain. Two weeks later, news release. All stores in all areas were sold out in three days. Stock ran to about 70 cents, I think. Hard to remember at my age, have been playing this game for over 60 years. They dumped. The game was over. Rummer was they were only in a few stores and went in each day and bought it all them selves. I did get it all back on a scam oil stock. Same thing, all great press releases. They had stock in this big oil company and that one and on and on. They were honest, they did have stock holdings in all the companies they said they did. ONE share in each. I had checked on the guys behind it. They were bad news. I was in England where I had some business interests. Looked at my stocks one day and it was up to 50 cents. I started selling as fast as I could. But I could only sell so much each day because I would kill it if I sold too much at one time. That was not my best one. The mining company was. Took 700,000 out on that one. Blew it all in less than 2 years. Looking back, I HAD A GREAT LIFE WITH A GREAT WIFE. Best of luck to all. Always remember, if you lose it all, it is no big deal. A true loss. Is some thing that money can not buy. All the rest of your losses are only an inconvenience.

Classic mistake. Sell them, walk away. Put the money in to what you think is moving now. Then buy them back as soon as you can.That is why I have 65,000 for sale at .20 cents. That gives me 500,000 free ones and enough left over to buy back the crap I sold. I know it is not easy, but the right thing to do. If you don't. Some day you will wake up and be looking at 20 year old wall paper. I got them framed on the wall. 10,20,30,40,50 and hard to believe, one at 60 years old. Best of luck to all.

I would like to share a personal experience about drinking and driving. This might save you the cost and embarrassment of being arrested for DUI.

As you know, people have been known to have unexpected brushes with the authorities from time to time, often on the way home after a "social session" with family and or friends. Well, this year, it happened to me. I was out for the evening to a party and had more than several Scotch and Sodas coupled with a bottle of rather nice red wine.



Although relaxed, I still had the common sense to know I was slightly over the limit. That's when I did something I've never done before ... I took a taxi home. On the way home there was a police roadblock, but since it was a taxi, they waved it past, and I arrived home safely without incident. These roadblocks can be anywhere, and I realized how lucky I was to have chosen to take a taxi.

The real surprise to me was I had never driven a taxi before. I don't know where I got it, and now that it's in my garage I don't know what to do with it.
