Ken Lamb created 53 million new shares. 3 million of which he sold on the market, diluted the float shares by nearly 9 to the previous 1. Then the other 50 million Restricted shares were probably used to trade for properties. They will become unrestricted in a little less than a year. That means that right NOW all MGMX shares are worth 1/151 of the present company, and considering Ken's track record, the properties that he traded created-stock to purchase, will most probably never come to fruition. The 3 to 5 Million dollars he made selling 3 million shares goes into the company coffers to keep Ken in the style of life that he has become accustomed to while burning up MGMX's financial assets. Now it's BWNR stockholders that must support him.
This company will never support enough PPS to have OPTIONS. I, similar to yourself, bought the stock (MGMX) at .0003 and .0002. I profited by 50% when I sold out BWNR at or above $2.00. I don't have to short this stock. I do not want IN. The only way you can short a stock these days, is if you have access to borrow shares to cover you, if the price goes up after you sold. If a person sold shares that they owned at $2.00 and bought back in at 2 cents, that would be shorting bit NOT naked shorting,...JUST GOOD BUSINESS. I owned 51 million shares of MGMX (10,200 shares of BWNR), I do NOT have to feel guilty for selling it at $2, fact is everyone in my position would feel pretty good after such a sale.
I'll tell you this, YOU wait for 11 cents and buy up all you can, and you just might be in the same position that the old MGMX stockholders were in, WATCHING A DIME SHRINK TO 1/100 OF A CENT!!! But who am I anyway,...you already know EVERYTHING. IMHO, Sam.
To: Madison411, in regards to total shares ..
Where do you think 53 million new shares came from? Are you holding on to this stock, when the authorized shares just grew over 15,000%? Talk about dilution!!! If this is NOT a change in share structure since reverse split,... then what is??? Suggest if you are holding on to shares that went to $2 and back to $0.18, that you buy a 55 gallon barrel of Vaseline. The same goes if you believe in this management and a recovery back to $2. Just my humble opinion. If you want something to short, short the Dow thru the Dow Diamonds, You can even make more money if you buy PUT OPTIONS against DIA. Just in case you didn't know it, when the DJIA goes UP. it lifts all boats, such as BWNR. Likewise when it goes down, it is just like a ship going through the locks of the Panama Canal until your stock, in this case BWNR, is proportionately level with DJIA percentage loses. I predict the DJIA, played through DIA options, is going down to below 11,000. Maybe as low as 10,500. Plan Accordingly!!! Sam.
TO ALL: .. .. .. .. .. ..
Check out EAGM BOARD: From your BWNR associate Chevy56, dated 1/9/08 and especially 1/22/08. It states that all pinkies will stop being traded, effective 2/15/08, on all US markets if it is a NON-REPORTING STOCK!!!! THIS IS HOT NEWS!!!! It affects the price of your stock (BWNR) which will probably fall MORE due to the reduced marketplace. Take action. SAM.
Producing mines are already rocketing to the moon
It is only the dead-beat wanna-be mines that are stagnant. Have you been looking at Barrick or Newmont. Sam.
Gold on the move @ Wednesday 1340 hours
Gold at $259+, and other mines up such as Barrick Gold up 9+%. But NOT THIS STOCK! NO-O-O-O-O-O-O! I should have named my last post "DEATH NAIL for the COFFIN"! LOLOLOL, better still "CRY OUT LOUD". Sam.
moverzzz, I totally understand your position .. ..
However, diluting your position by approximately 150 to one, has not gotten you a uranium property, merely a property in an area where other properties have proven reserves. There is a great difference.
And given Ken lamb's silent treatment to the shareholders for the past year, I doubt that any substantial mining of uranium will ever come to fruition on the property of which he had a letter of intent (LOI). Just from a financial point of view, if you could get close to the $2/share price to sell and invest it in any producing gold mine, such as Barrick gold, you would be years ahead of this company's projects.
From control of the property to production on any mining venture is 2 years. What could your investment earn in a different, more open company in two years, especially since Spellbound shows a prediction of $1500/ounce and Larry Edelson predicted $2272/oz. in the next two years? If you wish to give Ken (tells you nothing of importance) Lamb, more time to tell you nothing, then you have more patience than Job, and I wish you well. As I said in my original post, I have nothing to gain, and thank heaven, nothing to lose, from this stock. I actually made 50% on this stock for the 5 months that I owned it, and I wish all of my friends on this board to be so lucky. But when I accumulated 51 million shares of MGMX out of 1.7+ billion outstanding, I felt I was a major player with this company. After, the reverse split and Ken's printing press I owned 10,200 shares of 53.36 million. A little fish in a big murky pond.
I got out because there was no T.A. at the time, and the daily shares transferred were around 300,000, which is impossible for a stock that is only supposed to have 360,320 shares. It was obvious that Ken was operation his printing press and selling into a market that thought there were only 360,320 shares. Ken fired the previous T.A. and gave no information of a new T.A. until he laundered his wet-ink shares.
IMHO this is NOT a man to be trusted. I've always believed that you should place your faith in those who have earned it and NOT in those who have destroyed it. Ken Lamb has destroyed many shareholder's faith in MGMX, now BWNR. If this were your mortgage money, would you invest it with someone who has this legacy for a track record. I rest my case. Sam.
TO EVERYONE: WHERE ALL THE SHARES CAME FROM
To those who read and absorbed my post #29,330, you would have known for some time that our meager 355,000+ shares outstanding after the Reverse Split, has been augmented by another 53 or 55 million shares from Ken Lamb's printing press. Yes, that 1/3 of a million shares (approx.) have been diluted 159 or 165 to 1. I can imagine he used 50 million as a stake in some unproven uranium property and is selling the other 3 or 5 million shares to acquire some operating capital. Do NOT dilude yourself into believing that, as a group of previous MGMX or recent BWNR stockholders, you have any real say in what is going on with this company. There are just too many new shares out there for your minute voices to make a difference anymore. Ken had it all planned out this way. Next time you are able to find him to talk with you all, ask him! All I can offer in your support is that if two dollars per share (similar to the price at Thanksgiving time) may be a future blip in the next few months. I took advantage of the first, over-$2 exit around Thanksgiving. It is attainable if you are prepositioned with an unexecuted sell limit order. I personally believe there is another $2 PPS left in this stock, but I do not guarantee it. With the pre-positioned sell limit order in place, you will not have to check the price every day, nor languish what price to sell at, or be tempted to take a loss because it won't let you sleep at night. This is the best advice I can offer to all of you. You may discount what I say here, after all I am no longer a stockholder in this company, and I do not wish to be again. However if you also want OUT then this is the most painless way. Sam.
Spellbound, although we have had our differences,
WHAT GOLD (OR FOR THAT MATTER URANIUM) IN THE GROUND ARE YOU RELYING ON???? There has been no proven reserves of either! Fact is the only reference we have ever received is that these mines (gold or uranium) are in areas where mining of proven reserves has occurred. Do NOT be duped by Ken Lamb's generalities. I have never seen a company present such great expectations and rosie possible outlook in their PR's, as this company has presented. The PR's are so generic, they say NOTHING about the factual outlook for this company, nor do they give facts about this company. Wake up and smell the coffee! Sam.
Mary, I disagree with your analysis .. ..
The T.A. has no proprietary right to the information as to share structure. The T.A. has a right to be paid for their time in looking up and providing the information that you request. They are not the owner of the information. Ken Lamb determines the share structure and it is his information to disseminate. So, considering that the T.A. has been paid (in this case for "HER" services), you owe her no future obligation to keep private that which should be public information. Likewise her additive as to your responsibility to keep the information (which might I add, is time dated and may be stale tomorrow) from the rest of the stockholders that you bought the information to be shared with, is totally rediculous on the part of the T.A., as "SHE" does not own nor generate changes in the total, but merely tallys the total for a fee from the company of which you are the part-owner. So, tell the T.A. to "KISS YOUR GRITS" and kindly post the information among the owners. Sam
Just a WAG, but I believe .. ..
Ken Lamb has issued 53 million shares, added to the 355,320 after the split. I noticed before Thanksgiving that we had three days of high volume of near or over 300,000 shares. At that time I new it was impossible without Ken operating his printing press. I'll bet he used 50 million shares to satisfy his letter of intent to go 50-50 on the uranium property profits, and another 3 million which he has been selling on the open market to satisfy his day to day expenses. In either case it suggests that all of the MGMX shareholders now have a diluted share in BWNR, approximately 1/150. Even though the company may be worth more than before with this uranium acquisition (which remains to be proven),it signifys that what we held after the New shares were issued, were worth "diddely". Therefore I have liquidated all of my BWNR shares and do not wish to play the ups and downs of this stock. I wish you all LUCK and happiness during this upcoming holiday season. You have been an interesting group in my life. I may drop by once in a while to say hello, GLTA, Sam.
Yes, the volume is up, but more importantly
The PPS has increased to .0004 and considering the volume, that you pointed out, we may be in for a short run up to near .001. Cross your fingers. .001 would surpass my sell limit order, and I could get free of all my shares. Sam.
GEO928, Everybody picks their own exit point ..
When my limit order is reached, I will be OUT!!! Not until then. I am not hurting for the money if this company closes the doors, deflates the air-filled blow-up facade, and rolls the plastic balloon of an office into a nice roll with a rope tied around it. The only decisions that have been made are an orderly exit at the desired price. I no longer have faith in this company, no matter what name they go by in the future. If you continue to hold on, that's your business and I wish you and all the other EAGM stockholders WELL. Sam.
To all of you quiet shareholders out there:
Even when a stock stinks, people will post their opinions on the direction and circumstances of that company. To go eleven days without a post is a "TELL", as to the interest level of this stock.
It is time to set an exit point, and place your limit order to SELL this stock. I've been in here for over a year with 20,000,000 shares, and wished I had grabbed some of the past .001 opportunities to exit this DOG. If you lie with a DOG for too long a period of time, you wind up being bitten over and over by the FLEAS,....this is such a stock.
I will NOT be posting here often, however I would like to hear from those who experienced this stock as I have. Call it comrades in misery, if you wish. I guess you have to be there to experience the misery. GLTA, Sam.
Pedro2004, When you get 1000 shares for one
This is not a reverse split but a forward split. Ditto on the 1:20 F/S. Sam.
traderpirate44, Rehash of 2006 is getting boring.
If you took the time to look around you would realize there are still a few longs in this stock. Therefore your words do NOT qualify as truthful. Most of the Newbies here are in at $1.00 (.0002),...... and $2.00 (.0004) looks good to them. They did not experience the gloom and doom of MGMX, and frankly your rehash from early 2006 is falling on deaf ears. As far as US NON-EXISTING LONGS are concerned, any sustained movement upward is greatfully appreciated.
Lastly, what qualifies a person to be a "SHORT" or a "LONG"? If a person sells stock without owning any shares, he is immediately called a "SHORT". If a person has been around for a year or more with shares in this stock, he or she is called a "LONG", but is that the true meaning of LONG. A person who invests heavily in this stock would most probably be the best definition of a "LONG". I consider myself a "LONG" and I'm sure Mary considers herself a "LONG". So, let's not make assumptions that the "LONGS" are long gone.
Sam, 10,200 BWNR (51,000,000 MGMX).
highfive, How about doing sll a favor,
Kindly reduce the size of Albert Einstein's quote, or better still put it where it belongs... with your profile. It occupies more than 50% of the space of your posts which makes it look like part of your post. In other words it's really getting "OLD". Thanx, Sam.
Pedro2004: There are two kind of splits
Obviously, you do not know a S 1:1,000 from a R/S 5,000:1. This BWNR 5,000:1 is the first Reverse Split of this company under any Name. Sam,
Fellow BWNR Stockholders .. .. .. .. ..
Some things about yesterday's trading were good, but not as good as is needed by some of us to get even. By today's standard we had been selling at: $1.50 and $2 from 9/4/07 to 10/1/07,... and from $2 and $2.50 from 6/12/07 to 9/4/07. We were at a $7 high with a $5 close on 4/16/07. Lastly, let's not forget that during the Reverse split someone bought shares at $8.75. As you can see we do NOT have to go back very far to see the potential PPS that this company has. Almost 80% of the total outstanding stock traded hands on Monday. Yes, 286,351 shares traded, leaving only 78,967 untraded,...IN ONE DAY!!! Providing the company is NOT printing shares, it must mean that others are really interested in getting their hands on the remaining shares and any shares turned over for a profit as the PPS increases. This is looking extremely good for those who could not be pryed (sp?),..from their shares on Monday. Sometimes it's nice to be LONG!! There is no reason to prevent this stock from trading over $10 per share,... as long as the PR continues, and as long as the company gives information. If you fear that the ride will be short lived, then pick your exit point and pray that you can get back in cheaper, but I doubt if you can. Sam.
To ALL: IMHO .. .. .. .. ..
Seems if you want to disguise a dishonest company, you set up shop and send out plenty of PR(s) to raise the stock price and only release a little bit of the stock at a time. This company did just that when it started with 800 shares at $200,000 ea. They started at $150,000 but shortly through private sales got it up to $200,000. Then you go a year or more and split 1000:1. And the next company does the same. Soon you have 800 million shares authorized, 538+ million outstanding, with the restricted shares outnumbering the float shares by 292.5 million to 245.5 million.
Now the restricted shares held by the members of the board and their families,...control this company and a large cash-on-hand balance to pay for the board's officers salaries and perks. They probably use that 150,000 to 200,000 per share (NOW 15-20 cents) to buy up EAGM float shares covertly at .001 or less (as can be believed by two recent buy-ups of shares). If they can buy up 90 to 95 % of all the stock, it would pay them to dissolve the company, but it just hasn't been going fast enough.
So they file for a name change and reverse split and that way the price can fall further from .25 to .0005 again. A reverse split 500:1 = $0.25/share. Nothing disheartens stockholders faster than a company that has stopped giving info to it's shareholders. It also causes the price of the stock to sink. This will give them another year to buy up stock after it falls again down below pennyland. Then they can decide whether to do another name change with another reverse split or dissolve. Obviously, they have too much cash and they are living well on an expense account and salary. What is unfortunate is that they control the company.
If they do this reverse split after a symbol change there will be a short period of 2-4 days when short sellers will be scrambling to cover. It should help the price but only in the extreme short run. Within a week after a reverse split, for sure this stock is heading south. Sad. Just my opinion. Sam.
Eltonfan59, You're correct about KL being a cheeseball
But I believe the cheese to be "FROMUNDA", do you think I'm right??? LOLOL. Sam.
Chevy56, Did I, me, hear anything? .. ..
No, these guys even pass wind quietly! Other than the two letters I wrote to them, and subsequently got no answer, NO, I have heard absolutely nothing. Sam.
RE: TO YOU .. .. .. .. ..
DON"T HOLD YOUR BREATH!!!!! Sam
TO ALL
Just checking to see if this board is FROZEN, or if someone's delete button is stuck?
Aimgator, the same horse's "PITOOT" in post #8150
Aimgator, you NEVER LEARN. Isn't it true that when a trade executes the seller's asking price = the buyer's bid price? So, if I place a limit trade to sell 10 million shares of EAGM for the listed ASK price on my brioker's site which is presently .0009 and the the BID price is now .0006,... isn't it true that when this trade executes, I get .0009 PPS? And if at the same time I entered another limit order to BUY 10 million shares of EAGM at a BID price of .0006, which it is at present,..isn't it true that when the order executes, I buy the shares for .0006 PPS. My SELL ASK = the ASK at the time of execution and my BUY BID = the BID at the time of execution. What part of that do you NOT understand??? This way I determine what I pay and also what I sell for!!! Sam.
hish, To answer you question .. .. ..
You uncover the deviousness by experiencing it first hand. It is one of those things that you learn because it cost you money, which really helps your remember when it happens again!!! Sam.
TO: Chevy56,...Effect of a name change
All name changes are Not created equally. If in EAGM's case the new company Cayanne Resources is trading as (T/A) the old company El Alacran Gold Mining (EAGM), there is no effect. If they change the stock symbol to let's say "CAYN" then we force all of the shorts to exchange for new shares in just 2-4 days. At the present, the shorts were given 35 days to cover, due to a change in regulations affecting the NASD brokers. In the regulation the brokers were given 35 days for all shorts to be covered or that brokerage would lose the right to short any stocks. In addition to this rule, was the understanding that future short sales could only be made if the brokerage house had another house with shares in hand that would lend or sell them if necessary to cover. Thereby eliminating what was called "NAKED' shorting, where a person or hedge fund or brokerage could sell enough fanthom shares that did not exist, and could thereby drive the market price down (while getting a good price for the fanthom shares), then turn around and buy-up an equal or better share total while the price was artifically depressed by their previous overselling without holding the shares. They did this, all the time knowing that they had plenty of time to get the shares together should they ever have to deliver, because the SEC had no rules making the practice illegal. In addition to the flight to Gold, this new SEC regulation is making the shorting sellers cover what they sold with shares in hand not ether shares.
When MGMX/BWNR is the company of topic it is a different story. Immediately you had a new name, and a new stock designation and the short sellers were only given a few days to exchange the shares. They had to come up with shares quickly, which is probably why the price went UPWARDS for a short period after the reverse split. The shorters could not buy up mgmx because immediately it stopped trading until you had new shares in your account. Therefore early BWNR shares were sold at a slight premium. Unfortunately, firing the Transfer Agent, prior to the reverse split, merely covered up who those shorting traders were, and allowed this management to add either 50,000,000 shares of MGMX/ or 10,000 shares of BWNR with the hopes that we would not notice. But we noticed. And that's where we are on name changes. Sam.
What will be the volume on Friday?
Monday............30,000
Tuesday....... 1,700,000
Wednesday......9,366,000
Thursday......14,777,889 a/o 2:30 PM
Friday (WAG)..25,000,000 ????
Looks as though Friday is going to be a bustling day as all of the short sellers may only have Monday coming to cover their shorts (if in fact they have Monday, maybe Friday is the end). Friday is the day to ask .002/share. Let's see how close my WAG gets to the closing volume of Friday, 11/2/07. Sam.
TO: Dryden and Igloo57, NEVER a Market Buy
If Igloo57 puts in a market buy, He may just have purchased one or more of my 10,200 shares of BWNR at $8.00 each. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER....place a Market Order for anything. Always buy by Limit orders and sell by Limit orders.
If you don't know the price you're going to pay for something, don't buy it, because you most probably will be disappointed. Sam.
Larry Edelson's GLOBAL RESOURCES BOOM video pulled!
No longer can I access this video. If you would like a printed copy of this video's report call Weiss' Research at 888-868-0988 to request a copy. I understand that they are starting to send out hard copies in a few days. For those who e-mailed me in time to get and view the video, you know of the potential in corn, wheat, sugar (going up to 10 times it's present price), gold (going to $2272 minimum), platinum (will pass $1500 shortly), rubber, water, tin (going up 300+%), oil (going to $200), aluminum, iron and steel. We are literally sitting on a gold mine, or uranium (if you prefer rumors). Do NOT undersell yourselves at $0.37/share. Disgruntled stockholders that sell out prior to the increase are their own worst enemy. If this stock is worth so little, then surely you can do without the little money that selling now can bring. Sam Barder.
Sorry, Larry Edelson's global resources video pulled!
No longer can I access this video. The important parts are that OIL will go to $200/barrell and Gold will pass $2272. This man has been awesomely correct in the past and the first to call the future direction and price. If you are selling your Gold holdings, be sure (after reading where the price of gold is going) you get a fair price for your stock. .001 may be what you can get right now, but is that a fair price for it? I doubt it very much. It's your stock, if you wish to give it away for next to nothing, that's your loss. I intend to hold out for more.
If you would like to call Weiss Research and request a paper copy of what was discussed on the video, call there offices at 1-888-868-0988 and request a paper copy of the previous Global Resources Boom report (previously an e-mail video).
That's all the news for now. Sam Barder.
TO: My fellow shareholders of EAGM .. ..
Everyone is wondering why Gold is increasing. I have received a one-hour e-mail video/advertisement from Martin Weiss and Larry Edelson that explains all. I am NOT making any recommendation that you buy Larry Edelson's newsletter on the coming resources boom. After all, unless you are heavy on investing you probably don't need his service and it is expensive,... however the information he gives in this video is compelling to watch and I suggest it for everyone who invests in gold and/or oil.
I have 20 million shares of this Toronto headquartered, Colombian gold mining company that does not answer it's shareholders, and does not make PR announcements. In addition to EAGM, I had 51 million shares of MGMX (now 10,200 shares of BWNR), another Toronto headquartered, Colombian mining company that does not answer it's shareholders, and does not make PR announcements. I call these two companies "sister-stocks", because of their similarities.
If you want the full story on Gold from the "Most-experienced" source, Larry Edelson, just sent me an e-mail, and place your e-mail address within the text of the body of the e-mail, and I will forward via e-mail a copy of this video to you. It is absolutely fascinating and a must-see for everyone invested in gold. P.S. Do NOT depend on an automatic heading to get me your e-mail address, place it within the e-mail and I'll FWD a copy to you ASAP. Sam Barder.
Let's Hope Good Gold News Is Contagious
Some time ago, I referred to another gold stock that I have 20 million shares of. It is a Columbian gold mining operation with Headquarters in Toronto, and that company (whose name I will not mention here), I have referred to as the sister-stock of this BWNR (fka MGMX) investment. Well the good news is that the old axiom of "a rising tide, lifts all boats", is absolutely true. That other company does NOT communicate with it's shareholders, just like BWNR (MGMX). In spite of this, and in spite of the fact that the iHub board members for THAT stock are always grumbling, and whining about NO information from THAT company's management,..... the stock price today went from .0004 to .0014 for the HI, and CLOSED at .0008. Seems as though Martin Weiss' right-hand-man, Larry Edelson, may just be 1000% correct in his assessment of where the price of gold is going (and this is his austere, ultra-conservative, bottom estimate) to $2272.00 USD in the near term (which I consider to be the end of 2008). He has been correct more times than anyone and usually the first person to call/predict the future of the top sixteen natural resources. He also predicts OIL to hit $200/barrel, but he does not give a time line as to when.
The reason I give you this information is that by holding your present position, we may well be seeing $2.50 pps in the near future without any additional news. But as soon as more people hear of Larry Edelman's thoughts on where Gold, Oil, Aluminum, Copper, Tin, Molybdenum, Zinc, Tungsten, Cobalt and 7 others are headed, the sky is the limit. I hope that I have cheered-up your day with this information.
Anyone wanting the entire 1-hour video e-mail, just drop me an e-mail at samgj2006@comcast.net and be sure to put your e-mail address within the text of the e-mail. Do NOT depend on headings for me to get your e-mail address. Sam.
Mary, The one thing that release doesn't say:
That release is a rehash. It doesn't state that they ever intend to mine, just hype and turnover properties without doing any substantial work. So far they delivered what they promised, essentially NOTHING. Sam.
Chevy56, Just a blip? I don't know ..
We had zero trading days before the R/S, and we are having them after the R/S. Even 760 shares of BWNR equalled 3,800,000 shares of the old MGMX. So, a 760 share day is nothing to sneeze at. What is the most puzzling is that the company is not releasing PR(s) during this gold price increase.
I believe that there may be some attempt to buy up the O/S that are on Float at cheap prices, maybe even a covert stock buyback plan,.....using company funds to decrease the float, at these ridiculous low prices, until there is nothing floating, only restricted shares. Then, with a healthy remaining cash balance, they dissolve the corporation and disperse the considerable cash balance to the remaining shareholders, when very few float shareholders remain.
One of my concerns is Filomena Nucaro, the Transfer Agent from Heritage Trust, replied to me at 8:20 AM, on Thursday, 10/18/07, in answer to some questions that I presented to her on the previous day. She so stated that she is NOT NOW the transfer agent for Brownstone Resources, in fact, she actually said BROWN RESOURCES. Secondly she stated that she was NOT the transfer agent for BWNR during the Reverse Split and that I would have to get the NEW Transfer Agent information from the company, BWNR. So, as of right now, we do not know who the transfer agent is. Unfortunately, today, Friday, I will be working a little and will not have the opportunity to pursue this further. Perhaps you could do me this favor, and call your broker and ask who the transfer agent is. The brokers must know, since they had to send information on our MGMX stock holdings to the transfer agent to find out how many shares they were giving due to the R/S.
My questions to whoever the Transfer Agent was, shortly before the R/S, are: 1. Why during the conversion to BWNR stock was an uneven amount of my stock, namely 3,559 shares of my 49,598,559 total shares of MGMX, rounded down to drop those shares, even though they represent .7118 of a new BWNR share? When I studied accounting, anything at .50 or more was rounded UP not DOWN. 2. Converting 1,776,967,093 shares of MGMX stock to BWNR shares equals 355,393.4186 new BWNR shares. How then does the latest number of O/S (restricted and float) equal 365,318? It would appear that by rounding down everyone's conversion has saved you 75 shares of BWNR, and the latest MGMX total converted to 355,318 shares. My question is where did the extra 10,000 BWNR shares (50,000,000 MGMX shares) come from. Who recently issued, and who received, these shares? This is something that a transfer agent should know, as not many persons have the authority to increase the number of shares. This is what is diluting our shareholder base, in addition to the lack of news releases.
Anyway there are no solid answers to your question, only more questions. The fact that the company is not replying recently, only exascerbates the situation. Don't you just love a 50-cent word, "EXASCERBATES"? Reminds me of Dr. Smith from "LOST in SPACE", when on T.V., and I quote, "Why use a monosyllabic term when a POLYsyllabic term will work just as eas-i-ly?". Well that's all I have for today. Sam.

No pecking order, just right and wrong ..
I make my recommendations to those who enforce the rules. You can do the same. I merely put those who violate the rules on notice that I have requested the enforcement of the rules and in two cases where there seems to be no reaching those who continually violate them, to be banned. It is not an exclusive right, it is everyone's right to complain to the correct enforcement body when nothing else seems to work. I have done just that. I have also given notice, that I have taken such action, to the board members. Sam.
How to get banned from the BWNR board
Deliberate violation of the rules of this board, is one sure way to get your name on the BWNR banned list. Several names have been submitted for consideration of the award. I call it an award, because you really have to work at being ignorant to the rules or just don't care. For those involved your day is coming. Sam.
Adams: I invite you, "cure the world's problems"!
But when it comes to this board, just follow the rules. This board was not created to cure the world's problems, merely to deal with BWNR business. I know that is hard for you to understand, as you go about your noble cause. Religious fanatics have the same outlook, but they are pests. You are welcome here, as long as you follow the rules and don't become an OFF-TOPIC pest. Also, I only pointed out some of your posting imperfections, and directed you to a cure. If you post, you have to be open to criticism and/or correction. This is not for you only, but everyone who posts. I thank you for YOUR input on ME. Welcome to BWNR! Sam.
MacFly, A little humor, goes a long way.
I do not know if you are complementing me, or shooting me down. Yes, Samuel Clemens (a.k.a. Mark Twain) was the master of subtle humor, satire, sarcasm, and sometimes a little irony, to the extent of being a little heavy handed with his words. To those faults, I do proudly plead GUILTY. I have always found that exposing incorrectness in many areas of life, through the use of humor, extremely exhilarating. At least, this way, someone gets to smile at the situation.
And YES, considering the situation we are in, as stockholders (owners), that the management thereof has chosen to ignore,....only, increases the need for more humor, when the alternative is pent-up anger or a heart attack. Many, on this board, have a substantial amount of their sweat equity of life at risk with this company, and NO, that is NOT funny!
I also congratulate you, and adams, on dragging me back to this board to post,...because I had promised myself that as long as Spellbound had a free hand to spew his garbaaage (that's French), I would not participate publicly. Now I see that I can not sit back in silence when it comes to matters for the good of this board. So again, I say "Thanx", Sam.
MARY, I MUST DISAGREE WITH YOU .. ..
It seems that you are willing to turn a blind eye towards Spellbound's OFF-TOPIC posting. In one breath, you talk about anything to do with gold, oil and the company as being ON-TOPIC,....and in the next breath you you speak of tolerance and acceptance. When Spellbound posts and pastes off-topic subjects, six out of seven posts in a row, he clogs this board, wastes our time in opening and partially reading an article, and violates the first rule of this board (to be ON TOPIC about BWNR). It would appear most of his posts have nothing to do with the good of this board, only to satisfy his compulsion to post and have his posts anointed by YOU as O.K., under the "TOLERANCE" clause,...which I have yet to see in the RULES of this BOARD.
Perhaps while growing a community board, you should look at all those members that are becoming disenchanted with Spellbound's posts. I, for one, do not like being force fed articles that I would have breezed over in the newspapers, only to find them on this board. Spellbound is alienating some of your, heretofore, loyal board members, merely because he is boring, and you will not take positive steps to ask him to comply with the rules of this board. This is NOT an occasional slip by one of our members, this is an ongoing onslaught of off-topic posting that this member is famous for.
There are those of us that like Spellbound's posts. The other board is where they should find them. You seem to be our leader on this board, so my obvious statement to you is "LEAD"!!! Sam.
