Agso submitted quarterly results to the SEC on form 10 over the weekend. Fairly good sales(large % increase), a profit, and a large A/R bode well going forward. The fact that Gunnar is raising capital for them gives more credibility to the long term.
Hi Jeff, I'll post them after I contact the NJ ethics lawyer handling Frohling, Frohling himself, and Bailey. If you would like to know before that let me know and we'll try to arrange. Ed
Jeff, I see one technical problem and one legal problem with a quick read.
Its deja vu. The PR's,the price action, just the dates and names have been changed. Hey, I hope it goes up for everyone(except JL), but be on guard. The volume and price action today makes me think "stock" sales. How many outstanding shares now? How many authorized? Good luck.
Joe Lanza at his best. Hats off to the SEC.
Joe Lanza at his best. Hats off to the SEC.
Steph, the potential for a buyout is there and will occur after BIEL becomes a reporting company, no major pharma will touch it until they know what they are getting.
Kenco, once again false. That post was made by Lou while I was signed on on his computer. Old story, explained as the wondrous ability of tech to allow two people to sign on the same computer. I gave my number, any questions by any person about this company or BDGR or SGNK or OMDA or TDD or JAL or SHWJ or SENSI or what is really going on, feel free to call. They are watching finally, tick tock. And Kenco, you have a great day.
Kenco Old Story and false but think whatever you may, I only deal in reality, but at present I think we are coming from the same viewpoint on this stock. My question is has everyone received their stock? I hope so because someone is watching. By the way kenco, if anyone wants to know my identity, whicn is not Lou, call me 508-930-5582 ed
Doinit, BIEL has a lot of work to do before they could consider moving to a listed exchange. Although FDA approval OTC would move that along. That could trigger a buyout.
Biel has had poor management and poor marketing. This is being addressed. What is the potential for the stock if it gets FDA OTC approval in the US?
Just remember folks, this stock is a scam run by the same individual as omog, bdgr, ptrl(before it became cadd).
Mt. Blanc, Sorry but the only plan they have is to push the stock price up, dump stock on the market, take the money and run. Petrolind ( Petrol Ind. in the past) couldn't drill a successful well in a pool of oil.
Rhino, Joe Lanza is a convicted felon who has been involved in stock scams sprinkled around semi-legitimate businesses. Likewise, the PR's are lies sprinkled with half-truths to enable him to walk the tightrope with the authorities, which to date, have been much more incompetent than him. The stock is being pumped in order that he can sell stock to maintain his and his family's lifestyle. He is under investigation with the IRS and the SEC and someday they might actually do their job. Until then, investing in CADD will only make your money shrink unless you are a skilled pump and dump trader.
EFTB news announcement about its new venture in shipping. This additional earnings stream along with its current earnings in its primary business is unique for a pink sheet stock. But not for long.
China's stimulus package is working better than the rest of the world's and based on EFTB's primary business you can figure the net results.
EFTB owns the "fast boat to China"
Metro, to you're first point, the IRS and the SEC were involved well before any BK activity. To your second point, many people have probably contacted various agencies, but as we all know, their promptness and interest is varied unless you have the right contacts. To your third point, call JL's lawyer and ask. To your next point, It was stated to the IRS that any reward money would go back into the company. To your last point, I believe the hole that is being dug is not for Lou.
Metrolane, the SEC has contacted JL and the IRS has informed him that he is under investigation. You can thank Lou for this. I think it is time for JL to consider bowing out of Black Dragon for his own good.
US bankruptcy Court Western District of Louisiana-Shreveport Division Black Dragon Resources Co. Case # 08-13719. You can access filing online. Rumor has it that the Judge has ordered an expedited hearing. I would expect it within two weeks.
lmg,
I haven't a clue. However, I do know that the lower the stock goes, the more likely that Lanza goes to jail. The higher it goes, the more likely that everyone will forget his name. If he is not stupid, he knows this and wants to get the deal done, and be out of the limelight.
Lou
Does anyone have any info on the rumors that Gary has left the building?
LGL, Cannot say for sure but rumor has it that Watson brought in another lawyer just for the meeting.
Rumor has it that Joe refused to attend(he listened in without notice). As you can read from the PR Neely attended but abstained from voting and due to his lack of objection to the vote and of the board tells one about the legitimacy of the "new" board. And of course, any legitimate board meeting has minutes and was confirmed by the lawyer with Mr.Watson at the meeting.
Thank you for an accurate post.
Kenco, As I stated, my advice received from him is free. If I , not with other shareholders, pursued an action, I would ask him, how much? I stated that if other shareholders were involved, I specifically refered to your help, his going rate is that amount. Could I negotiate a rate, sure, but what you are talking about here is a guy who was offered in excess of 50 cases last year and took on 9. Frankly, I not here to debate about this. If you or anyone else for that matter has any questions about my posts and their accuracy call 508-930-5582 and leave a message, someone will get back to you.
Spunky, I'm not sure I have your number, are the last two digits 67. Thanks
Kenco, as with anything in life you get what you pay for. Having been on 60 Minutes with high profile cases raises the bar(ho-ho) on fees. He is a longtime friend and I get free advice, if I want case action, I would never expect anything but his firm's going rate. Of course, when one subjects themselves to the court system, doing your own homework can be as valuable as a high priced expert.
My lawyer has a somewhat diiferent idea than your statement but if you would like to help foot the bill ($700/hour) I'll give you his name and number so you can contact him and get him started. I'm sure you will have some constructive input.
Since we are mentioning falsehoods in PR's , we might add to that. Lanza stating that he was COB is also incorrect.
FBI, I also believe that he is too busy to address calls, you may get an email repsonse. By the way, I know he has not resigned.
Anyone make that phone call yet?
Why don't you call Mr. Watson and ask him if he resigned?
Any individual who resigns or is terminated from a business entity must surrender all business possessions in a timely manner or is subject to arrest and prosecution.
Kenco, have you seen the documentation on any of the leases?
Snowcrow, any seasoned businessman would not enter into a deal, especially knowing the backgrounds of some of the principals involved, without a guarentee of the assets.
Once again, call Frohling and ask him. I did post the complaint form for the NJ bar ethics.
Kenco, correction, Frohling put out the PR. So you can ask Frohling about the accuracy about that addition.
Here is the grievance form.
Can someone post Frohlings zip code?

FILING A GRIEVANCE
By Supreme Court rule, all grievances must be in writing and filed with the secretary of the district ethics committee for the district in which the lawyer has his or her main law office. In the event the committee determines that an actual conflict of interest exists in any case, either the member who has the conflict may be disqualified from participating in the case or, in appropriate cases, the matter may be transferred to another district. Ethical conduct is a personal obligation of a lawyer and therefore a grievance must be filed against a specific lawyer and not against a law firm. Because there are currently 17 district ethics committees throughout the state, you are advised to telephone the Ethics/Fee Arbitration Hotline at 1-(800)-406-8594. After you enter the zip code of the attorney's office address, you will be transferred to the appropriate district ethics committee Secretary to request grievance forms.
If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may print an Attorney Grievance Form. Send the original and two (2) copies to the district secretary where the attorney has an office for practice.
When you complete and file an Attorney Grievance Form, you must provide sufficient detail about the facts of your grievance such as names and addresses of all witnesses, dates, and pertinent documentation to serve as a basis for further investigation. Failure to provide important facts and copies of important documents may result in a delay in the consideration of the grievance while the documentation is obtained.
