Maybe many sold after finally get tired of seeing RED on the bottom line of the income statement, quarter after quarter for the life of this company. Or maybe it was that laughable ratio of what this company OWNS (assets) to what this company OWES (liabilities). Or maybe it was the fact that ALL of those note/loans have all come due (over $12 MILLION worth) and could not be paid off, thus remain on the books. And to make matters worse, this leadership has now decided to stop reporting quarterly, so all stockholders will have to wait yearly to see if by chance they can improve those sales that have declined from previous years, when this traded in the double zeros. And double zeros is SAD for a stock price, so what exactly is triple zeros? And this is LOW triple zeros, where this is trading at NOW!

What I do is point out the OBVIOUS shortcomings of this company as an investment. There is no changing the minds of the 'pie in the sky' crowd, who despite the drastic fall in stock price, will never acknowledge the reasons why it has fallen to where it is now. No matter what disappointing news comes, the daily pumpers will ignore and try and convince that NOTHING is wrong. I point out ALL that is wrong and why this is trading in the triple zeros for years. The eternal optimism needs a dose of reality. As those daily 'pumpers' continuously try to convince anyone and everyone that this is a good investment, someone needs to point out WHY this is trading near ROCK BOTTOM. We have some here that laughably say that .0004 is not bad! As it is better than .0003. As if ANY stock trading in the triple zeros is not bad. Again, a dose of reality says that any stock price trading with THREE ZEROS to the right of a decimal point is BAD ---- VERY BAD.

The pumpers NEVER want to talk about the financials. That's probably understandable since they are obviously UGLY. Or maybe they do not really understand them. I think it is safe to assume that they are not doing quarterly reports anymore. They have gone through 2024 with only reporting the ANNUAL report for 2023. We are well into the fourth quarter with no quarterlies this year, so it sure appears like ONLY annual reports will be the norm from now on. So if one is hoping for any mention of TAIWAN, they will have to wait into 2025 for that. If this (only annual reports now) is due to lack of funds, that is just one more RED FLAG for investors to be concerned about.

ANNUAL because they do not file QUARTERLY anymore. Maybe those 'pie in the sky posters should watch and invest in some REAL stocks (have you seen the Nasdaq and DOW numbers?). And WHY is that 911 trade deemed and dreamed to be a sign of POSITIVE news when 911 is a always a signal (in real life) of a BAD SITUATION. So laughable, as that 911 trade HAS been repeated in this company trading quite often recently and NOTHING. There is NO 'challenging' those financial statements. They ARE UGLY!! Honestly, I don't know which statement is worse, the income statement that shows another NET LOSS and declining sales or the balance sheet that shows an asset to liability ratio of 1/115. Then there is the 'cash on hand' of $4686 and 'current' liabilities of $4,093,176 ('current' means due in one year). That's a little concerning, no? PLUS it shows $12,529,631 in notes that have all come due but remain unpaid with a TOTAL of liabilities due of $16,671,419.

That's pretty sad, isn't it and hard to 'challenge'. Thus trading one and two ticks from ROCK BOTTOM!

Remember she said she would, when the BOD gave her the OK. REMEMBER? Such BS and you believe THAT? NO, we had to wait TWO YEARS later to hear it, not from her, but from the COB of that laughable BOD. Yes, NOW after 2 years, is that (phony) SYNERGY deal addressed. But again, please research MORE and find out about that SYNERGY deal and what happened and report back to the stockholders that want to know. MUNDIPHARMA was hyped by the company and many here. AND it ALSO FAILED. When did THAT fail, as that deal was announced years ago? Why is all this hard to understand? What took them so long to inform the stockholders of THOSE FAILURES.
