Tony is 100% correct on this! No matter what these keyboard warriors have to say about spooz that's negative a freaken billionaire has 100% vetted spooz and decided to put his name on the line and fund spooz as a start up...mind you he normally only works with major hedge funds...and yet he has dedicated his time and money to personally be apart of this company that is currently trading at under a penny....let that sink in for a second...

Anyways let me introduce myself hi it's Johnny I have been invested in spooz since it became active again from the Grey Market...dang that feels like such a long time ago!..

I have been mainly active in the telegram room and stocktwits page. However I plan on spending some more time here on Ihub as I feel like it's lacking alot of activity and character...as always anyone that is new feel free to pick my brain and ask any questions..while I am invested into spooz and I have been putting together DD into videos to help display the current on goings of spooz I always try to keep a level head and look at the good and the bad of the stock..I am not a financial advisor but I love sharing my thoughts and opinions on stocks and anything else that interests me.

My goal here is simple to provide any information that is found *good or bad*

And to try and build a active community around a stock that I personally think is a fantastic investment

The only problem I have found with spooz so far is that nobody knows about it and nobody is talking about it....how this company has flown under the radar for so long I will never understand...it honestly checks all the boxes..

ZERO DEBT ZERO TOXIC NOTE HOLDERS NO RS AND ZERO LOANS ALL THE WHILE HAVEING MASSIVE FUNDING that's like what every good pennystock investor dreams of but never finds lol

Alright I don't know if any of this has been posted but I am coming off a 3 Hr DD rabbit hole

This DD run pertains to the mining claim that spooz is looking into..

Perhaps this DD post should be titled the sad and unfortunate times of Daniel M. Byrnes

Now Mr byrnes was the president and CEO of Fort Orange Capital
Management, Inc.

He got caught loaning himself the company's benefits package to raise funds to invest in a Canadian mining company under the name *Sarissa Resources Inc*

Sarissa Resources has some very large

Niobium claims in Canada but they either miss managed there funds or had no idea what they were doing they had debt and no revenue...


Now after he got caught and determined guilty of miss managing the benefits package he was barred from ever being in involved with managing those kinds of company responsibilities ever again

In a interesting turn of invents in the same year he was found guilty of miss managing those funds he became president of *Sarissa Resources inc*

Fast forward a little bit and sarissa Resources seems to be on the verge of a exciting venture with *indo global*

The deal was sarissa would make a subsidiary named Niobium *Technology Corporation*

Once created sarissa would transfer all properties and mining claims into the new subsidiary and sell it to indo global ticker IGEX and then igex would under go a new ticker name....

But sadly after everything was set to go something went wrong

So my best guess is spooz then bought the mining claims from them or worked out some kind of deal after all the digging I did it is apparent that these mining claims never had the proper funding to fully research them

Even in spooz recent PR they state that they will need to Raise capital to explore the mines..hopefully this Tuesday we will get news of capital in some form or another!

There is massive confusion on ST either deliberately or accidentally..but people are convinced that the crypto is listing on monday...even tho the paper said listing in 2022!!...jeez it's not hard to understand

Slightly concerned as there's 30 mins till the CC and none of the audio/video settings have been restricted on zoom

Henry has made alot of deals with alot of company's and people but to my knowledge this is the first time he has invited us to join a zoom call hosted by a Director of a different company...makes me kinda excited I'm assuming we will get a PR tomorrow before or during the CC

I don't think everyone understands just how good the news was today.....heck I didn't either until I started doing some digging...on the topic of the tier 2 reg offering it is a offering that is capped out at 75 million USD

It is a offering that is often called a mini IPO

Fun fact about this offering it is mainly used for *institutions*

Retail also known as non-accredited investors cannot invest more than 10% of the greater of their annual income or net worth

What I believe this means is that the rumors of henry having some institutions looking to invest could be very true and this offering is the vehicle that they will use to invest...

so hypothetically let's say this offering adds to the SS 15 billion shares...

.okay so now institutions who don't swing trade or anything will hold these shares for years to come

As we know and henry has confirmed we have a 3rd party that has billions of shares locked up for the BB it is estimated that they have somewhere between 15 and 19 billion shares locked up..but NOW henry retires the 15 or 19 billion shares that he has had locked up for awhile now.....so basically there isn't any new dilution but all the shares will now be held by the institutions and won't be traded for years...

....this share structure will be so locked up it won't be funny....

Basically shares are now moving from retail to institutions....if henry retires the 15 or 19 billion shares then the SP would increase as institutions won't be selling there locked up shares....

Also henry ended his line of credit with that azure company...why would he take that option out of his back pocket if he didn't already have a solid plan???

That's kinda what I'm thinking...maybe we get an update on the trading software and perhaps there have been some interested 3rd party's looking to make a deal or be a partner with the spooz program..can't wait to find out in the am!

Alot of people have gotten burned in the otc so it has made alot of guys very nervous anytime PR or news is mentioned...now if spooz delivers tomorrow then I expect the opposite for any PRs after that as momentum and trust will be built with this PR coming Tuesday spooz has a real opportunity to get some wind in there sails moving forward

Yea it really is crazy to see people selling..however better to get those weak hands out of the way now and have them chase back in tomorrow at a higher price

His original quote was...no reverse split..the only time we would do a reverse split is if we got a company so big that after the split the price PPS would rise much higher with the added company that it wouldn't affect investors....so technically he said the only time they would do a RS is if they got a big company under the umbrella....

I am not sure Henry's plans but...I really hope he puts out a PR with the news Tuesday and then host a CC Friday with a bigger audience just my opinion
