Alright I don't know if any of this has been posted but I am coming off a 3 Hr DD rabbit hole

This DD run pertains to the mining claim that spooz is looking into..

Perhaps this DD post should be titled the sad and unfortunate times of Daniel M. Byrnes

Now Mr byrnes was the president and CEO of Fort Orange Capital
Management, Inc.

He got caught loaning himself the company's benefits package to raise funds to invest in a Canadian mining company under the name *Sarissa Resources Inc*

Sarissa Resources has some very large

Niobium claims in Canada but they either miss managed there funds or had no idea what they were doing they had debt and no revenue...


Now after he got caught and determined guilty of miss managing the benefits package he was barred from ever being in involved with managing those kinds of company responsibilities ever again

In a interesting turn of invents in the same year he was found guilty of miss managing those funds he became president of *Sarissa Resources inc*

Fast forward a little bit and sarissa Resources seems to be on the verge of a exciting venture with *indo global*

The deal was sarissa would make a subsidiary named Niobium *Technology Corporation*

Once created sarissa would transfer all properties and mining claims into the new subsidiary and sell it to indo global ticker IGEX and then igex would under go a new ticker name....

But sadly after everything was set to go something went wrong

So at this point nio star Corp incured around 380k in promissory notes that they ended up defaulting on..they lost everything they owned including any patents and mining claims..

So now RD Volusia owns those mines guess where the company is located? Yep flordia just like good Ole spooz see the company

So my best guess is spooz then bought the mining claims from them or worked out some kind of deal after all the digging I did it is apparent that these mining claims never had the proper funding to fully research them

Even in spooz recent PR they state that they will need to Raise capital to explore the mines..hopefully this Tuesday we will get news of capital in some form or another!

It will be interesting to find out more about this connection and confirming if in fact spooz has claimed the legendary cursed Nemegosenda Lake niobium mines
