(OTCBB: BPSR), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the development of regenerative therapies, announced today that it is now enrolling patients at an additional site, Larkin Hospital North located in Hialeah, Florida for its Phase I/I clinical trial for the use of its Zofin™ therapeutic in treatment of COVID-19.



This multi-center, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled phase I/II clinical trial is being conducted to investigate the safety and potential efficacy of intravenous infusion of Zofin™ for the treatment of moderate to severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) related to COVID-19. The study will be enrolling 20 participants. As of November 17, 2020, several patients have already begun treatment at Larkin Hospital South, located in South Miami, Florida.

Furthermore, data from the two trials do not indicate how long the protection afforded by the vaccines lasts. That can only be determined over time as large numbers of people are vaccinated.

The Moderna results, like those from Pfizer, were disclosed in a press release, not a scientific article, and limited details are public.

I have 156k shares averaged .24 and adding on dips. They have so much potential with Zofin. Not worried one bit. Look at CYDY, went all the way to 10$ and their drug was denied by the FDA

PFE is going to be at least 6 months out:

1) Only 50M doses ( each patient needs two doses) = only 25M can get it in 2021
2) It's requires to be keep extremely cold so most hospitals won't carry it.
3) You'll have to go to the hospital to get it, which means that you are already sick
4) It won't even be available to the mass public for PREVENTION until late 2022!!!
5) PFE WON'T be the only drug approved!!

Realize it gets frustrating w regards to Revive's SP. Remember Michael Frank a few weeks back bought his 3mm option @ 33 cents. As I've posted before: 92% of outstanding shares are owned by retail - 8% by Insiders. No Funds - Institutions or Corporate portofilo's own Revive. They won't until RVVFT gets unlisted off the Pink Sheets. The Pinks are an under regulated easliy manipulated trading platform. With Revive opinion is to focus on the = FUNDAMENTALS and the current need in that segment of the market. The worse covid gets - the better for Revive. "We" do not have strong support from the Market Makers - opinion is we're getting "worked." Any positive announcement before we get unlisted will basically have little effect. Also Michael Frank is smart to not negotiate any major deals with the current SP. He'd be giving away the company... Focus on the Fundamentals as we're headed un the right direction - obviously SP isn't for the moment...

Go read the Form 10 and Form 4s everyone. There is no insider selling. Insiders have to file Form 4s within time limits of transactions. There is no RS planned, it was just discussed and decided not to be pursued for now FINRA will not allow until they fulfill SEC filings. The performance plan for the executives are linked on the shareprice being over 25c, 50c, 75c for 30 days or more IND approvals. So look for the next positive news to bounce this up over 50 or 75c after NR. Their product already has sales and have healthy margins. The primary endpoint is safety on Oct 31st but we are all waiting for the secondary readouts with efficacy. Their biggest challenge is finding capital. Call me a pumper but the insiders are aligned to the results. The people selling might be debt owners or previously departed executives.

Just getting into the 10K and a mere four pages in I read this:

IND submitted on 09/28/2020. Pending IND and IRB approval."

What!#?$?...They applied for a pure phase 2 trial utilizing intramuscular injection targeting long haulers. That is huge! Currently Zofin is delivered via an IV. The downside being an IV is a pure inpatient scenario. The patient must be checked into hospital and spend several hours laying on a cot hooked up to an IV. It's an expensive and time consuming process.

Contrast that to an Intramuscular Injection. The patient can visit any outpatient clinic where a tech can perform the procedure in a few minutes. Where subsequent doses could be applied at home with training. Its far more cost effective, fast and efficient. Everyone wins in this scenario doctors, hospital, patient, accountants etc...But more importantly, this is exactly the type of solution the FDA is looking for!

This is going to move the needle a bit when it gets approved which may be dependent on the results of our current trial? Or possibly a few more positive eIND results? Either way good things coming. GLTA.
