Go read the Form 10 and Form 4s everyone. There is no insider selling. Insiders have to file Form 4s within time limits of transactions. There is no RS planned, it was just discussed and decided not to be pursued for now FINRA will not allow until they fulfill SEC filings. The performance plan for the executives are linked on the shareprice being over 25c, 50c, 75c for 30 days or more IND approvals. So look for the next positive news to bounce this up over 50 or 75c after NR. Their product already has sales and have healthy margins. The primary endpoint is safety on Oct 31st but we are all waiting for the secondary readouts with efficacy. Their biggest challenge is finding capital. Call me a pumper but the insiders are aligned to the results. The people selling might be debt owners or previously departed executives.
