I agree with most of what you wrote. I just think people are forgetting the new SEC rule 15c12-11 which states “all companies quoted on our markets must disclose current information on a continuous basis, effective September 28, 2021”

History proves that the current management may not be able to sustain a current reporting status as they are currently considered SEC delinquent in their reporting status
