The market makers need to cover before end of business Wednesday based off of the FINRA short report. They need to report their short positions by then. They are obviously putting large blocks of shares on the ask in an effort to push down the price to cover before that time period ends. Those selling are helping them do that right now

Not sure how many follow the short interest on the FINRA.org website?

The reason I am saying this is that the MM have to report their short positions for a settlement date of March 31(Wednesday), which will be due on April 5 (Monday)

I am pointing this out due to the fact that we have obviously been shorted extremely hard last week and MM will no doubt need to cover during this short trading week to report to FINRA (they only need to report twice a month)

If there is buying pressure tomorrow and Tuesday, MM will be in a serious situation to cover their positions and we could see a substantial rise in the PPS if/when PVDG squeezes.

Keep this in mind and lock up your shares. You can check the FINRA website for yourself and see first hand what is taking place

I was just involved in one with another ticker in the OTC and it was amazing how quickly PPS skyrocketed in a weeks time for them to cover their short positions

This PR leads me to believe this was the firm acquiring the shares

Once this order is filled we move up

The sequence of events here (although maybe not best for PPS as of late) is indicating very big things to come.
