Funny how everybody who says the shares will be cancelled to has zero evidence. Including yourself. Nobody has posted any factual evidence of the shows will be cancelled only the opposite has been proven with court documents.

What did I miss about this timeline? I haven't been on here very much lately but about a week ago I saw somebody say this should be a fun 6 weeks. What do we get in 5 weeks? What kind of answer and from whom? Is the moderator going to do another report? Or sign off on the final report? Do you know a date? sorry for all the questions I just figured you probably knew. That's what I'm wondering. Visolis bought everything from what I've read. LCY wasn't in () when it stated the purchase. The monitors report stated something to the effect of lcy is purchasing a portion of the company assets. Which could be the plant that they intend on using for production. Also made me wonder when they said they were rehiring some of the employees. Maybe key employees 2 run the plant? Possible right? Or no? I'm still learning so much about the stock market this was a crazy run lol. This was the first stock I ever bought and my goodness have I learned a lot. If I get nothing monitarily the learning experience was worth my 18,000 shares bought low.

You must have missed the million times people have posted where the moderator said that a better offer was received and it is in the best interest of the stakeholders. There's no other way to interpret that but people seem to try to. I'm not going to say anything other than that. You can take it how you want it

My understanding now is anytime between now and the 27th or the 27th should be the deadline. But you know how these extensions have been going. I don't see any reason another extension what happened but you never know

Bruce that would all make sense if there wasn't an ironclad purchase agreement.. there's nothing to hide anymore. Just like the last two people said why would they be trying to hide something that's negative information? Because there's no negative information there is positive information as the Canadian sales agreement stated.

And you don't think from that quote PWC would be sued buy unlimited amount of people from misleading stakeholders or shareholders which shareholders are stakeholders because they could have sold and got out but PWC lied to them. There's no other way to interpret positive results and the quote that came from PWC and that paragraph below that you speak about. That's one of the reasons I'm still in. From everything I have read all shareholders are considered stakeholders but not all stakeholders are considered shareholders. You could be a stakeholder and have zero shares in the company. so we should be good because being a shareholder makes us a stakeholder. if you just Google stakeholder there's a few different very good sources that give thorough definitions and the ins-and-outs

Just Google it. There's tons of information online that's backed up by the Canadian government so you know it's true. Just literally search that and you'll be able to read and get your own perspective

Hey 12 million bidis laughable. Has 100% not the final member. That is the down payment and cash as I remember reading an article in the past day or so. I could be wrong about the cash part but the 12 million is not with the company is being sold for. The patents are worth way more than that alone. do you realize how many other plants would have purchased it for more than 12 million? Have you read about the other deals that have been happening? With biotic plants being sold and bought?

IMHO it very well could be determining the value of the intangibles. Determining how much the patents are worth and maybe even Trade Secrets. To my understanding a deal already has been struck this morning is just pending releasing the seal on the 27th. Maybe every detail was not worked out. please someone correct me if I'm way off base but I think a deal was done today.

I read today that they are still sealed till then. I don't know if that means we find out that day or on the 27th. I'm just going to plan on the 27th so my anxiety doesn't take over LOL
