everyone wondering about what is going on and what is to happen should read exactly what a Canadian asset purchase agreement actually is and what it will do for us share holders. It breaks it down pretty simple for you. IMHO this is not what was planned when liquidation started. I THINK at a later date is was decided to be an asset purchase agreement once they found their two bidders and one upped their anti. This is a good thing for us
