There is no "NEW" way.
Watch $GSFI or throw coffee grains against the wall and call it reading tea leaves if one desires, but one is probably using Folgers and only Maxwell House is good for tea reading. Even then, only when its brewing.

Whew! Thought you were going to say listening device.
So glad you found the $50 spot! Congrats!
Cannot tell you where to invest it, but since you are already watching $GSFI and know the pattern, two flips doubles your money after fees! Just saying!

It twas the day(s) before the announcements, when all through the stock,
Not much volume was stirring, about half AVG VOL;
Stop losses were set in the market with care,
In hopes that BOOMAGE would soon be there;
The bulls were nestled waiting for action,
While fending off bears for weeks in fine fashion,
The wife upstairs working, and me taking a late nap,
Had just paid the bills and feeling the Monday zap-
When out in the market there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the couch to see what was the matter.
Away to the computer I flew like a flash,
Logged in to my broker, and pulled up charts stat.
The stock had fallen and not so slow
While all of the bears were screaming look out below
When what to my wondering eyes should appear
But a miniature trade group trying to spread fear.
To drive the price down so lively and quick,
I thought to myself "what a bunch of pricks".
Rapid and down on low volume without any shame,
I shook my head and called them a bunch of other names
"Now, $#^@&*@! Now, &$$&$@!, Now, %$@#$@! you vixens!
Come on, &$@$#!, Come on, #$%^$#! Come on, #$@&%#! this should be Blitzen!
Sitting on the bid and creating a wall,
They caused a mini-panic and stole shares in the fall.
You can hear me exclaim as others continue to brawl,
"Still riding free up 150% so #$%@ them all".
Regards,
Fizzlegig
Awww...I was watching it with you and seeing if I could predict when you would call it.
Been watching your picks for a few weeks and reading up on pinchers and playing around with it to see if I could get reliable results before I started throwing cash at it.
Did CCI just need to turn up period or turn up to (X)?

Then thank you Jaxon!Nice of you to dish out credit where due.
Will tag Jax and watch some too!
Can not get into all of them. Those that do it for a living work too fast for those of us that have to report to a *sigh* boss.
Not even going to kid myself into thinking I could do this solely.
But hey, start a "Petey school for the no DD/technicals stock blind" and I might kick in for tuition of that class.
Clay might get ruffled stepping into his arena, but I am sure you could sell that boxing match on Pay-Per-View for millions!

Thanks once again Petey. ICLD!
I got a little restless when the second to last push for .08 with RSI 86 and it appeared to be petering out like it did at 88 earlier and took 30% of my shares off the table at .074 which banked a decent profit and riding frrreeeeeee!
No matter what comes now, it is all profit and no woulda/shoulda/coulda about it.
Can not thank you and Flex enough on this and other calls.

The blanket statement was "nobody is short", when in fact every single day there is a short position on thousands of OTC securities.
I was not suggesting that any of it has not been covered or needs to be. Many do not need to be covered because they do not fit the criteria to make the Reg Sho list and may not meet that criteria for a long time.
But to make the blanket statement that there are no shorts, in and of itself is an incorrect and uninformed statement.
Regards,
Fizzlegig
Nobody? Well, "just saying", because you are incorrect.
Not a dog in this fight otherwise.....this ticker probably set off many alerts.

Been there, that I can attest.
I have overcome by simply preplanning the exit right after or before the buy. I know it has been said by others, but it does work. Marry a human, not a stock.
At there very least a portion of holdings to break even.
Several defunct tickers I am even, but still hold to offset gains....that can equal a profit too long run.
I set it and forget it.
It is hard, I know with..."what if", but have a plan for "what if not". Ya know? lol
Sure sometimes the boat will sail by or sink, but having a life raft, I can still catch the next boat. Haha
I seem to get a better ratio trades that worked vs. not doing that and I am certainly not an expert in trading, just disciplined.

Well apparently out too soon to be honest.
However, it made me whole on a number of things and opened up several others.
Out BLTA too soon as well, but bad timing with nice profit is better than waiting for the next opportunity.
I am perfectly willing to hold on peteys other two picks TUEFF and SBFM(10Q out 25mins ago) and it is less consequence if it does not pan out.
ALKM news as well on the little wires.
We shall see, but a very good year this year just playing with divvy money. Could not be happier.

SNMX:NASDAQ
Up 30% from Nov. 4.
I still don't see why not $3.00 or at least a double from here.
Think and announcement that Mug root beer was no longer part of the equation really disappointed, but Pepsi Co did re-establish a 3 year commitment, so who knows.
Not the flying shooter like DRYS, but I think a slower rise and dip along the way.
Probably good for traders and longs alike. IMO

Nice to know that acetaminophen comes in quick release capsules too!
Hah! Had a really good day yesterday, so it was worth the headache I suppose.

Still empathies for those that are genuine.

Your just being silly now. Driving home a point of nothing IMO.
But FYI....
In the packing/shipping and manufacturing industry you preset multiple things in order to prepare for shipping. Like a production line for efficiency. You don't build boxes as product rolls down the line. Hence the term "staging".
They do it in other industries too. Go to your local pizza joint and there will be boxes already set up for delivering your next order.
Hmmmm cold pizza for late breakfast...good idea...at least something came out of this conversation.
Regards,
Fizzlegig
Did and wow that was a little bit ago, huh?
Had to sift and by now you can call me legally unable to operate a vehicle or heavy machinery. HAH! So I will ramble, cut me some slack and my comma splices too! Off work tomorrow, so this is ME time...LOL
Anyways, I guess all I can say is thanks for your service and I do not mean that in a brash sort of way. It was helpful what you were trying to do and you have been here a while and it just happens to be Veterans Day.
Win some, lose some is all I can come up with in my inebriated state. I learned a great deal about latching on to stocks on the big boards if you remember the tech bubble burst.
I have never ever broken the rule of investing more than I can afford to lose, but I tell you when you build something as I did years during the boom it is a very hard pill to swallow when you see it come crashing down. Shoulda cashed out many months before I did or let it all ride because some of those stocks today would have more than likely had me in very early retirement. I do take solace that more than likely I would have not met my wife had what happened, not happened and I did not have to work to pay off college debt.
So I do empathize. That burst is for lack of better comparison a regular occurrence for many in OTC world and some put in much more than they should, not relating that to you, just generalizing. Some will make money here, over "there" and all places in between and some will not. Timing is everything and none of us have a watch although many will continue to tell time as if they do.
I have OTC tickers that are stagnant, defunct and then some I have done fairly to extremely well with, albeit not on a grand early retirement scale, I am happy with it. It is much more fun for me now since it does not control my day to day as much way back then when I was making plans and dreaming of things like early aged college know-it-alls do up all night slinging code to get the next homework assignment done and all night stock analyzing parties with good friends and very good times.
Not a day trader, but you kinda have to have the mindset in the OTC some do and many don't IMHO. Play it, forget it and don't wallow in it. Many try to avenge, which never hurts the ones they are trying to, which is just as crappy as the ones that out right lie, cheat or say anything and sleep perfectly well at night doing it. Just like politicians, CEOs, car salesmen all the way down to burger flippers. BAH!, I got better things to do, ya know?
Like late night half drunk posting shenaniganzzz. Ima party animal I tell ya. LOL
I know there is no great revelation in my drunken words and honestly hope the big picture works out "green" for you in some way, shape or form. And at least you got to read my first novel.
Haha!

Fizzlegig
Just happened to notice something too looking at the tweet and then previous tweets and now after a few glasses of diluted alcohol.
I actually never thought to look there as I am not on twitter or facebook or Instagram.
I know, I know, even with a degree in Information Systems and not utilizing "advances" in technology from the generation after me...just too busy....anyways....
Look at the one from August 10th where they are loading the truck.
Look across the street....see the sign with the pile of rocks?
Look up Xtreme technologies Inc on google maps.
Hey, I do use other technology regularly!
Rotate the view across the street.
Ever notice the warehouse setting of some of the other pictures as well and the shape of the building?
Kind of hard for them to be shipping product from a location "supposedly" not acquired? I would think.
Also noticed that the tweet is for "new sku's" and the boxes stacked on pallets are brown vs. the white ones in previous pictures. Cant make out anything when I blow up the image though.
Just a thought.
Regards,
Fizzlegig
Ahh, late and I get what you are saying. Sorry.
Have not ever noticed it happening to me on the buying side, but yes on the selling side and certainly feasible on both sides.
I was generally speaking as to the potential of what was seen. Considering the amount though it is more probably that someone in the trade was not all or none.
Who really knows though. It very well could have been someone just buying .10 of stock wasting the commission or with a free trade.
Doubt it, but it is the realm of possible too.
Format of the original poster in my first reply was not specific and leading when you consider history honestly and I had a few posts to spare.
Regards,
Fizzlegig
You had a limit price and it filled at your limit price and above in partials?
So your total shares averaged out above your limit price not including commission?
Think I would make a call to my broker if that happened and if not made whole, find a new broker. Would not care if it was even less than a penny, it would be the principal of it.
Regards,
Fizzlegig
What happens when you do not select the all or none qualifier at a limit price and (X)MM can fill a portion of it below your limit and Y(MM) can fill a portion of it at your limit?
I typically use all or none, but have had many instances where I placed the order at the ask and it filled at the bid.
Was my broker sitting there at a desk looking out for my best interest and said "hey, I can get you in cheaper"?
Nope, there is this thing you are typing on and it has code behind it to display what you type and **newsflash** there are programs that operate the stock market with a lot more code.
Surely you know this already as a seasoned trader, so what is the underlying point you are trying to express?
Sure people try to paint, but an hour and a half before close?
*rolls eyes*

If you are an accountant or know one, then perhaps you can inquire if the settlement was done in tranches, which is language used in the documents...would it remain on the books until the tranch was paid out.
Also in the language of the agreement is that enough shares "has" been set aside equal to the greater of the number of shares that could be issued pursuant to the terms of the settlement plus at a minimum 30 million shares.
My reading of it along with the Idaho register removing all previous board members from Xtreme is that it is done.
I also do not see any other filings that there was a violation of the terms of settlement which we are a few month shy of 2 years ago.
I would think there would be another filing if the terms were violated and that Xtreme creditors would refile if the terms were not met.
Not to mention that Xtreme would have issues with Alkame using the patents and processes to continue making product, which it appears they are and again there is no litigation for them doing so because as Alkame stated, the acquisition has been finalized.
Since we cannot see the terms, we just don't know what they are and when valuation would be done if paid out in a tranch.
The shares needed to fulfill the remainder on the filings total around $81,000 at todays price, so trying to run the shares down if there is a valuation period coming up would equal more shares and then we are stepping into conspiracy theory.
My response to anyone that suggested that, would be to file a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities. Not implying that, just saying.

Fizzlegig
8K for period end May 10, 2016 to be precise
Note, the Nevada SOS filing for both designation and AS increase on May 10, 2016 as well.
Now because we do not have any filings thereafter, we can only head into the realm of assumption any further down the road.
I do not think anyone here has said lack of filings is a good thing.
In OTC land, MANY things have no bearing on PPS that would on the big boards and MANY other companies even less transparent with a PPS much higher and nothing visible to purchase.
How about I ask you a question if you know, because I have read many regulations but never looked for this one although I would think common sense.
If a company has a hundred preferred shares convertible to a million shares, wouldn't the authorized shares need to be enough to cover full conversion?
Regards,
Fizzlegig
Thanks a ton petey.
Diversified and picked up big board safe bets, some petey and flex "patience" bets and leftovers for an extended stay in OTC land as well as the uninvited Uncle Sam who ALWAYS shows up after the table is set.
Regards,
Fizzlegig
Wow, just noticed as I was looking/eliminating some potential divvy stocks to add to my grocery basket if petey was right and this opens up the shopping list.
"Wish" I would have been able to time it right to put all into DRYS then come back to TUEFF and SBFM, but my crystal ball was not working right out of the box. lol
But this will do. Would-a, could-a, should-a but as long a something is going well it all good-a.
Regards,
Fizzlegig
Probably moreso for the C shares to be commissioned than anything else since that was in may.
Never planned on posting here at all, but in my DD there were others seemingly intentionally misinforming contrary to what I was finding.
Don't bet more than you can loose is always the safest bet in the OTC.
Lost and made money on the OTC and will do both again.
I don't return to "warn" people as that would be a burden on my time. Don't typically buy the same stock twice regardless of outcome either.
You should not play in the OTC if you refuse to read and believe everything a PR says. Period.
Some make a living at it and have more reasons to become the different personalities they play. I simply don't. Just a regular guy with a regular job, family, 401k, pension with some extra divvy money from the big boards I am willing to risk to enhance that part of my portfolio.

Settled and dismissed Jan. 12, 2015.
Which is the same timeline in the 10Q that Xtreme purchase was completed.
Per the 10Q:
On January 13, 2015, the Company completed the acquisition of Xtreme Technologies, Inc., an Idaho corporation.

Read the last part:
"In addition, upon payment in full of the Debt, all former officers and directors of Company shall resign and full control of the Company shall be tendered to Buyer."
April 15th was the 105th day of the year.
240 days later, the 345th day of 2015 would be Dec. 11th.

True on the patent owner.
Rights were transferred through assignment.
There is a brief summary about assignment on uspto site.
https://assignment.uspto.gov/patent/index.html#/patent/search/resultAbstract?id=6284293&type=patNum
As mentioned, it was not that hard to find in the first place.
Why someone would not simply ask the question on where or how it can be found vs. stating as fact it did not exists is seemingly more calculated than interested in actually knowing.
Just saying.

Fizzlegig
