Who can explain help explain this L2 chart? (https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/KBLB/quote)
What is the lowercase c infront of the market makers ID? Why do some MPIDs have it and others dont? ex. cPUMA vs MAXM? Aren't they both Puma Capital? What is the difference?
Why is the list sorted by MPID an not price in this case?
I am glad we finally got Jon's update from his Vietnam trip, providing us through-put estimates we've been waiting for. Less smoke Less mirrors, finally
It is funny that we are worried about securing 50M financing and up-listing, that is chump change. We need a suitor like Softbank buy KBLB for 8B and pay Kim 1.7B to walk away. How hard can that be? WeWork did it and they produce just as much of a product as KBLB does. Maybe that's the plan after up-listing?
There it is, JR is the last inside board member...

ANN ARBOR, Mich., – October 23, 2019 –Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc. (OTCQB: KBLB) (“Company”), the leading developer of spider silk based fibers, announces today that it has selected Jon Rice, the Company’s COO, to join its Board of Directors, as the Company advances and strengthens its corporate governance.

Rice blends technical and business operations expertise, holding a degree in both engineering and a master’s in business administration.

I don't follow what Truth is trying to imply about security. Is he/she saying stating that our "technology" isn't safe at Prodigy, our technology will never be safe there, or that security rather than production is the number 1 priority, or because they are so secure they are not allowed to tell us investors financing the project what is going on, something else...?
Sounds like the concern should be directed toward KBLB or IR rather than us powerless lemmings.
From 10/2:
A COO can serve on the board of directors but isn't on the board until elected.
I would be elated if it was a shining star from that list of 200 applicants or an institutional investor about to make a large investment but really have no doubt in my mind that its just going to be Ken or Jon. And if the person already works there, are they going to get a PR as well?
Dog and Pony show i tell ya...
Thanks for the clarification of inside board of director.
Don't you think it is a little misleading that KBL stated they had narrowed their list of 200 applicants down to 7 finalists for the four director spots available?
I wonder if they couldn't seal the deal with the 4th and final applicant for outside director, so they had to fall back to electing an internal board director?
I am confused...I thought there was going to be 4 independent director board members. What the heck is an inside director?
Please name any of the "Successful Projects" you are referring to...
If it looks like pennystock, acts like a pennystock...its probably a pennystock
Agree! The public shouldn't know this person's name. Investors would come out of the woodwork trying to contact her to get inside info and would be distracting from her work and may even drive her to quit. Chances are shes a recent phd grad or young professional and not the seasoned superstar that everyone on this board is hoping for...Not to say that she isn't going to do wonders for the company working with TK but remember, KBL is on a tight budget.
There was a time before your arrival when no matter what the news was the SP would drop; flippers would sell to protect their holdings from decay. But that was also the time of the once-a-year news pop and then the remainder of the year was fluff about ramping up, new strains, buying a farm...You don't have to look to far back to see the trend.
Agree! These types of news releases are starting to remind me of our not-too-distant past mentality of "sell the news"
Something doesn't seem right with the table of values listed here...It looks like that $42M is a power of 1000 too high. Maybe the result of the table in the link?
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1278249/000127824919000006/xslForm13F_X01/aci_13f.xml
Column 4 shows the values of the securities x 1000, if Tower Bridge owns 100,000 shares of kblb at say $0.42, thats $42,000, not $42,000,000. As a sanity check look at 3M. They have 98,981 shares, multiply that by todays share price of $167 you get $16.5M, pretty close to the $17.2M listed in the table...not $17B.
Also, is Tower Bridge Advisors' portfolio really worth $893,000,000,000? That is more than most very famous portfolios.
My guess is that is an old number calculated before April 2019, 816M shares x $0.05 is roughly $41.5M...but i don't know much of anything.
I'm not saying it isn't possible that it is some sort of institutional buy in but KBL sure making us believe that the only way to get institutional buy-ins is to get out of the OTC. Also, wouldn't you think that if there was an institutional buy in of $41.482M there would be a major uptick in volume? Buying shares at the current price would be 172.85M shares to get to $41.5M .
Can you elaborate on this? Or where you found this?
looks like some sort of marketing group based out of Viet or Singapore that likes to post in Ken Le's comments a lot. From I gather that one or a couple of the people in Kings are either related to or are in close relation with Ken Le based on facebook photos. Nice looking web page tho, https://kings.com.sg/
Agree. It looks more like confidence in anything happening after the bell today or before the bell Monday is pretty low.
Im aware of the news, i've had a position and been following news related to kbl since 2012. Just wondering what perceived event happening within the month has everyone so giddy and throwing out lofty price predictions.
What is big event is everybody expecting to happen this month that warrants a 4x price jump?
Does kim let us ride down to $0.10? That's the min his proposed split allows for us to go for the reverse split to $4. I guess we'll see
ha wut? Nadaq which is min $4 along with the other institutional requirements.
What exchange can you uplist to for $1?
Why is being above a dollar significant to you? Before and after a split you still own the same percentage of the company and still have the same amount of money in your account?
What premarket activity are you talking about? Etrade show 0 volume (not even carry over from the previous day's extended hours) and the bid and ask are at 0.276 and 0.282 respectively
