Polariton paid $50,000 up front and committed to buy roughly $60,000 worth of Perkinamine in the first year and escalating from there. You can't extrapolate those ratios for a Tier 1 licensee that could buy $50 million worth of Perkinamine in the first year.

Pricing is going to be a huge factor in the deal. The more the upfront fee, the less the price over the contract period. The best contract for us is one that guarantees a growing top line each year for many years. That permits Lebby to provide Wall Street with earnings guidance and obtain analysts coverage. That changes everything!

The data centers want to drive down the cost of transmission to $1.00 per gigabyte. That is $800/transceiver and LW should get $250 of that if our PIC goes into the transceiver. If the foundry uses Perkinamine in another company's PIC design, LW may get only $50 per transceiver. There is no way to guess the value with so little information.

Having said all of that, I do believe one Tier 1 licensing deal will vault the first year sales to $100 million plus. The year will start several months after the deal is signed.

No leak.we all know lwlg said they are selecting whom to deal with,

co's are currently pulling us to make a deal, while year ago we were pushing them to make deal.so lawyers going back and forth is nothing new,
I expect 2 tier 1 co's to be signed THIS YEAR along with smaller co's,

it will quickly start pouring ,then flooding with deal$.imo

Its not one small deal at time. Its all co's sign up at once, at an agreed time ..as insane as thats sounds. Thats the precipitation. Imo of course
