We have to be careful with the word Endorsed. O.H. specifically said it wasn't an official endorsement but his opinion. The only difference I believe is being paid to do an official endorsement but I really don't know legally how all that works.

No letter or any info from the FDA and Keith made it sound like off in the future there is the FDA approval.

I do believe a great foundation is being created however there is so much that needs to happen that hasn't come to fruition that it seems it can go either way still.

It comes down to revenues. Until we see that I don't see anything substantially increasing the PPS.

I think you are correct. I think FDA approval gets us close to .005 then the profit taking will occur.

We need more news, SEC, CVS, any new info on business partners. anything and more more more and then most importantly we have to start showing revenue.

Braun, NHS, Mundi, and all other partners needs to start showing progress with sales.

That's when I will believe the next step has begun and will feel more comfortable about holding long.

Now that's a clear perspective of progress.

You can't deny the progress and worldwide acceptance that is happening. At this point everyone just needs to relax and wait it out or move on.

Losing quarter maybe, even if they show a profit of $150k is that really a big deal at this point. That alone won't keep a company in business.

It's a feel good moment but really not worthy or a reflection of what is in the works.

If they have done this much so far and with the deafening silence that continues I believe BIG things are going to continue to be announced.

It is frustrating however the drop in PPS, silence from BIEL and the non announcement yet from FDA.

At this point I do not understand the lack of communication by BIEL management. We have the CVS soft rollout, the SEC settlement and pending FDA approval which this week we fall in the 90 days.

Plus many more items such as B.Braun and NHS where progress and status updates could be beneficial to hear.

What new opportunities are being worked on?

Any small or large wins?

BIEL has the potential to take the world by storm with a ground breaking pain and healing device but the communication is dismal. Especially in the penny world where PPS value is based on future growth and potential.

I have been thinking that the lack of communication is intentional however it might be more of a lack of progress and development.

As of right now i'm up over 180%. Normally the PPS has been staying fairly level where I am up over 200%. These are real numbers. Many of us are in below .001 range though.

I hope AW was correct. I know we are all just waiting for some PR's with great news.

I'm not sure what this 90 day guaranty approval date is coming from. I don't want to have a countdown unless it's in writing somewhere that the FDA will provide the approval or denial in 90 days or less.

Just saying a countdown is misleading and disappointing if it doesn't get approved on that 90th day.

So that's how they do it. Own a minimum of 51% of the shares in Biel. That's a lot of buying.

I would love to hit .05 before anything like that happens. Actually I don't want that to happen at all.

I would prefer just partnership and letting other companies market and sell it for BIEL.

So we may have FDA approval by end of year hopefully in the next 30 days. Then potentially and only a potential is having the FDA backing of "Breakthrough Product" in November.

If these both take place before the end of the year than that's when I believe this company and stock becomes something very very big.

Potentially within a month after both of those combined events happen that's when this stocks goes to levels that get discussed on this board often.

Hopefully we have some incredible exciting times ahead.

How at that point will other very large companies not want to buy BIEL. Can the company just say no or is there something like a hostile takeover that's possible?

I did know that but I believe they have been online for a long time. Same as Costco and a few more.

However I thought that the question was are they on the store shelves.

The online sales having never really generated much revenue mostly because folks don't know about the product yet.

Completely agree. Dang that FDA approval get here soon. I do know however that BIEL Mgmt did say the partnerships they are working on are not specifically required for full FDA approval such as CVS.

However it's the big one which opens up endless doors in the USA for potential unlimited growth.

With the SEC issue put to rest (Eventually a PR telling the world), Products in CVS already, FDA approval potentially within the next 30 days and who knows what else...

While we wait for the above accomplishments the already existing agreements in place such as NHS, BBraun, Munidpharma and more are having time to become established and hopefully continue to increase revenue for the company.

I'm not even considering the financials showing much or any profit yet until 2019. It would be nice however I know product acceptance can take a while.
Even still I do believe in the next 30 days we are going to see at least one substantial run based on current achievements and soon to be released PR's.

I believe they aren't as concerned about moving the PPS at this time compared the bigger picture hence the silence. I do believe that big big stuff is coming or in the works.

I just googled it. typed in "CVS inventory checker" and it came up as the first selection. Oops nevermind glad you found it.

I don't have any in my local stores yet in the Sacramento area. At least it is in the state down in San Diego though.

A bunch of us just blocked that mod. Just a waste of time since everything that said in that moment is self serving. NO due diligence just BS.
