I'm not sure what this 90 day guaranty approval date is coming from. I don't want to have a countdown unless it's in writing somewhere that the FDA will provide the approval or denial in 90 days or less.

Who knows how long this can take...

Yes we want it now but it could be until next year.

Just saying a countdown is misleading and disappointing if it doesn't get approved on that 90th day.
