Do stocks go to 1.65ish down to .04 and sometimes make it back to ooooo say .20? Asking for a friend.
This is a very sound approach. “Let’s just focus on making money in the near and foreseeable future”
I’ve worked for a startup for years. I have always respected my cofounders and the work that they put in. This however makes me feel a whole new appreciation for what the cofounders at my company do. My company isn’t even public and I’ve been there from when it was valued at 8 figures all the way till now at 10 figures. The ceo of my company worked with his cmo to make sure that we had press out regularly.... again not a public company. It’s not like he owed anything to his shareholders but showing he was making good decisions in closed meetings. I’m not going to line up all the bashes here, but I think the management of this company needs to address their decisions up to this point for more than just the shareholders... they owe it to themselves. If they believe that they are trying to make a billion dollar company then they have to start acting like it. Regular exposure to the street, constant display of progress, and incessant appearances on local or national news with cameos at conferences. No more the days I have to read “is pleased to announce” in another press release, which sounds like an elementary school kid trying to write about what they did today. This company has a lot going on... you can see it in the social media of those who are involved. I do every day and I have notifications on for them. The progress is great, but the fact that the management is not managing exposure is a true lack of effort and lack of fiduciary duty to shareholders.
Holder here. There is a delay in filing. They are consistently dropping the ball knowing the more they do the more the stock takes a beating because it reflects their actions. It’s either negligent or nefarious.
I have a problem with the fact that Future Farm has at the least no respect for its shareholders or moreover disrespect considering its lack of transparency. There is so much to discuss regarding its partnerships and it consistently withholds information. It’s either purposeful and nefarious or not and it’s negligent. If you are willing to dig and find the worth and growth of their partnerships you can. Nova farm posts on its Instagram account the clones they are planting and the updates from their license approval.
I’d really like to at the very least as a shareholder receive some sort of comment from the ceo of this company regarding any of this. I’m also wondering if there is a separate reason and there is some legal reason he can not speak about it, causing us to be irritated at the lack of information. It seems as though several people were informed things were supposed to happen around this time and nothing has happened.
Anyway here is the nova farms Instagram account of them planting clones. The place looks pretty big and I’m not sure how long it takes to harvest their first round or how many they can get before years end but it seems like they are doing well.

I’m out of this thread, headed to stockhouse bullboard. Mook I’ve already seen you there.
Ya their audit is still in the works. I think it is year end feb. Interested in the results. Either way, lots of buying on the American side.... seems like anticipation.
They need to tell this marketing agency that all stories need to be formed to show how the hell they are making money.
Doing this * selling that = profits
I mean come on.
From what I have been calculating based on this chart and historical bottoms, the bottom is .275. If it does what it did before when it went from .54 to .09 and then to 1.65 then the new maximum is 5.04. How and if it gets there seems just as ridiculous as telling someone the stock will reach 1.65 from .10 in 4 months and 20 days. Bottom was around 08/08/17 and 1.65 was 12/27/2017.
The previous high of .54 happened on 02/22/2017 - 5.5 months prior to the low. So if 1.65 on 12/27 was our previous high then bottom should be this week or next with our new highs coming toward November.
Could be wrong, just an interesting perspective, I’ve been looking at this thing every day since around December of 2016. Have had the same annoyed feelings as many and can’t explain the patterns but have noticed them.
I have a feeling it will be a slow creep to get to 1.65 and likely if it hits it there will be a rollercoaster up and down at that level.
Wonder when the spinoff is going to be so current shareholders can have two underdogs in great industries.
What can you infer by this?
What does this mean?
It seems like a weird ceremony with some unnecessary events but I’m sure it was legal stuff.
Solis invests in the Arizona dispensary owning 90%. Future Farms invests $500k for 10%. Then in nearly the same transaction sells their 10% to solis for stock in solis. Why not just get the stock?
It’s a little counterintuitive... you are supposed to pump before you dump... not dump. To me none of the selling actually makes any sense to me, even as a conspiracy I can’t put my finger on it.

This has some agriculture examples of multipliers. I believe that we could get more than 3.2x, especially with a cannaplay.
They will generate 75mm seeds at 1-1.50 a seed. Anyone know what the companies multiplier is right now?
I’ve read several white papers on how to long term store cannabis. I believe that the required equipment costs quite a bit. It would all depend on the expected timeline where they could sell and would it be cost effective. The only way I think it would make sense is for outdoor when seasonality of indica vs sativa shows reduced sativa production and vice versa. So saving one for the other season makes sense. Otherwise with indoor depending on the time till the market is opened up I don’t know if it financially makes sense.

You can look at the dispensary that they are 51% owners of by searching the city and dispensary in Massachusetts. They have estimated what the tax revenue will be for the city at 3.5%. The dispensary estimates $28mm in revenue for the first year extrapolating from the $1mm that the city will take. 51% of that for fft will be $14.5mm. I don’t exactly know what their multiplier is, but I can guarantee that the profit alone there puts them several times over what the current price is. I’ve watched this thing go up to $.60 to $.09 to $1.65 and back to $.45. This fluctuation means nothing to me. I know the value of the company in time, and I’m not taking profits till they register those profits over the course of next year.
Yes I have. I have spoken with a contact who I guess is marketing or operations. The ceo has responded to my emails, and he has answered my questions during shareholder calls.
Bitcoin is gold... how many times do you use gold for payments? Litecoin is cold hard cash, you will use litecoin attached to a card. I use Apple Pay, not cold hard cash.
Saw it go from .45 to .09 and held. Saw it go from .09 to 1.65 and held. Then watched it go from 1.65 to .50. Don’t care about these ebs and flows.
Someone correct me if I’m wrong... I see 9million new shares available. Are these from grants?
Ya you are right too I think it sold at market. So it just ate up everyone’s sells. Shorts probably will be covering soon. So effin ridiculous. Can’t fault them for selling what was free though. I like to put ridiculously high sell orders in so that my shares can not be borrowed to short. Prevents unnecessary shorting, even though it’s small I do it on principle.
Looks like he was a grant holder and started selling them.
Cool that’s why I turned 1.85 to 1.50 usd in the post. Sure ffrmf has been there but the dotted line for the year puts us in 3-4 usd territory by end of year.
Yes but the tickets have a 1-1 relationship with the cad/usd exchange. Fft is the Canadian ticker for ffrmf. It is the same company but on two different exchanges.
Found this on another post... fair market value is 1.85 Cad and 1.50 usd...

It’s not an initial coin offering. It is a software application that is a point of sale integration with Coinbase. Meaning that not only will you be able to transact with crypto currency, but most likely you will be able to purchase crypto, with fiat and use it as a mode of transaction for products. Most likely the acquisition will allow them to be a one stop shop for starting and running a cannabis business.
Actually what you’re seeing is the price going to what the declared market value is of the stock. Ffrmf or fft just announced that they have issues stock options for their employees, which of course vest immediately unlike some companies. Those stock options have been declared at a strike price of 1.24CAD or based on current conversion 1USD. Sooo, all you saw now was a leveling of the stock to the strike price, whether that be because it was public knowledge or because people inside were dumb and sold at the price they were given the grant of shares to at, subsequently pulling the price down.

The ability of the Justice Department to act is also subject to “prosecutorial discretion in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and appropriations”, the latter limitation being the most significant as any spending by the Department on cannabis enforcement is still restricted by the Rohrabacher-Blumenauer Amendment.
Usually 15 min, but the news is spooking the market. Really what this will do is drive states to move congress to vote. The sixth largest economy in the world has just legalized. It’s going to be very hard for him to move his agenda. He is doing his job, and has stated that he is following the rules, they should change if the public doesn’t want them. It’s just really abstract to try and get this through Congress, but would be cool if this moves it forward.
The circuit breaker halted trading because of this...

This is super suspect.... all of the stocks I watch took a dive. It’s really weird and makes no sense.
Circuit breaker?
What is your exit point?
Flag setting up for late in the week.
I’m in and will evaluate where I am when it goes to $7. I think if it goes to $7... there shouldn’t be a reason it can’t go to $14. If aurora is at 2.4B then there isn’t any reason this company can’t be 1.25B. Also if WEED is 4.6B again... there isn’t any reason FFRMF can’t be at 1.29B. I’m holding for $14.
I hear you.... sold some when it was at that price for like 1800$.... it would be worth $15k now. Oh well... I’m still in the game and waiting for $13 a share.
According to their multiplier and the acquisition of 2.5mm of profits... the market cap should be $1.47
