It seems like a weird ceremony with some unnecessary events but I’m sure it was legal stuff.

Solis invests in the Arizona dispensary owning 90%. Future Farms invests $500k for 10%. Then in nearly the same transaction sells their 10% to solis for stock in solis. Why not just get the stock?
