Looks like GME and they shorted it 120+ percent so naked shorts and seem to be able to create shares out of nothing.

The news to me is simple. We are holding a new higher base PPS and as all stocks, they will run it when we least expect it. Stay tuned. JMHO

The odd thing is that it has started trading again and the PPS is down from .03 to .003 and less than 600K have moved today. Who the heck establishes the PPS after a halt. The company didn't change. Was there massive dilution during the halt? We will see what happens after a couple of days of trading. I'll hold mine for now. JMHO

Put the shares up for sale for a dollar and they won’t buy them and they can’t use them if they are for sale, to my knowledge. JMHO

I would never try to tell a CEO how to run a company that I did not know inside out. Even then maybe only offer my thoughts for what they might be worth. We can't know everything they have waiting in the wings.
