What is Charge Stacking?
Charge stacking is referred to when prosecutors charge overlapping and duplicative offenses against one (or more) defendant.

How Charge Stacking Works
The reason charge stacking continuously works is because criminal law provides that a single criminal incident can constitute multiple crimes. For example, burglary is technically considered trespassing, theft and possession of stolen goods as well. Since both Federal and State Rules of Criminal Procedure permit the prosecution of multiple offenses, charge stacking or “charge joinders” are enabled.

Seriously? You obviously don't know much about desk traders (and the markets) particularly when a company slides into the unaccountable cess pool called the pinks. They make money in every direction including undisclosed illegal shorting. And they front run almost every retail client order on the buy and sell side and especially when there is any volume/liquidity at all. As in buying ahead of a retail customer order and immediately going on the offer and telling the client to pay up - to where they are positioned/located. The markets never lie, just a lot of the people that work in the industry and some select bottom-feeding, lying, self-serving, cheating fraud officers/directors that are devoid of ethical conduct and practises by nature.
