It's not Earth shattering. But it could be the beginning of something earth shattering. People have houses and yachts that cost more than 28.

The Contract is already signed. The problem has always been financing. With the Financing shut down is the reason it has taken so long. Now with China as a secondary source of financing I'm sure at some point soon the announcement that it has been secured one way or another will be made. From that point the future will look completely different for CDNL.

What's better in the long run. Flipping the same amount of cash and adding quantity of shares as you ride the peaks and valleys. Or continually buying on the peaks, valleys, and everywhere in between. I guess that would all depend on what you thought the future would be like for CDNL.

It's probably the combination of his wife's and his shares.

With respect to the next installment. My guess is part 2 by the end of August which is great. Spreading it put produces investors not flippers with ideals of instant success. The payoff is in the mid to long term but none the less Kevin seems to be doing exactly what I would do if I were him. Space it out and invite long term investors to take the journey with him. He is learning how the market works and how fickle and demanding people are. I believe his next objective will be to become amazingly efficient and profitable. Just my opinion but of course that's all it is until they are proved or disproved. Have a blessed weekend!!!

Does anyone see the correlation between proof of toxic debt being paid and meeting with our Chinese partner.

Who knows maybe that will happen. I'm sure 1million will get scooped up. I like the way Kevin is handling things. I believe the last toxic note will be paid off without conversion in August. Then things will get very interesting. IMO

Very interesting that a few hundred thousand moves it up 9%. Shares are in strong hands. Great things coming for this company. I personally am thinking long term. It doesn't matter to me in the short term if it goes up or down but I expect it will go up considerably in the next few months. Which is short term for me. Did anyone take into consideration that all of the progress this year including splitting up China SPA funds would seem to be advantageous to the long term investor. If all of these progressions happened quickly and in a relatively short time what do you think would happen. My opinion is the stock price would go up profoundly in a matter of a day or two. So what happens to long investors after a huge spike. Honestly it only benefits the short term traders. I guess my point is that there is so much steady progress that is slated for the mid to long term that it in fact makes it more attractive to the long term investor. As progress is made over the quarters to come and Kevin's plan comes to fruition the company will be booking solid profits which will legitimize the stock price and make it even more attractive. In my opinion at some point in the future CDNL will be a NASDAQ listed company. Jmo

To each his own but I see long term potential. I will continue to buy. No need to sell and pay 40. % capital gains. Better for me to ride the waves and accumulate for what is yet to come.

Its quite tiresome here in OTC land. everything is so over analyzed and there is always a sense of skepticism even from the believers. Things are coming along quite well for Cardinal. Yes the stock has slipped in the past weeks but the ones buying who have vision will make out quite well. If it was all a done deal and there was no doubt what so ever then the stock would already be way higher. The doubt in this case has and will continue to be the asset to the ones with vision. Also I haven't heard anyone inquire as to what the new contract is in Europe. Not even a peep. everyone is so focused on Camwater and the Chinese money. As things look at the moment I really don't see a problem with Cardinal becoming profitable this year. SOOOO many huge company's valued at astronomical amounts loose millions every year. The fact is stock value is and will always be a forward looking perception which dictates pps. This one has great momentum and has the potential to produce massive returns from down here in OTC land. Looking forward to seeing it hit the NASDAQ. Yeah at that time I mite say " You know what, I have been buying that stock since it was a stinky pinky". Guess time will tell. Inconsequentially I find it optimistic and somewhat relevantly relieving that despite constant suckling of news we hold steady. This actually is a major bullish sign if you take into consideration the low volume. If there where more than a few million shares that where even being contemplated at being sold at these levels you would see mad panic. I am holding till I see what a company out of debt with nice contracts and mass production can accomplish. Build it and they will come. That's just how things get accomplished.I will continue to buy up to .05 or 10 million shares whatever comes first. I agree at some point the proof will be in the pudding. This is an undiscovered stock by the masses. For now its stuck in penny pink land but all things have to have a beginning even if its less than ideal. The gift to the forward thinker who can see what is transpiring is the opportunity to buy in to a company with a shot at really great success. Its like any other business with the goal of making money. Its a journey, a challenge, a piece of vision and hard work. I personally think KJ has what it takes to make this a great and successful company. I put stock in people more than things even though the product is a no brainer for developing country's who would love to have affordable clean water. I don't see it so popular in the US as a potable water source as we are too entitled here unless is was for emergency situations or military use where they couldn't get water to troops. Would the Chinese give a million dollars away for nothing. Eventually the EXIM would have opened up and if not for the halt none of your debt concerns would even be an issue but then again very few of us wouldn't even own this stock had things transpired in a different way. MY point is would a Chinese company that was connected to a few very successful businesses just give away a million dollars if they didn't see the potential and short cut to success on KJs back. IMO What I see with the financials is a few people hoping to rush them out so they can paint a grim picture and get cheap shares. The past is not why I continue to buy shares!!!!!!!!!!!!

More debt coming off the books. New contract in the works. I can only imagine what will happen when the debt is squared and Cardinal has access to finance and mass production and the world gains confidence in this company which will be well deserved. News came out a bit late but to me that's KJ showing his confidence that its not necessary to appease the market every week. You either believe or you don't. LOL That is and has always been the difference maker. Looking forward to seeing how this company evolves when they are not saddled with debt and have cash to pursue new clients not to mention the fact that there partner is facilitating a major manufacturing facility which will greatly control quality ,cost ,efficientcy and shipping . I see an amazing business plan taking shape with a product that can ( without expensive infrastructure) serve an immediate need for small to midsized communities. Its actually quite brilliant and I also get the recent emphasis on time and health chasing after water when it can be pumped to a central location using solar power. My guess is that the small community's that could utilize this type of water supply will in conjunction utilize ( Chinese) solar for basic electrical needs. The two could go hand in hand. Its going to go up as time passes and the thing is that the flipping and swing trading is only temporarily slowing it down. I think this is a stock you just buy and hold and let it do its thing. Long way to go to NASDAQ but it will probably climb all the way there if people would just let it. Sometimes with this stock I think people shoot themselves in the foot. Its going to go up just give it time. Flipping it is exhausting and all said and done unless you have absolute perfect timing your gains probably will be less than if you just held.(considering when you sell you hurt yourself on the remaining shares you hold) IMO. What I find to be quite comical is that in the past and lately when the pps slips a bit because of stagnant sentiment or doubt in the company you see so many people turn negative as if they want it to go down so they can get back in at a price they feel safe at, but when its running its the best thing since sliced bread. People pick a side of the fence and stay on it. You create your own issues. The CEO is a very respectable and dedicated. The product is high tech and high quality. We are heading into a future where clean water is more and more scarce with an increasing population and global distribution of wealth ( well at least enough to afford life's basic necessities). Have some conviction one way or the other. This is the world we live in today its no wonder its a rollercoaster ride.

An 8k on debt reduction should be a confidence builder for shareholders. This will be unexpected news and I'm guessing the pps will show it tomorrow. I will add more in the morning as I expect the stock to start climbing back up close to .02 in the next week.

Its funny how quickly people forget. Do people really think China is going to give away over a million dollars. Keep in mind the contact between Cardinal and China. Debt will continue to be paid off, shares will continue to be retired, and work contracts and profits will be booked. People are so fickle. So someone wanted to sell a few million shares. Big deal. With low volume in between progress. I will continue to add and will sell long in the future. I think its GREAT the ones who are impatient and just want a quick buck go ahead and exit. If not this week then next week or when we get one good catalyst and they can make a few buck. It is way to early to even think about selling IMO. Water is the future plain and simple.

Interesting to see that even with low volume, which is to be expected in between progression that the pps is holding strong. This gives substantial proof about the confidence that investors have and the potential they see with Kevin Jones as the leader of this company and his product and vision. Time will tell the whole story but I continue to add as I did today. Its nice to see the flippers and swing traders have all disappeared for the moment. Looking forward to see how serious investors take the beginning of the Cameron contract because that in itself will garner world wide exposure. I always like to use the famous saying from Field of dreams "build it and they will come". I still think there are serious investors chipping away at these shares and there are far less to be had than one would think. I personally am interested in CDNL as a long term investment and have an opinion that most are as well. As I have said before I am confident to continue adding despite what others think. I'm sure there are plenty of people adding at this point that may not other wise be if the .02 resistance had been broken. The pps seems strong at the moment with the low volume. Some minor selling maybe taking small profits and the flippers getting out which I think is a good thing. I see a good base of longs here even if the pps is slipping a bit. I don't want to say this to loud but all things considered when the next catalyst comes in I think most of us will be surprised at how much this jumps simply do to the fact that there are not as many shares out there as most would think. Longs hold most of these shares and when we get catalytic news the flippers and swing traders will be fighting over them. same pattern for the rest of the year. One leg at a time. But with the day traders and flippers each time we will get new longs who see where this is going in the months and years to come. I have learned nothing good comes quickly or easily. I still say the number one reason for buying this stock is the CEO Kevin Jones. Just an overcomer and seems relentless to succeed in his product and his vision. Well not officially but you have to imagine The Cardinal Resources story is internationally and humanitarianly enough to justify at least an anonymous following. Guess time will tell.

FYI of the 518 like 11 go to the Chinese. so my guess is the company will buy back about 10 mil more shares so when they enter into the second tranch they can issue the total of 501 mil shares which so you know are untradeable at face value. this is not a scam it is partnership. Cardinal has got what the Chinese want. Clean water. end of story!!!!

Have you ever heard the term " Some peoples children". A few have asked ozz to be respectful ( not give up his or her or both these days identity as a human) and calm down and type like the rest of us as if his capital words somehow mean more than the rest of ours.
