With respect to the next installment. My guess is part 2 by the end of August which is great. Spreading it put produces investors not flippers with ideals of instant success. The payoff is in the mid to long term but none the less Kevin seems to be doing exactly what I would do if I were him. Space it out and invite long term investors to take the journey with him. He is learning how the market works and how fickle and demanding people are. I believe his next objective will be to become amazingly efficient and profitable. Just my opinion but of course that's all it is until they are proved or disproved. Have a blessed weekend!!!
