I see lots have changed. No more ALES. Looks like it’s time to grab up some shares.
Well I won't be adding anymore until I see more volume. I'm currently in @1.50
We need more PR's to get some buyers
curious to see if we see any decent volume today

We shall see. I work for a beer distributor and there's a lot of talk about Evans. They are currently distributed through Wine Warehouse. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we distributed Evans in the future.

We find Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) to be the coolest route for big-time craft breweries to take. Some large craft breweries have gone this way, but don’t forget about the brains behind Evans Brewing Co. In December 2015, Evans Brewing Company finalized its acquisition of the assets and liabilities of Bayhawk Ales, Inc., which founded the oldest craft brewery in Orange County, Calif., way back in 1994. Evans Brewing took over operation of the brewery after Bayhawk shareholders voted Evans management control of the Bayhawk Board of Directors in December 2013. Since that time, the Evans brewery team has improved brewery operations, reduced expenses, forged new distribution relationships, and continued to win international beer awards.
Bayhawk shareholders were provided the opportunity to exchange their Bayhawk stock for an equal number of shares of Evans Brewing Company stock, a process that closed on Dec. 2, 2015.

Just last week the company’s common stock was assigned the trading symbol “ALES” by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (FINRA) Department of Market Operations and that its common stock may now be quoted and traded on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) market.
The assignment of the stock symbol and the expected quotation on the over-the-counter market provides craft beer enthusiasts – the fastest growing segment of the beer market – an opportunity to invest in a craft beer company poised for significant future growth and expansion. Trading of ALES stock will also represent the fulfillment of management’s promise to stockholders, many of whom have been waiting over 20 years to have tradable shares.
“Bayhawk stockholders, many of whom provided seed capital for Bayhawk Ales over 20 years ago, have waited a long time to see a trading market for their stock,” said Mike Rapport, Chairman of Evans Brewing Company. “The assignment of the very appropriate “ALES” trading symbol is a fulfillment of our promise to these shareholders and positions them to benefit from our plan to grow the company.”
“For prospective investors, Evans Brewing provides one of the very few opportunities to invest in an independent craft beer company with the potential for significant growth in a sector that continues to capture a larger share of the overall beer market.”

Also looks like most the adds are Employee buys...
Sure is...meanwhile I've just been messing with other plays...I'm still here
VPRO
They also have Employee Stock Ownership Plans....
ALES
Your relatively close to the tap room/restaurant....should check it out.
Hopefully we see something over the weekend...possibly next week. ALES has barely been trading so it's still new.
Not sure with share structure....I don't have that kind of info. I just work for a beer distributor and there's a lot of talk. I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see Evans distributed though us. Hope that helps.

Evans Brewing Company Begins Trading Under The Stock Symbol "ALES"
April 14, 2016 09:01:47 AM (ET)
Evans Brewing Company (OTC PINK: ALES), a producer of award-winning premium craft beers, today announced that the company's common stock has begun trading on the over-the-counter market under the stock ticker symbol "ALES." Having its common stock traded on a U.S. public market places, Evans Brewing, in a unique position among producers of craft beer -- the fastest growing segment of the beer market -- since only a handful of craft breweries are currently publicly traded. Evans Brewing is preparing to open its first branded restaurant, The Public House by Evans Brewing Company, in downtown Fullerton, California and is exploring opportunities to expand its brewery operations beyond its current landmark southern California microbrewery. The company's brewery is the oldest craft brewery in Orange County and among the oldest in all of southern California. Trading of ALES stock also represents the fulfillment of management's promise to a group of its stockholders who have been waiting over 20 years to have tradable shares. Evans Brewing took over operation of its Irvine, California brewery after the stockholders of Bayhawk Ales, Inc., which founded the brewery in 1994, voted Evans management control of the Bayhawk Board of Directors in December 2013. Bayhawk shareholders backed Evans Brewing's plan to reinvigorate the brewery, rebrand brewing operations under the Evans name, exchange Bayhawk stock for shares of Evans Brewing Company, and get Evans stock quoted on a U.S. stock market. Since the takeover, the Evans Brewing team has improved brewery operations, reduced expenses, forged new distribution relationships, and continued to win international beer awards. For the Bayhawk stockholders -- a group of individual investors whose Bayhawk stock holdings averaged approximately 300 shares per shareholder -- Evans Brewing 1) brought the company up to date in its filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission; 2) provided the opportunity for Bayhawk stockholders to exchange their shares for an equal number of Evans Brewing Company shares; 3) retained a market maker; and 4) completed all of the additional steps to have the company's stock quoted and traded on the over-the-counter market. "Trading as a public company comes at an opportune time for Evans Brewing Company and we are particularly pleased with our "ALES" stock symbol," said Chairman Mike Rapport. "We are currently strengthening our regional presence in 6 western states as we also prepare to open our first branded restaurant in the large southern California market. "We are particularly happy to have reached this trading milestone for our stockholders who were formerly Bayhawk shareholders. They laid very important groundwork by providing seed capital for Bayhawk Ales over 20 years ago and helped to make our historic Orange County brewery a reality. Now they finally have a stock that has a trading market and have the ability to benefit from Evans Brewing Company's strategy that they supported throughout this process. "For prospective investors, Evans Brewing provides one of the very few opportunities to invest in an independent craft beer company with the potential for significant growth in a sector that continues to capture a larger share of the overall beer market." I work a beer distributor and there's been a lot of talk about this "Evans Brewing Company" which is why I got in. You are also right with the Craft brews being on fire as we call it in our business..especially leading right into summer. This is a win win IMO.

I agree with this...that 59% is at the same loss as us just on a higher scale right? I would think they make money we make money right? Correct me if I'm wrong....but I would think they are doing whatever's best?
I'm surprised we haven't seen any news yet.
We knew that email was no good long time ago
