PROVEN by an auditor, not only in a PR.

I am talking about 2007 production and 2007 financial report.

We do not want exploration NEWS, we want production proven numbers.

Another news that will not affect the pps positively.

We need a positive news to support this new pps or increase it more. Come on AURC. Show us numbers!

I am from North America and my broker does not accept online buy order for pink sheet stock. I need to call them to buy pink sheet company shares.

Look with your broker, maybe you can place an order via phone only for companies traded on penny stock markets.

Aurus is not traded on Frankfurt market but I think some brokers in Europe permit to buy stock on North America exchanges.

There is some persons from Europe here, maybe they can help you more than me.

We are supposed to have some releases this week. I hope one of those releases will concern the 2007 gold production or financial numbers 2007.

Let hope for something really positive for us.

Not a big news but it is an update about company intention which it can be considered as positive. I hope they have something else that will help the pps more than this latest news.

BUD, I sent an Email today like I do every week requesting updates about Aurus activities. Usually, I recieve no reply but Slava seems open to give a reply this week. Maybe he reply only if he has something new to say. Here is the original email:

Totally agree with you, Aurus needs to communicate and be clear about their intention for the current year 2008 (production only, open for a buyout but nothing on table presently,....).

My patience is also running out....

Today, I recieved an Email from Slava that indicates that we shall get some releases next week.

Hopefully for good news and no delay. We need some good news to attract more buyers and keep the faith in aurus.

Do not know, but it is good to see some buying after all those days with almost no volume. UBSS seems to be the buyers (deducton based on his bid price mouvment).

I hope the day will continue this way and for something good soon, we need it.

I am not agree with you.

The company needs to prove what they accomplished in 2007 first. They need to prove they have not lied about the gold production 2007 (about 2500 kg). If they cannot prove the gold production for 2007, it is a very bad sign.

They have no reason to not produce the audited financial report 2007. Mostly they indicate in the december 2007 PR that the company will become a fully reporting company in january 2008.

There are too many inconsistencies with the information Aurus gives us. We need a third party verification of their financial numbers and done by profesional people.

The visit will be a complement and it will only add some more faith in the company.

I suggest that every shareholder send an email to Slava and request him an update/status about the financial report 2007 (add more questions if you want).

I made the update request since more than 1 month and he never gives me answer. Maybe if we are about 20 persons that make this request, they will move their a** and give us something.

We need to make pressure on them.

If Aurus does not perform the audit of their financials 2007, it will be a very bad sign.

I stay in the opinion that the audited financial report is the only solution because it is a third party verification of Aurus financial numbers.

The company will not permit to someone making copies of their documents. The only thing the company will do is to show him facilities and give him some explanations/demonstrations.

I doubt any proven things could be found there. Going there is a bonus but it will not prove the evidence we need IMO.

Just do a minimum of effort and you will found it.

Every week, I sent an Email to Slava and request update about those things. I do not know why details are not given yet. It is not Slava fault, it is the BOD decision.

Update will come soon IMO because a lot of time already passed since last updates/announcement.

Continue to send emails to Slava every week requesting update (stay polite in your text). It will make presure on him and we will get answers faster IMO.

It is just an opinion based on my emails exchange with Slava.

Look others company boards and give me only one name where the IR represent gives answers to each questions he recieves from shareholders. You will found that none exist.

Its answers are often frustrating because he seems not want to answer our questions. My opinion is Slava fears to give insiders information to a limited number of persons and be accused thereafter. Slava is very prudent with the details he gives and often tells us to wait the PRs. PR reachs everyone at the same time and consequently he protects himself against accusation of revealing potentials insisders information. I do not know his experience as IR representant but he seems not have a lot of experience (sorry if I am wrong). I come to this conclusion because he seems not make the difference between insisders information and general information. Telling to a shareholder that the financial report will be available soon is not an insiders information. Revealing the numbers in the report is an insisders information. This situation makes communication more difficult between him and us, unfortunatly. Maybe this situation will be corrected in the future.

Do not forget that Slava has not the liberty to release a PR neither to decide alone of his content. He executes what the Aurus BOD tells him to do. If the BOD judges that X information/question will be released/answered later for Y reason, then we have no choice to wait.

My opinion is a large part of the problem coming from Russia. BOD probably do not know how to communicate adequately with their shareholders (very often with penny stock company) and in timely manner.

I think people should continue to send email to Slava requesting information. Maybe they will understand that there is a global dissatisfaction with the quantity of information given by Aurus to shareholders.

Many of the questions I sent to Slava have been answered many weeks later. I think we should be patient and continue to communicate with Slava in a respectable language.

I know that they are slow to give us answers but they will come. The content of Emails Slava sends to us could be also better. All this do not change the fact that Aurus has a lot of potential.

I will continue to send question to Slava because I know that one day, the questions will be answered. I suggest to do the same thing to every shareholders.

Today drop is principaly caused by one MM (UBSS). It is not a general market reaction. Many time this kind of drop is followed by a positive correction the day after (can take few days sometimes).

Usually, someone that bash continuesly a company have something to gain of his actions: (buy low - sell high)(short - cover)....

I can understand someone posting a negative opinion time to time but posting negative comments everyday is not normal. No one will lose his time to write tons of posts if he has nothing to gain at the end....Do not forget that someone can have multiple alias. You have the impression that many people hate the company but in fact, it is the same person.

I never pay attention to someone that post often/continuesly the same kind of post.
