Seems to be a lot of excitement around RMRK still. However, from where it was 3 months, it is now worth considerably less than it was. Other than speculation about RMRK, has there been any specific news mentioning RMRK within that 3 months period that specifically mentions RMRK and warrants this level of excitement today?
It's sad to see so many who were suckered in by the illogical pumping by a few, who I am sure profited nicely throughout the pump. If ever the words "Caveat emptor" should have been heeded, it was with SOUPQ. I sincerely hope no one invested heavily during the pumping or at most, no more than they could afford to lose. I was an investor too but got out months ago when I saw where things were headed. Use this as a teaching moment and learn to avoid such scams in the future by ignoring overzealous, obfuscating pumpers who like to play word games rather than confront actual facts.
Thanks, Steven. I will be keeping on eye on things and when I feel the winds are favorable once more, I may buy back in.
I pulled out of EVIO entirely yesterday. Seeing CDEL on the ask again and the still unresolved issue of 1 billion authorized shares will continue to hold this stock back and will continue to pull down the pps. When/if WW gets his act together and admits that the authorized share problem is serious enough to resolve post haste, I will not re-enter EVIO. I can make far more trading cryptocurrency than I ever could penny stocks anyway.
It's CDEL dumping again.
2business, I've seen your posts on several boards. Why are you postings replete with quote marks instead of spaces? It is very difficult to read.
OMG, I am actually green on EVIO again!
I'm in a crypto trading group and mention I was into pot stocks too. They asked which one I recommended and I said EVIO. Should generate a lot of interest. Several have already PMed me saying they place a bid.
Nothing to say? There have been more posts in the last 3 days than there had been in the prior month! lol
Very nice to see EVIO finally moving to the upside. The key questions though are 1) can it continue and 2) can it hold up? We should know in a day or two. The US cannabis market as a whole has been on the rise finally in anticipation of the New Year legalization in CA. So I would not be surprised to see it do both. Then again, this stock has often done the unexpected.
I'm all over the bitcoin and alt-coin market and have earned a 66% return in just the last week. Doing far better than I did in stocks, lol.
No one wants this stock with its 1 billion AS and such a low OS. There is just too much room for dilution with this spread and no guarantee that they won't do so.
See what moaning and groaning does! lol
We just had our yearly shareholders meeting at the end of September. If they are going to wait till then, this stock's pps will continue to slide downwards. I'm not going to hang around and watch my investment drop to zero because they can't get their act together. If it hasn't moved up significantly by the end of this year, I'm out of here and will consign EVIO to the worthless shit pile.
Besides myself, how many of you have also written Waldrop to complain about the 1 billion AS. The reason I ask is that a lone wolf is of little concern. It is when a pack howls that people take notice. If I am the only one that has complained then my concerns will simply go in the trash. Make your voice heard NOW.
I'm in the same boat, Hose. Way too much invested and selling now would be too great a loss. Evio would have to surge 10 times its current pps for me just to break even. I know that is not going to happen,
I hope it turns quickly. I just had a heart operation to have a defibrillator inserted just in case it does turn around and my heart stops beating from the shock, lol.
Well Steven, I have no one to blame but myself for becoming emotionally attached to a stock and trusting in a CEO. They all lie, every damn one of them, and none of them are really interested in the shareholders and will screw them in a heartbeat if it benefits the company. Yeah, I'm jaded, disappointed, frustrated, and pissed off.
No response to my last email. No news on the certification. What a horrible investment this has turned out to be.
So I guess all today's volume must mean that WC doesn't hold all the shares then, right? And all the guys who did sell aren't so poor after all, right? And they won't regret it after all, right? Damned if you do and damned if you don't, right? lol
Real experts don't invest in trash either. Just Saying.
Let's hope this doesn't turn into another $TRTC
Well, no response from Waldrop to my last reply to his email. I didn't really expect one. I'm sure calling him disingenuous, illogical, and a failure at his fiduciary duty to the shareholders didn't sit well with him. The truth rarely swallows easily. I think it is important for all shareholders to echo my own sentiments in emails to him. We must get across to him just how badly he has let us down and the severe impact it has had on each of us. william@signalbay.com or william@eviolabs.com
Where does it say some was sent out with mold?
I am inclined to agree with you at this point.
My reply to Waldrop's email:
Will,
Thank you for responding. However, I must take exception to your response concerning question 3, reducing AS from 1 billion to 100 million. I find it most disingenuous and illogical. It is beyond debate that 1 billion AS and 10 million OS is a serious detriment to the shareholders and the company.
Such a huge spread makes it nearly impossible to attract major investors, retail investors, equity partners, and financing. Anyone looking at that spread is immediately going to think this company is prepared to do massive dilution. As a result, the liquidity of the company's shares is now almost non-existent as trading volume has entirely dried up, and the share price has fallen by more than 50% since the R/S. Every positive PR or 8K issued has only a momentary effect on the share price, which quickly drops back to where it was, or worse, even lower.
If, in the conversations with institutional investors, none of them are concerned with the AS, then why have they not invested? Obviously our tremendous year over year growth both historically and forecasted, is not enough to entice them. Simple human psychology is going to warn them in the back of their minds that the risk is too great and, as we all know, simply saying you won't do something is meaningless. There must be evidence proving you will not do something.
In my conversations with many hundreds of current, former, and potential retail investors, the enormous AS value is the determining factor dictating to them whether or not to invest more, or even at all. In my investigation and analysis, I have explored numerous theories as to why the share price is doing so poorly and every one of them, except for the enormous AS, can be quickly discounted because interest in the stock simply is not there, despite spending $25,000 a month on corporate communications with NetworkNewsWire.
You stated in your 8K of September 18, 2017 that "On September 18, 2017, the Board of Directors approved to amend the Corporation’s Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation so as to reduce the Authorized Shares of the Company from 1,010,000,000 to 110,000,000, and to submit the Articles Amendment to the Corporation’s stockholders for approval at the next Annual Shareholders Meeting or Special Meeting, whichever is to occur first."
Also, the amendment to the company's charter recently passed by the shareholders states, "To authorize an amendment to our Charter to provide that any action of shareholders that would otherwise require a shareholder's meeting may be taken by the written consent of the required minimum number of shareholders without a meeting pursuant to Section 7-107-104 of the Colorado Revised Statutes (the “Written Consent Authorization”)"
As such, an annual shareholder meeting or even a special meeting is not required to vote on the additional decrease in the AS. All you need is the written consent of the majority of the shares represented, i.e., 51%. You have that already via insiders and directors alone. We shareholders overwhelming approved this amendment, giving the CEO virtual cart blanc to do whatever he/she felt needed to be done. With this in mind, there is absolutely nothing standing in the way of further reducing the AS.
There must be something else holding you back from accomplishing this then. Thirty-thousand dollars is very little to pay for the extraordinary impact reducing the AS will have, benefiting the company and its shareholders enormously. If you can spend $25,000 a month on corporate communications that has as of yet produced any noticeable benefit, then $30K is a drop in the bucket compared to the huge benefit it would be to the shareholders.
I have told you numerous times that I fully support what you are doing with the company, your efforts, and your vision. I still do. You have done exceedingly well in building and growing the company. However, this seeming lack of concern for the shareholder's plight gives the company the appearance of just another slimy OTC that serves the interest of the insiders on the backs of the shareholders.
Will, with all due respect, I feel you are failing your fiduciary duty to the shareholders. Many of us who have invested heavily in the company are in dire straights, with our investment being in a virtual free fall since the first of the year. I have been in and out as a shareholder a couple of times as my frustration and fear of a complete loss got the best of me. My initial $20K investment is now worth a mere $3K. However, I keep coming back because I know in my heart and my head what this company can be and will be.
I hope you will take my criticisms as they are meant, not as a condemnation but as a nudge to widen your view of the effects of what you do, or do not do, on the smaller shareholders. You and Lori have far more shares than any of us. That doesn't mean you should not make yourself aware of the impact on us smaller investors.
If you made it reading down this far without hitting the delete button, thank you for taking the time to read my missive, and I hope I will hear back from you.
Ed
Form 4 out for Lori. She bought 16,000 shares.

Correspondance Waldrop...
Edward,
I can not answer questions 1 & 2 directly. updates will be out soon.
In regards to question #3, until we have another shareholder vote to ratify the A/S reduction, we can not formally reduce the authorized. However, we operate internally as it has been done. The cost to have a one-off shareholder vote is $30k. Best to include in the annual shareholder meeting.
In the conversations with institutional investors, none of them are concerned with A/S. They are focused on our tremendous year over year growth both historically and forecasted.
Regards,
Will

What are the various number of authorized shares being reported and what does each report, including the TA and FINRA? Thanks, I need the info to follow up in a discussion with WW.
Well no, it's actually sitting at .0048 at the moment. Just can't seem to hang on to that .005, can it?
I'll be sure and check that when it arrives!
Don't know why they only have only one on the website. The ones I bought from Amazon are being sold by Soupman.
nope, look again, .0045
I just ordered a few cases of the various soups from Amazon today. I do like their soup.
Good grief, dude. It's not rocket science. GBI bought all of the company's business and assets. It is making and selling soup under the brand name "The Original Soupman Soups", its DBA. The revenue goes straight to GBI. The old company no longer has any business. They don't sell anything. They don't have any revenue and finally, many who hold/held the stock are realizing that and dumping shares, thus the .0045 pps right now. It's going to go lower, much lower, as those who hold millions of shares on hopes and dreams realize they have been snookered into buying a dead cat.
No soup for you!
Wow ,, Just looked at Bid- Ask.. Ask is at 0.0054 Is there NOT any news???? .. Soup to open at LESS THAN HALF a penny today ?????
rofl
There is that! I guess I should count my blessings. By the way, my name is not Jane...or Dick.
The story of Dick and Jane
See Dick. See Dick run. See Dick sell into the bid at 4 minutes before 4, shaving 3 cents off the closing price. See Dick make Jane cry. See Dick laugh.
