I pulled out of EVIO entirely yesterday. Seeing CDEL on the ask again and the still unresolved issue of 1 billion authorized shares will continue to hold this stock back and will continue to pull down the pps. When/if WW gets his act together and admits that the authorized share problem is serious enough to resolve post haste, I will not re-enter EVIO. I can make far more trading cryptocurrency than I ever could penny stocks anyway.
