It demonstrates a fundamental judgement flaw. It shows he is capable of make poor decisions.

Court findings/documentation. are available with a little DD. For those unwilling to do the search themselves, the court found him guilty, sanctioned and fined him and subsequently reduced the fines as a favor due to his (Dr. Casey) poor financials.

So to answer your question: He is guilty after being found guilty.

I see an email address (which is already known) and some text (which was typed, by whom is unknown).

I do not see a to address, a from address, a date or time stamp. All of which is standard information for emails and would be available via copy/paste

Company does not own the patent, they are simply licensing it. HUGE difference. Equally important is the lack of details surrounding their licensing agreement. How long is the license valid? No one seems to know.

I would not label the science revolutionary. Multiple other technologies exist using similar treatments with slight variations.

I've only quotes and referenced individually VERIFIABLE facts from the company's history and or filings. PERIOD!

Copies of the ACTUAL email would be appreciated. Text and/or word of mouth is non verifiable and also not believeable.

They don't file with the SEC. They file only with the OTC. This allows them to by pass the audit requirement of their financial statements and filings.

It is now. In the latest filing it was 1.5 billion but it seems that wasn't enough to cover their debt so they doubled it.

Less than a year ago the AS was a few hundred million.

The patent isn't owned by or issued to TCEL. The patent was filed by and issue to a company in Kumea, New Zealand.

TCEL claimed they were going to license the patent; however, they have provided no evidence that they have done so nor provided any update in regards to their attempt to license it.

Sorry to deliver the bad news but looks as if some DD is needed.....
