I think there is a product that has no demand. Sounds ok on paper but the truth is it's simply not needed.
I seriously had to double check the dates of these posts....the same old stuff that was going on years ago now. Wow. Lol
Nothing has gone wrong here- everything has gone
as expected.
This is what happens when a company is a scam. This started as a scam and will end as a scam. Birds of a feather flock together as they say... if there ever were something to Flushaway they wouldn't have had to go about things the Pino/Pillay/whomever is supposed to be in charge now way.
I've seen more legit companies begging Mark Cuban for money on the Shark Tank.
Well 2 of the 3 don't actually exist.
"Proof of NAKED SHORTING RIGHT IN TODAYS FINS!! "
Well, that does it. The stock should increase at least 2000% tomorrow.
Glad that's settled.
Why would he waste his time chasing anyone anyway when he knows the DD will do just that?
Naw, that's either 1) a secret market maker move indicating that they're in desperate need of 50B shares or else a short squeeze will occur by the end of the week, or 2) part of the super-secret plan put in place by management that was implemented 12 years ago and is about to reach its climax with, you guessed it- the most magnificent short squeeze in history.
Take your pick.
So!
Wow... insightful indeed.
Sure there are, but there's one in particular that happens to have been floating around PYCT for years with stories that change as often as PYCT's business plan.
"IF has never been a question with my group"
Ah... another insightful PYCT fan that has a "group" invested in PYCT. LOL
The more things change the more they stay the same.
"You know what the audit does..."
Apparently some don't. It was posted ad nauseam here that the audit was going to force the shorts to cover and make the stocks explode... years ago.
PayChest Receives $1.2 Million Purchase Order
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/paychest-receives-1-2-million-130000799.html
Stunning move today Darcy.
DD--->
Share price stagnant for how long with no results from the company.
All anyone needs to know.
Don't be silly... the product is a secret due to competitive reasons.
It's hard to compete against a product that no one ever sees or buys therefore as they keep doing what they do, PYCT can honestly claim that they have no competition!
Brilliant.
Grant Wellington is just another alias used by a PYCT fan.
The original name was "Gram (sic) Wellington" which was a name taken from a commercial about housing discrimination.
Apparently the name sounded impressive enough for someone to think that it might make people think that someone important thinks PYCT is a good investment.
What mistakes did Pino supposedly make? He ran a scam from day one, not a legit company.
Or is it that they aren't going to make the mistake of getting busted? I suppose that should be one of their goals...
Another part of the master plan that Pillay set in place 5 years ago.
All to burn the shorts.
Pretty sure the short squeeze was going to happen in 2008 too.
Then in 2009, 2010, 2011 and so on...
Nonsense is tough to put to rest.
" they can conduct a Divy for existing shareholders"
You mean the divy that the company claimed was going to be done in 2008?
"Again the apple cart got overturned when Flushaway came onboard"
Why would that be? The supposed "burn the shorts" stock audit was well before Flushaway came around.
It did nothing then and will do nothing in the future. How many years are people going to scream about the shorts getting burned before they realize what nonsense it is.
Seriously... this has been going on for years now.
Shareholders will never bail
if they continue their periodic "no reverse split" shtick. lol
Amazing that so little is going on that this is news for PYCT.
Those purchase orders should be rolling in any day. I can only imagine potential customers are impressed by a pad company that still calls itself "Paychest".
"but a buyer like myself has to figure the motive of each side -"
The only thing a potential buyer should do is research the company and base their decision on its performance.
The last thing they should take into consideration is what's being said here.
DD... LOL
Simply a ready-made cut& paste that used to work 12 or so years ago.
"Check out insert scam company here, huge news of insert great sounding event here are finally coming in next week or two. .0001 ready to go to insert ridiculously nonsensical price increase here. "
Add disclaimer of "solid personal due diligence and special sources" and you have instant volume!
Or not...
It doesn't matter at what price... the company reduced the share count massively and then diluted it massively.
And all they have to show for it are some vague press releases.
"pictures were not allowed to be taken!"
Wow... no pictures of anything? Not even pictures from the road of some signage showing that Xinpro exists? Or was it such a long road it was too far away for photos? Or have they banned cameras in China altogether? Or just supposed Menstrual Pad Plants?
Just when you think you've heard it all... "pictures were not allowed to be taken!".... lol.
"having to hear the same for Mibella won't cut it."
Sure it will. The name, afterall, has "high consumer appeal". Perhaps they can join up with there guys and do some co-marketing.

Just looks like continued silliness to me. Turn the rendering upside down and it looks like a nut sac next to a daisy to me.
Just something they can throw on their website to make it look like huge things are happening meanwhile the product is nowhere to be seen.
Amazing how long this has gone on.
Indeed. Very knowledgeable in mass retailing as well as his wife/ex-wife/wife has worked in the industry for 150+ years and owns 72 billion shares of PYCT.
"you could be one step closer in determining the legitimacy of this venture. "
Good lord... that ship sailed a long time ago.
"Yep, why would they hire shill like Shakerzzzzzzzzzz to get people to raise the share price just as they allegedly started buyng back shares.....why issue shares then buy them back? "
Apparently they're behind on the times. This stuff worked 10 years ago- not today. Most of those who would buy into this stuff went broke long ago.
Sorry about that, I didn't realize I had cut his quote from your post.
"PYCT IS NON-REPORTING)."
Why would you think that their non-reporting status has anything to do with issues reported by other entities? Why the stretch?
"she said it was a long process."
It's definitely a long process when they're trying to accomplish this with a product that still needs improvements. lol
"Why is the O/S a huge issue?"
Please be serious.
"Folks won't forget."
That's the problem the Company has right now. People aren't forgetting that the Company claimed the divy was almost ready years ago. lol
Nor will they forget that the online pay deal ended up being complete nonsense and that they can't even get one company up and going, let alone a second.
That's what happens when these mysterious leaders come out of nowhere to lead pinksheets companies to being the next big thing.
Fortunately this has nothing to do about whether or not this thing can make a run of some sorts.
Exactly what good is the divy going to be? Unless they start up with the promise of a grand online payment system again- but the company can't be dumb enough to believe that people are going to fall for that again can they?
" If it doesn't I'll take my licks and move on."
If it doesn't? It doesn't take off every day.
The PR doesn't have to say whether it's public, one can tell that by the lack of listing. And why would anyone think that if it's not doing business yet...
Well, actually neither is PYCT so...
So Xinpro formed solely to build a facility and purchase a machine to manufacture Flushaway?
To bad they aren't public, what a sound investment that would make.
