Wouldn't the box be open like the 5hr energy if they were for sale? Seems like they were placed on the shelf for the picture. Lol
Met with a group of naturopathic doctors today and introduced MedGen's products to them and they are going to reach out and ask about offering them in their offices. Pretty cool.
I asked about the taste and they said..."All-natural products are supposed to taste bad because they don't have the bad stuff in them that makes things taste good."
Hold my breath? Lol. Okay. So clearly you know nothing about online sales...what percentage of a company's sales come from their website? The answer...2%-5% in a business like this - amazon and inclusion into distribution channels is where the play is in the health market.
The website could literally be a landing page for all I care - which is basically what it is...should the cart function work? Probably but it isn't a determinant of a successful or viable startup. It just says that they are spread thin with resources and haven't got around to fixing it - again, not a concern to me.
I would rather them focus on product development and improving their distribution channels. Online sales will come from Amazon, where most actually do today. So again...please post relevant information and understand startup stage businesses, which the majority of these OTC stocks are.
What's the actual float? Share structure looks incorrect on the OTC site. Are they fully reporting? Audited Fins anytime soon? My group is interested but we have a lot of questions. I might visit them next week. They are jus across the bridge in NJ.
I sold my shares today
If everyone is concerned, part with shares and step the stock up. Push it on Twitter and Facebook. It seems silly to hold shares and watch them reduce to .0003, which is where it is headed if you hold shares. Sell in increments up and the stock will walk up. It isn't rocket science.
HAHAHAHA. You crack me up dude! That post was funny. I'm not sure what you are looking for...you should have made a butt load of money on this past run. It went from .0033 to .014. If people didn't take profits along the way, then I question your ability to read charts or understand L2.
Do I love their product, yes! Do I love the direction and the reduction of debt, yes! But I am going to take profits along the way because I know for a fact that I will have the opportunity to buy back in when weak hands bail and turn a 15% retraction into a 35%.
I actually agree with Pitman! There will absolutely be a reverse split. They have to in order to meet the guidelines for uplisting. That is a long way off and about .9914 cents off. If this thing were to get uplisted it would need to maintain a price point over $1 at a minimum. I will take my 2.5M shares x .9914 and be MORE than happy.
Not too sure it really matter s but who do you think did? Radio spots are not a terribly expensive way to spray advertise in a local metropolitan market. I have had clients run ads on Bloomberg and WCBS for $25-$50k.
Here is the radio ad http://yourlisten.com/mattfoley420_tw/vitaminfizz-ad
If you are selling, set your prices in an ascending manner...to help support higher buys. If you are buying, slap the ask to also support higher buy movement. If you want the stock to move up you can't put in buy orders below the ask because you are supporting the bids and effectively assisting in establishing downward momentum. This is the only market that share holders can actually impact the movement of a stock by working together. It is very simple folks.
Profit takers, taking quick money - creates a buying opportunity for those who can spot the next move it in the chart. Through the end of the week, this will be a fun ride. Love it.
Bids have thinned...not willing to sell at their prices. If they continue to hold the ask this could reverse quick.
Listen, I am a big MINE fan. I am the one who initially helped them get connected with the distributor of Five Hour Energy...the sell off I mentioned happened, weak hands got nervous and sold. Level 2 showed Asks at 66 when the current ask was 70. Rookies taking profits. That was bound to happen.
This stock could run like mad in the first 10-20 minutes this morning. A lot of Twitter activity yesterday and last night. Weak hands will sell today heading into the weekend...typically the case. Could see a massive sell-off at some point today.
This is also partly because of products like soda stream. As evident in Pepsi and Coke coming out with a line of soda stream syrups. Health and wellness is more than a fad and it is beginning to impact traditionally "less-healthy" consumer staples. So a product like Vitamin Fizz is perfectly timed. For those who understand consumption and the fundamental shift in consumer psychology, this stock is a no brainer!
Really? Lol. It has moved to .0058, almost in lock-step with most MMJ stocks in pennyland. Look at the whole OTC market. MJ and any stocks tied to it are seeing swings and will continue to until late Feb/early Mar. This move has nothing to do with some second rate non-sanctioned pump and dump - this is not orchestrated pump; had it been, the move to a penny would have more likely on the back of the Kmart news.
Buying patterns don't suggest it. Front-loading is easily spotted in charts, if you know what you are doing.
Oh this is suck great DD...no actually it is ridiculous. Pumps are dead with regard to MINE, everyone is hip to the game. Anyone can "pump" a stock but if they have zero clout, it goes nowhere...as evidence by this supposed 12/29 pump that went nowhere.
Who sold at .0055 when the PPS was at .0057? Rookie move...
Catching fire early, let's see if people keep slapping the ask.

It really does diminish the quality of the board and of ihub.
Oh my god! Please post facts that support your "research". I mean your "timber" and "prepare for a gap down" are such great financial measures. Amazing! How do you have sticky ability in this group - ridiculous. Please post facts.
There was plenty of volume at .02 a few weeks back. There is enough volume daily but the runs have not been wide enough to warrant a decent margin.
6's are great buys. I owned a million there from the last timeout dipped there. Then I flipped it on the .02 run. Will buy 1,000,000 more if it happens. Love $MINE
How does this garbage get pinned. Lol. Great post and due diligence. Ease share facts and not waste our time with "tiiiiiiimber" posts.
Can you provide analysis as to why you feel MINE is so overpriced? I mean almost every stock in the penny market is overpriced due to lack of an actual company, product, service or earnings. Can't really have a PPS without earnings...it is part of the basic calculation. So if they are based on projected earnings or potential, which most seem to be, then the argument could be made that because they have an actual product, are in heavy production and have distribution deals, they are in a better position than most that have NONE of the aforementioned.
IMO, dime by August...
Hope so...then I can double up on the 250k shares I bought today.
Take pictures if you can...that would be awesome! If they are there, it would silence a bunch of naysayers!

Unreal!
T-minus 6 days till Weedstock! Vega BoiChar presenting!
Delisting can occur if the stock remains below $1 for a consecutive 30-day period. I hold a lot of shares and as much as this pains me to say...it will probably happen.
Have you ever started a business? Tried to capitalize a business? I have to say...most people don't understand what is involved in keeping the lights on in a start-up. I have founded and sold a start-up, brought another to public market thru reverse-merger and taken another through three rounds of traditional funding channels. This company has taken the steps it needed to keep the lights on and get to this point. The recent reductions in toxic debt are a HUGE positive indicator that this company is on the right track.
There is nothing negative to say about this company. The only downside is immature/novice investors making premature calls, harassing Jim Cramer and not understanding the life cycle of start-up specialty food/beverage business. I have spoken to management AT LENGTH, this company is that type of investment that can change lives, if you have patience. They are taking all the proper steps to ensure that they hit their short and long-term objectives.
So what are your PPS predictions? I anticipate the stock falling to between .50-.80 at the open. Closing the day at just over $1. If you have your sale order in, odds are it will not fill unless you got it in early. Best of luck to you all. IMO, if I do not get my order filled, I will be long the century on this stock.
