stock, I agree with what you have. Just pointing out that Urban and Moran just "forgot" to show up for their deposition, and "forgot" to produce records called for in their supboena decus tecum. Mr. Moran will be a little lighter in his wallet and Urban just continues to exhibit the brains of a total boob.

No stock, you have it incorrect. Urban and his attorney were both served and scheduled to be deposed on I think Feb 15th. Neither showed up for this deposition. It appears from the record that Mr. Rutherford's legal team is going to hold Urban and Moran in contempt and tag both of them with fees and costs.

Moran apparently from my sources did not show because he hasn't been paid from Urban in quite some time.

Which also brings me to this,

The interplead will not be filed until Urban pays Moran.

Sorry, my certs were issued by First Global,(I still have their original shipping envelope). I ordered my certs way back when through Pershing, LLC.

They do not appear on Pedro's list

what I am saying is that many certs were left out of his list.

This would include my own personal certificates in my physical possession which ARE NOT on Pedro's list.

Pedro's list are innacurate. Pedro you have left many certificates out of your count for many billions of shares. Not every certificate has been accounted for. My own included.

My two cents...Let's hope this Judge doesn't make the NHRA her weekend getaways or she will find our fearless leader, Uber Alla, refered herein as "Respondent's sole officer and director suffered serious health issues during a portion of the time period referenced;" cannot seem to muster the strength and mental capacity to compile and complete financials for us to be fully reporting (remember all of this BS ) , but to be out playing with the boys, racing BOTH of his sponsored PATHETIC funny cars. If Judge Murray gets a whiff of this, Mr. Stoecklein may find himself at the eye of the Judge wanting to know how we go racing on the weekends, but can't seem to get our paperwork done during the week.
