As a CPA, I'd imagine it's a hard thing for MB to audit financials of a cutting edge industry aka medical cannabis. Lots of new precedents to be set about how to itemize various transactions etc etc. Especially with legality being a grey area. But I'm very content to wait here and load low before it flies.

Fun fact, the past form 8Ks that have been filed to announce share reductions are just that... 8Ks. Today TPAC filed a form 8A-12G, which is specifically for "registration of CERTAIN classes of securities" i.e. Restricted stock issued for various reasons (mergers, acquisitions, to meet debt covenant restrictions etc).

Connect the dots people... CEO is NOT lying in his tweets today, the increase in shares ARE indeed restricted, not insider dumping or dilution. IMHO we will hear more about the cause of these restricted shares very soon. (Next 15 days at max). Until we do, I am sure the rest of this week will be filled with panic sellers, nothing to be done about that.

False, as long as he follows this filing up with a Schedule 14D-1 (Tender Offer Stmt) disclosing the necessary information in regards to the target company and acquiring, this could very well be the start of an acquisition announcement.
