I ended up averaging down today, rather than sell everything out of impulsive fear for a loss. I even threw down some more chump change of $100.00 bucks and averaged down to $.051 cents.
Not sure if this was a stupid move or not, but the stock should keep trading regardless of bankruptcy status and have some decent swings - I mean, look at GTATQ for instance.
If oil rebounds in the next several months, KWKA (soon to be KWKQ) could move sharply north in price action.
I'm on this rollar-coaster until I go bust, break even, or actually make some positive cash. Whatever. It was a high-stakes gamble to begin with - I feel bad for those that road this thing down from dollar land though! Ouch... that would call for more than a couple stiff scotches!
It's official: Bankruptcy!
I will be selling off the entirety of my position tomorrow. Down $500 bucks on my bad lottery gamble. Oh well...
This turkey is sure to hit a death spiral of $.01 - .02 cents shortly!

Either today / tomorrow at market close we should all know whether we hold lottery tickets or worthless paper for the scrap yard...
The crickets are sure singing a choir song on this board...
C'mon comrades, let's slather some grease in the wheel axle and churn some ideas!
Is KWKA to be or not to be - that is percipient question!
I'm tempted to buy a few more thousand shares at this bargain price... it's equivalent to a purchasing a good bottle of single malt highland scotch like Aberlour in the bargain shelf for $9.99.
Just glanced at this stock ticker today and was astonished! So damn glad that I decided to sell off before the reverse split happened.
Today's closing price would equal $1.41 pre-split.
And to think I STILL lost a couple thousand bucks selling when I did... ouch!
So we all know the worst case scenario - KWKA bottoms out and all common shareholders are left holding empty bags.
I would be curious to get a consortium of thought on what a best case scenario / trajectory for KWKA would look like in coming weeks and months?
Oh no, by no means did I think your post was negative! On the contrary...
Sorry if you read what I wrote out of context, I really just wanted to get thoughts on what might happen to the share price if / when news is released that KWKA negotiated new financial terms with the lender, and can forego bankruptcy.
If the stock moves, how much volatility?
I am inclined to agree with your analysis.
If KWKA negotiates favorable terms for more financial leniency with the lenders in the next week or so, what do you think the stock will do for a rebound upward? 15 cents? 25 cents?
Obviously given the delisting, and the dismal share price I'm sure the company would opt for a (dreaded) reverse split in the future - but even so, I feel like it's bargain shopping at these prices. I mean, this isn't some fly-by-night oil & gas company run out of back alley... it was once a BILLION dollar company!
Assuming they don't declare bankruptcy, I think all of us that were ballsy enough to hang on, or buy more shares, are going to come out handsomely.
So what's everyone's prognosis on this lottery ticket?
I threw down $1000.00 bucks for 13,500 shares @ $.075.
Mainly my crapshoot gamble was based upon KWKA not declaring bankruptcy because:
1) They have the cash on hand to pay the present loan / interest terms. They are simply negotiating a more favorable rate by threatened default.
2) The bonus structure / incentives to higher echelon management with claw-back clauses. Why even go this route if you are going to declare chapter 11?
Anyone else care to chime in? How many shares are you holding for a lucky payday?
Ok, will do. Thanks!
Ya, we're in kid mode too. I've got a daughter that's 2 and a son 5 months old now. You're no Darwinian dead-end with soon to be 5 kids - definitely passing on your genetic lineage, eh? We'd like a big, traditional family as well, and our goal is 4 kids total. It took me a while to settle down and find the right girl, so I'm making up for lost time in the kid department with large strides. If LQMT performs the way I suspect it will, this will provide quite a cushioned nest egg.
Sorry to hear about your boy and his heart troubles. My nephew is due to undergo a bone marrow transplant in the next week after chemo, so I can identify with all the crushing stress that such medical events can cause a family.
California huh? Well by all means come visit Idaho, but just don't stay - there's enough of you carpetbaggers here already! Ha ha, just joking.
Well I've traveled around pretty extensive, but finally put down personal and professional roots in Idaho. I don't plan on leaving it either. The alpine climate and terrain offers all the camping, fishing, hunting and skiing I could ever ask for - basically recreational wonderland!
How about you / what state?
Congrats on picking a winner winner chicken dinner...
As an aside, I've enjoyed reading your recent posts on here... You've definitely done some predicated due diligence - thanks for the sharing the insight.
Anyone still (buried) alive in this graveyard?
How can anyone willfully keep investing money (or even hold a lottery ticket position) with a company that has fleeced and diluted its shareholders innumerable times with reverse splits?
TDCP is like a nightmare that eternally returns on autopilot to attack ones wallet with new phantasmagoria...
I concur with your sentiments. Glad I'm locked and loaded up with a six figure share count - when this baby finally does "pop" it's gonna pop like an epic bottle of champagne!
I've been accumulating shares on the cheap since 2011. My wife thought I'd gone certifiably OCD syndrome with this company. But with all the recent developments she's become a believer. This company may just make me an early millionaire at age 36...
Whatever the case may be, I do believe 2015 will herald fortuitous events to take us to dollar land and beyond... LQMT is an idea whose time has come for pragmatic industry implementation.
Cheers!
Gotcha...
Ya, I bet he grabbed some goodies for his trick r' treat fun bag!
When an inside purchase occurs, do you know how long the requirement is for public disclosure?
What makes you think Chung made a recent purchase?
Is this only personal speculation, or do you have tangible evidence to point toward?
Let's do a roll call of cash lost on this turd to date.
Hi, my name is ______. I have an addiction that I am powerless to control. This addiction has cost me $3200.00 alone in 2014. This addiction to JNUG has cost me hardship and loss. I place faith in a higher power above to guide me through feelings of disgust, abuse, and resentment.
Ok, ok, enough with the sarcasm - you get the drift.
I'm using this sucker as a big fat tax deduction. I have never seen something take such a swan dive as this. Quite possibly the worst investment I have ever made.
What's wrong with Putin?
He represents everything that Obummer isn't - i.e. heterosexual, masculine, nationalistic, and certainly not a shrill "community organizer" playing upon classic neo-Marxist polarization...
The sooner this lame duck interloper along with his "redistribution schemes" is gone, the better...
Now, how this all propels Liquid Metal forward is another question altogether!
Given the aforementioned context of realpolitik motive above, will there be an inevitable heightening of military response and readiness? Of course. Does this include LQMT... well that's the preponderant payday question everyone wants to discern!
Also, if amorphous metals are the new hot topic item for technological advancement and military superiority, one must ask what measures might be utilized for replication?
Any shareholders around these days?
I figured anyone left by now would sure to be camped out underneath an grimy overpass eating BBQ'd pigeon by firelight...
Question:
Why would Tony Chung buy a chunk of 85,250 shares at $.26 cents some months back in June? History has shown he's not prone to lose his own investment money on a roll of the dice - on the contrary, he snaps up share positions when he thinks there's a buying opportunity and sells accordingly. I remember last summer when he bought 1,324,999 (see below).
Conclusion: History will likely repeat itself and this stock will appreciate much higher...
Jun 30, 2014 CHUNG TONY
Officer
85,250 Direct Purchase at $0.26 per share. 22,165
Jun 13, 2013 CHUNG TONY
Officer
1,324,999 Direct Purchase at $0.08 per share. 105,999
This company needs to invest in a defibrilator! But the long story short will probably still unfold like this:
1-2-3 CLEAR!
1-2-3 CLEAR!
1-2-3 CLEAR!
Any Pulse? OK Doc, call it...
The lack of response or update or acknowledgement of ANYTHING 3Dicon purportedly as a company aims to develop speaks VOLUMES in silence.
Is there even a corporate heartbeat?
Perhaps Martin Keating and Victor Keen should pull some of their own collective resources together, and bring in their respective home defibrilators for staff usage at corporate headquarters!

I've got $500 peanuts to throw at this zoo monkey once $.0025 hits again.
200,000 shares is a nice position when this deflated frankenstein gets pumped up yet again on some high volume helium and lies....
Madman4: To sum up short and succinctly... it's called a DEATH SPIRAL. This company has long ceased to be a viable operation. Chalk up your 3Dicon investment as burnt toast.
Hi Abbeyroad. Recognized you by the poor spelling and grammer mistakes in your post. Why the new name? Or rather, why bother putting new paint on an old fence?
Everyone knows your "circle the wagons" defense mentality about 3DIcon's stellar / brilliant / pious management board. Really, maybe it's about time for me to concur as well. In fact, I think they do so well in exceeding excess, that another round of options and bonuses galore is in order! Yeeee Hawwww! When you've got a good drunk going on by hemorrhaging money, why stop!!!?
Well, hello there again little doggy! Still yammering and yapping away as ever... but watch out when bigger beasts-of-prey come around to mark territory - you're likely to get devoured or peed on!
Hmmm... well according to their website they are still forecasting projected developments for 2011. At this rate (with due diligence) they should get around to updating the website with better forecasting projections for 2012.
I will look forward to that. Truly!
There's nothing more foolish than a fools' folly.
Now move along little doggy and sniff some other lamp posts... this territory has been MARKED by bigger beasts-of-prey!
My personal favorite is the out-of-date website with the 2011 predictions! It's tragedy AND comedy combined!
Their webmaster must be senile too! GREAT! It's a regular geratric ward around there! Break out the Werther's Original's and Depends and lets P-A-R-T-Y!
Nice close. Sandstorm M&E is up $.12 today alone!
Anyone who bought in the last several days has made a nice gain / profit!
C'mon guys... testing transmission 1-2-3, testing transmission 1-2-3. I know you're out there! Let's get some buyer's comraderie going on around here! Who's snapping up shares of SAND and STTYF?
Personally I think the better firesale price at the moment is STTYF for longterm return.
Sandstorm M&E is up again today! Why the deafening echo around here!?
This board has been quiet for far too long! Let's get some razzle and dazzle going on around here (whether long and strong or short and leary)!
Really? You're not buying with these these insanely cheap prices...... Why wait until Jan. 10th?
I'm curious as to whether anyone here has been buying Sandstorm's sister company, Sandstorm M&E in the last few days?
The $.90+ range seems like bargain basement price shopping - especially considering the CEO made some open purchases several months back in the $1.35+ range...
Thoughts?
I never thought I would see Sandstorm M&E in the $.90+ range! I've been accumulating shares today and last week. Anyone else out there hopping on this cargo train for a ride?
Great streaming business model. They are cash flush and have no debt. The CEO made some open purchases in the $1.35 range a few months back... all in all this seems like a nice recipe / forumula for future growth.
Yes, I am one of the most esteemed posters on this board - everyone seems to love my sense of factuality!
I sold off all my 200,000 lottery tickets yesterday. Made $1500.00 back from the robbery that was undertaken upon me during the reverse split.
I will repeat, flush, rinse this procedure again when the stock price hits .0025.
Bit by bit I will get my money back that these crooks stole from me...
