I agree. The days ahead should be fun for this stock, if you're long.
Here is John Gilliam's latest take on the situation.
'CVSL Puts Blyth In Play As Public Float Disappears'

So, anyone want to venture a guess as to how this is going to work out for the shorts?
If you are short, it's time to go long. Pull up the TTM Squeeze on this and take a look. It's about to get loco.
Good luck and God bless, all!
No momentum yet. Check my profile. The stock for the next board I post on is about to get some ridiculous momentum.
Shail, you're 100% right.
During start-ups, they can issue x number for x amount to certain positions within the company but that doesn't seem to be the case here.
So, maybe this is a sign that things are about to lift off. I'm starting to believe that this is possibly the best penny out there. Perhaps, down the road in a couple of years, they'll start a share buyback program.
No. They've been granted options to purchase that many shares at .001 and exercise, or sell, at or above .097. It's think it's ridiculous, but it's their prerogative (who knows what led to the decision?).
My take: Get the stock price off the ground and help out those who've been invested in you before you hook yourself up! Not talking about myself but those of you who have been holding.
It could be a sign that something really good is coming down, near-term, but I'm not making that call.
You may be right. If it breaks .14, you'll get a lot of newbies buying in. Looking at the TTM Squeeze, there wasn't really any significant selling on the day.
Good luck and God bless!
Yea, I cashed out completely at yesterday. I still ended up getting out with a small loss. Like I said, I dropped a dime to pick up a nickel.
It's earnings season, so I'll make it back up, God willing.
I'm hoping to get back in at .115 or lower. I think this runs between .13 and .14, near-term, but keep an eye on lvl II. If it breaks .14, look out! I don't think it will get below .13 this week.
I'll revisit in early December.
I'm guessing it pulls back in anticipation of good news. The stock market is so ridiculous (i.e. up is down, left is right).
Nope. Dropped a dime to pick up a nickel. I would've killed it today though. I'll get back in on a pullback and hold; probably late November/ early December. Congrats if you made out today!
I haven't gotten in just yet. I'm going to wait until this new dilution settles into the O/S prior to doing so.
Has anyone seen any updates on when DHS will be awarding this contract?
The last thing I saw said early December.
The stock market is so ridiculous. I think this will retrace to $5 or higher over the next few months.
Is this Inclusig drug the only thing they had in the pipeline?
From looking at the chart today, I still think there might be some selling into the bid. We'll see what she does next week but don't get too discouraged if there's another walk back.
Think about it; if you could play 100's of thousand of shares back and forth a few times between .08 and .10 before major news, would you? MM's and other entities filled in the low .09s and hi .08s. Stay strong, Longs.
There is a benefit there though. Now that you know the action on it; if it starts doing the same thing again next week, trade the action.
GL & GB!
Look at the level 2 on this. The manipulation is obvious. No legit stock trades the way this one does.
This is a very impressive pump they've been doing. It's been orchestrated to perfection! All IMHO.
It may even run into the $7's again tomorrow.
I just wonder how many shares are getting dumped on any given day.
I see that the buying pressure is starting to build. I actually sold out of most of my position today fr a small loss(money to be made elsewhere). I'll jump back in when it starts to run.
It looks like it's getting ready to go though.
MM's are required to have those shares available if there is a sell order in. So, in theory, shorts wouldn't be able to borrow against those shares.
Well, I personally know of someone who would direct a fairly significant amount of traffic this way if it breaks into the .14 range.
Everyone who is long should set a high GTC sell order. This will help mitigate some of the borrowing going on by short sellers. Harder to do when there are so many shares out, but it will help.
Well, EOD action and it looks like it's ready to run now. If this runs past .14, it's going to get flooded with buyers.
I think your fellow shorts are all over this one. That's what is great about a P&D with put options; you have alternative means of going short.
I love how Applied DNA keeps throwing these great press releases out into a bear market.
Wait until they get a budget deal in place!
I wonder if they're bleeding money on top of this as well.
The timing for this all just seemed ridiculous. I guess we'll find out November 11th.
Why bother posting at all if you're just going to post this?
I won't use a descriptor there because it could be construed as a personal attack.
Same here. March Calls are in. The fact that Blackrock has been scooping this up is should make for some interesting trading in the upcoming months
I didn't think it'd be right away, but it looks like squeeze time is just around the corner.
It's going to trade this way until there are eyes drawn to her. The company should hold off on putting out any additional PRs until the debt ceiling is raised. As we've seen recently; any PR put out right now would have little to no impact.
No insider buys shown on Insider Monkey. It's really hard to tell unless they're revealed in some sort of filings or someone mentions it in a public setting (i.e. conference).
My brokerage shows that 2.65% of the o/s is held by institutional investors.
Wow. Thanks for the substantive response.
You know, part of successful trading is risk management. I'm not the best trader in the world, but I certainly don't aspire to be the worst.
There are so many things to be concerned with about this stock. I really want to like it and, several times, I've contemplated taking a position.
The concerns have been too great for me to overcome though.
The concerns are:
1) Contract award date gets bumped back;
2) PositiveID doesn't win the contract due to some confluence of the good ole boy network awarding the contract to Northrop Grumman or someone else vying for it;
3) Too much light gets shed on the shortcomings of the BioWatch program and it gets squashed entirely (remember the 'virtual fence' fiasco?)
DHS's handling of these programs doesn't exactly inspire confidence.
Article written on a Congressional hearing in June 2013 regarding the program: http://beforeitsnews.com/terrorism/2013/06/dhs-wants-to-upgrade-biowatch-but-admits-the-system-addresses-a-receding-threat-2446962.html
Can anyone sell me on this?
If #2 or #3 happen the dilution monster will rear its ugly head, and the only hope will be a buyout.
5.8 million shares short on an 8.8 mil float. When this runs, it's going to be ridiculous
You gotta love when there is selling going on below the Bid.
If it thins out, she could run today. Currently, she's running in the wrong direction though
Yep. She may trade sideways for awhile. I'm just going to set an alert and I'll revisit when I see it hit my inbox. GL&GB!
If it can get through the wall of sellers at .063 and .065, it should be in for a nice little run
Oh, look at that. MM ASCM on the Ask and the Bid. That is a perfect example of price manipulation (it's called Boxing).
Just hold tight longs, this one is due for a run up.
Oh, wow. Jim Rogers. How much of his own money did he invest? Or, did they cut him shares in order to use his name?
The article states that "someone" paid to have a research report written on the company. Kind of like paying for promotional press releases.
If the CEO is so confident in his growing company, why dump $1.5 mil in shares recently (check SEC filings)?
Ashton Kutcher has opened the stock exchange. Doesn't mean I'd invest in any company he's involved in.
GL if you're long and GB.
Wow, and the source for all of this is FAB's website and press releases; great sleuthing!
Gotta love companies with products that you can't put your hands on. Good pictures though
Working hard? That took all of ten minutes
"FAB universal" is not a legit company, IMHO
Smells clean, right?
