No. They've been granted options to purchase that many shares at .001 and exercise, or sell, at or above .097. It's think it's ridiculous, but it's their prerogative (who knows what led to the decision?).

My take: Get the stock price off the ground and help out those who've been invested in you before you hook yourself up! Not talking about myself but those of you who have been holding.

It could be a sign that something really good is coming down, near-term, but I'm not making that call.
