If there is too much dilution then there is the chance that the stock may stay down? I don't know if BMSN has the intention to buy back stocks, so that some how they are not on the market at least from the market where we can not purchase it. I don't know enough about sticks but I have been watching this stock since some time in 2012...
Thanks... But do you have any legitimate resources such as a link or something to back this up?
Sorry I am new. What is HAWK manufacturing and what does it have to do with GLER.
I thought GLER was some sort of energy alternative environmental friendly type stuff, but I can not get enough information about this company since it seems they are under construction.
I am aware that it has been stated that they do DOD contracting, but I will need to find valid information that backs this up... IR systems if no one else does this what do you mean? Doesn't this give them a competitive edge in the civilian sector?
What is IR?
No news since some time in 2012...
What potential? no news since some time in 2012. How competitive are there lights? If they are competitive why no news?... If people want these lights then how long would it take to sell them...
Where all the buyers if there are any?
Why? No news since like 2012... What cutting edge technology does CYBL have, is there more contracts to come with the U.S. military?

Subject: In regards to Cyberlux Corp...
Can you tell me the status of Cyberlux Corp? I checked out there website but there has been no news since 2012 and I contacted the sales department via email this prior weekend. I am just wondering how business if going for them if you know and have the time to respond.
Thank you for your time.
I am new at this. What is OS? and with a stock this low I don't know how this company could really make that much money unless they sold a ton...
Where is proof of new contracts... And is there competition for Cyberlux, are their lights really that advanced in quality (not saying there claims that they are)? I mean if there product sticks out, who is buying, what is taking this long and why no news on there website since some time in 2012.
Does this company have a competitive product, I am guessing people on this message board to an extent would think so, so why no contracts and or sales yet...
Yeah, I can't find enough information on this company. There is not enough information for me to invest in this stock as of now.

These look like competitors to Cyberlux Corp. I wonder what potential Cyberlux Corp has. Are their lights out there that use less energy then cyberlux as well as last like 20 years or good amount.
It would be interesting to know Cyberlux Corp competition.
That number seems legit since I called it and some one answered. I didn't know what to say since I just woke up, so I asked about stuff in regards to alternative energy and health effects of the lights. She asked something about what I was interested in ordering, because I mentioned something about contacting the sales department email address and when I would get a response, I think I said their had not been any news on their website since 2012, but their was no response to that.
She was wondering what I wanted to order. Maybe some one can call and ask proper questions without getting on their nerves... And pot the response on this message board.
The company website appears to not have provided any news since sometime in 2012.
You have any links to substantial information that may indicate the potential about this company?
Do you have any resources to prove this, because CYBL 1-800 number from their website is temporarily out of service and there appears to be no news since some time in 2012.
There 1-800 number is temporarily unavailable
So when does a company have to announce they have gone bank rupt. Maybe they have not since their website is still up, but there maybe more complex factors in regards to the potential of this company.
But is this company over with? Now news since some time in 2012?
CYBL website I guess:
http://www.cyberlux.com/list.php
Seems like no new news on this company since like 2012, even on their website at http://www.cyberlux.com/
So um yeah... I wonder what happened to CYBL...
Positive news, may bring this thing up a least to some extent.
Sorry, I don't see it...
When? Where is your proof?
Based on what legitimate information that the FDA is now required to inform BMSN of approval or disapproval in regards to HemaXellerate I?
How does anyone known that this information was to be provided to BMSN by the 9th of this month?
I read or heard some where that embryonic research is legal to an extent in California, but they have to destroy the artificially fertilized egg after 7 days or something.
But I don't know if embryonic stem cells are the right or wrong things to do.
Concerned about employees engaged in the utilization of embryonic stem cells, I am maybe some what neutral to embryonic stem cells and possibly against it...
So I am concerned about investing in ENTB when I read something like this below from their website.
http://www.entb.net/team.html#mt
Ewa Carrier, M.D.
Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine and Pediatrics
University of California San Diego (UCSD)
Blood and Marrow Transplant Program
Dr. Carriers research focuses on stem cell biology and its transplantation to cancer and organ repair. She focuses on the properties of pluripotent stem cells, including embryonic, fetal, mesenchymal and bone marrow stem cells, to generate differentiation protocols for the treatment of a variety of disorders. Clinically, Dr. Carrier works on multiple protocols related to stem cell transplant for cancers, such as leukemias, lymphomas and multiple myeloma as well as autoimmune diseases. She participates in the protocols within the NIH-sponsored Clinical Trial Network, and is a member of NIH-funded national consortium to treat autoimmune diseases with stem cells.
I am tired...
Koos and Ichim invest in BMSN stock? Can some one show me a link that provides proof of this?
Really? I thought it was to have some sort of stock term.
But yeah, thanks.
I am rookie kind of, I own BMSN stock and have been watching it for a year and half or more I think.
Would you please tell me what IMHO is, and where online I can find the definition? I checked investopedia and some acronym site.
Thank you, but I am not looking for information on how to make money in stocks. I am trying to understand all the implications that could be involved in stocks, like a stock dictionary.
That would explain even tho I think I have a good enough understanding of what "Short Selling" is as well as other terms.
So, I guess I am looking for a book that explains all the terms involved with stocks.
As far as I know I do not have a margin account, because my broker is not going to loan me money to purchase a stock.
Thanks... Do you have any books to recommend that can teach me the ins and outs of stocks? Kind of like a stock dictionary?
Wow, I didn't know that until enough responses on this board. So, if we are not selling are stocks, based on are agreement with the broker there may be some short sellers who can borrow are stocks, and try to sell them, for high price and then buy them back later at a lower price, and return them back to me.
Either way I still own the stocks regardless and I have nothing to lose, because I can sell them at any time. It is a short sellers ris to borrow my stocks.
But the price may go down in the stock if a short seller borrows and sells my stock.
I am guessing this a copied and paste message you sent to some one.
It has helped me out I believe.
Thanks, but I don't it. How can someone borrow my shares without my permission, unless I signed some sort of agreement with my broker?
And BMSN stocks are currently not worth that much, but if enough stocks are borrowed and sold then I guess someone could make a large or good enough profit.
I wish I understood this message. But I am still a novice I guess.
I am new stocks and own 134,000 BMSN shares and wish I owned more. I do not understand what it means to be shorten, or shorts or whatever and who is covering, I wish I could purchase a book or there was a website that had all the information there to teach me the in and outs of stocks.
What does this mean? And what are shorts. I am not that educated in the ins and outs of stocks/shares. But I have had my eye on BMSN for 1-2 years, and purchased shares two times within the past 1-2 years.
Thanks, but I wonder who and how whoever that is part of the market makes up the opening price for BMSN, if no shares have been sold yet.
When shares are first issued on the stock market for whatever company such as Regen Biopharma. Who sets the opening price? BMSN appeared to have opened at $2-$3 when it first entered the stock market.
Dilution... Too much dilution could lessen the value of BMSN stock in the future.
I am wondering how much dilution, because I would know where to start on how much is too much, but I guess that is all based on how many buyers there are in regards to the price of the stock.
A better grip on how much dilution will decrease BMSN value in the future if the stock is to go to the penny land, and least hit $0.10
How do I equate dilution with the stocks value?
Cool, thanks
Where did you get this? And how do I know if it is official?
So thomas ichim was the ceo of medistem, or what position I forgot?
I didn't watch the video, but medistem stock did reach at least $1.00 as I have a lot confidence BMSN will in the next 3 years.
